What do you do?

Like Olivia, I just don't really care too get 100% idunno, it just seems like a lot of work at the end of the day. I always like some have said, play the first time around to get through the story. Even when I play for the 2nd, 3rd etc time I never TRY to get 100% i'll just do more sidequest etc etc. If I find something that I know I can do, i'll do it but, cba to get 100% just too lazy xD.

I try to be as thorough as possible, but I don't get cut up if I might have missed something. I used to be like that though; when I first got FFX-2, I had a checklist printed out for the full 100%, which completely killed the gameplay experience for me. If I am playing a game for the first time, then I'd try my best to just play it as naturally as possible, without ever taking too much of a detour from the main storyline at a time.

When I am replaying a game that I have finished before, then trying to go for 100% might be one of the various things I might aim for in a replay.

Firstly, I play the game and appreciate everything within it; the graphics, battle/ability system, bosses, music etc. Then I attempt sidequests with that savefile.

After a while I start a new game file, so that I can understand the characters and the story much better. Also maybe look for items and scenes that I missed from the first playthrough. I never judge any FF game from first playthrough alone; there's just so many things to consider within FF that it makes it impossible to appreciate completely from just one play.

So basically, once I complete the story I do everything; sidequests/minigames, replay, understand the story and characters... I like to take in everthing the game has to offer. To me the gameplay itself and graphics of an FF is something I rank below the OST, story and characters.

I only try to complete an FF game if it is one I really, really enjoy, one of my absolute favourites. FF games I know I have played through to the fullest are Final Fantasy VII, VIII, and X, all of which are awesome games. :ryan:

It depends on how much I like the game and how long the side quests are going to take. The games that i did get 100% completion on are IV, VI, VII, and IX. The rest I just wanted the story and to finish the game.

If I had the time I would probably get 100% on XIII, but I just have too many things going on in my life to do so.

Im an adventurous one so I just find stuffs and explore as I walk off…I find it much fun

I never feel like going for 100%. Fina Fantasy XII was the only game i bothered to even go for 100% completion. Besides that im usually happy beating the boss and getting the ultimate weapons.

If it's my first time playing I don't really pay attention to that sort of stuff, and just focus on having fun.

But if I've played the game more than one or two times I usually end up 100% completing it. ;D

I play firstly for the story line and only use side quests when bored or to get some specific items.

2nd time thru I will try to get extra stuff.

never really gone all out for 100% complete..
