@Hakumen Welcome. And thanks to Kira for doing all the bars and animation. :)

And to clarify, like Kira said... no way around it, really. Unless we make another usergroup for Veterans and select a different 'rank' for them, but that's a bit of a hassle. =/
 
I too like the animated ones a lot. Is there a way that we can do both animated and none animated bars? Like choosing none animated or animated at the option settings or at the user's settings?
 
IT must be coincidence that the moderators bar is a purple gradient and that kira is also a moderator
Mitsuki should make it baby pink
 
Hahahaha! Was a surprise to me, it was Mits' idea to go with usergroup colours! I'm innocent on this one! :D



Also, Hakumen, some people in the same usergroup will want animation, some won't, once again, within the same usergroup that's not a possibility sadly enough.

So what should we do? Like I said I like the animated ones with the same color as the stars. I think it should be like that.
 
Someone will tragically have to lose out on this.

I say we put it up to the vote. A plebiscite. A referendum.

EDIT: Oh dear God, no. I've got an animated yellow-y tag bar thing now. That's it. Make the mods' tag bubblegum-pink now, please. -__-
 
It looks smokin'! Though it looks better on Lewis than it does on Levi. Mitsuki messed up because Levi is supposed to be in the Editorial group, which I made lilac for you, WOMAN Fleur.

I like the idea, it's easier to understand and/or notice it than having stars. It helps put people into their places, makes them feel they're part of something, and also gives an ego boost once their rank gets higher. Nothing like a ego massage.

Also, good work Six, as always.
 
Cool... Not that I look at it much though. I wonder if its possible to do the same for the mood tags as well, just to fit the whole theme.

My thoughts on a solution. Mitsuki

Display Type: "If Displaygroup = This Group:" (For mods, g mods, and admins, probably "Always". All depends on how you have members set up as far as their display groups, too.)

Sorry guys, already looked into it. Can't do much about it. If I take out Veteran user rank for some people (ex. Olivia who is also our Editorial staff member), they won't be able to access the Veteran Lounge or get extra perks that Vets have. It'd complicate permissions.
 
Shenorai, I posted (thought I did) this afternoon, but my internet crapped out. The bars were smaller originally, however 'Administrator' would be too small to make sense when sized down in font, so we decided to go with the premium avatar width of 150px. Coulda been worse, honestly. :wacky:
