Feeling nostalgic~ Revisiting some songs from back then, and why not this one I first heard by chance on MTV? I loved the music video from back then, then later the way the song sounds... Then the lyrics, haha. Didn't realize it was that inspiring and meaningful and such until now. :P Well, never too late!

Definition of perfection, love this song <3

So, I'd looked up this track:

But also came across this track:

Gotta love the latter. It cheers me up!

Well... If I hadn't needed to edit this post multiple times due to my inability to use Youtube tags right. :rage:

I am actually listening to the whole CD, but this is the song that is currently playing...

NOT INTENDED FOR KIDS! :wacky:

Fly - Sugar Ray

shit takes me back

90s music best music, just puts someone in that dancin mood :P

A collection of relaxing music by Adrian von Ziegler. Two hours' worth, in fact.

Wow! I think I might have heard another piece from a person with a similar name (can't say for sure it's the same person, but still, thanks for sharing!

Heard this from an anime I watched recently. As you can tell from either the image or the title, it's Zetsuen no Tempest (Civilization Blaster). This is the first opening (there're two), and I think this as well as the first ending are both the best in the show... Helps that the show also happens to have some of the best OST I've heard in a while?

The whole anime is very inspired by Shakespeare's work, specifically Hamlet and The Tempest, and I guess because of the latter inspiration, Beethoven's piano sonata no.17 in D minor is also featured amongst the OST... Well, not in this piece, just sayin'.

Anyway, this one's by Nothing's Carved in Stone... And guess what? It's Japanese! I didn't realize until I chanced upon a live version of the song. Gosh, never thought that a Japanese artist would have fairly good enunciation for an entirely English song. I'm quite used to hearing a lot of English-language songs by Japanese artists which are better called 'attempts at English-language songs' especially when you notice how badly they sometimes pronounce certain words... Here, I do not find that issue to be very prominent. In fact, I didn't even notice that until I found out they were Japanese. Colour me extremely impressed.

Extremely impressed. And well, the song's also got a good vibe about it as well, so that helps score some points... Do give this a listen, as well as the OST si vous plait!

Titanium by David Guetta, feat. Sia.

The lyrics are fantastic, and I feel they're speaking of strength while in the presence of any difficult challenges. The video did will to reflect said message, too.

Know Your Quarry (Live At Wembley) - Biffy Clyro

Opening of this song is so powerful with the guitars coming in. Absolutely love this song as is, but this live version is stunning. Biffy Clyro never cease to amaze me. ♥

The Tempest... Well, that's an OST taken right off Zetsuen no Tempest (Civilization Blaster). Pretty decent anime with attractive visuals. And a lot of Shakespearean quotes to make intellectuals of the audiences :P Not that merely knowing quotes makes one an intellectual, but hey, making someone feel like one is a good first step, I'll say!

The music. Well, I think isn't particularly different. Perhaps, a version of the original by Beethoven, with artistic variations I'm not in a position to describe. It sounds good to me, that's probably good enough!

City of Dreadful Night - Biffy Clyro

Amazing tuneeee. Love it. "Where's my ladder gone?! I'm not climbing!" Amazing song, amazing band, love it. Always cheers me up.

The Pogues & Kirsty McColl- Fairytale of New York.

Even though I usually hate Christmas, I can't deny that this song provokes the seasonal cheer in me:lew:

Even if it's hard to figure out what Shane McGowan sings 40% of the time- lightweight!

P.S.Look out for actor Matt Dillon at the start of the video!

So, what's everybody elses favourite Christmas/Holiday song?
