Weak Vincent?

Just one question. You know how Vincent's best weapon increases in power the more enemy's he has killed.

What are the things the other characters weapons need to become more powerful?
 
that is off topic so i will create a topic for it latter but yea it does get slightly more powerful for each kill the it does other kills don't count.
 
My Vincent's pretty decent in attacking, however, I just don't prefer using him to other characters in my party. I have his ultimate weapon and all his Limit Breaks, I just don't use him that much overall though. Try going down into the Submarine and finding the sunken ship and morphing enemies into "Sources" to boost your stats.
 
true that is very useful and it makes all charactors powerful
but vincent is the formost powerfulest charactor in the game
