What pissed you off today?

My mum irritated me...the moment I woke up.

I went down to make breakfast and she just decided to criticise me. :vikki: It's quite a habit of her's. :brooding: Apparently, I never compromise for her benefit, despite spending several minutes a day with Dad trying to figure out what SHE'D like to eat, always letting her use the TV, helping her find things online whilst busy... Dad and I find that we often compromise for her, really. :P

SKYRIM DIDN'T ARRIVE AGAIN!!! I paid for FIRST CLASS POST!!! and it's taken twice as long. The forms I need for my new job haven't been delivered either. Instead, I've been handed everyone's CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!! NOT happy. :vikki::brooding::rage::grumpy::oy:-__-:hmph:

Major rage!

I don't know if I would say pissed off exactly, but it was embarrassing somewhat, and the fact that I got embarrassed annoyed me a little bit. I was working and some guy came up to the tills with his groceries, he had a cake that would not scan. So I put through two bread rolls to make up the price exactly.

We do not give out receipts unless asked, to save on paper. It keeps up profits and saves the environment. So I printed him his receipt and pointed out that the bread rolls were there instead of the cake. He had no problem with that, then all of a sudden flew at me.

Shouting that not giving receipts to everyone was illegal. I started to go red, and when that happened I blushed even more. So I stood there like a prat well he went on and on about it being illegal, felt good man

Ugh I never have hangovers and this morning I woke up feeling so sick and my head was killing me.

I could only lay on my back because if I layed on my belly I would feel sick even more and when I rolled onto my side everything would start to spin and I just felt even worse.

I threw up once today and it wasn't that bad because I had no food in my stomach, so it didn't last long, but I HATE throwing up. I always try to stop myself from doing it when I feel like I might, but today I just had to get it out. XD I just felt so crap. :sad3:

I blame the cheap bourbon we were served instead of Jack Daniels last night.

My mum, as per usual.

I woke up, she was boiling the kettle to make two teas. She was using one of my favourite cups so I asked whether the tea was for Dad or not.

Mum: You can have one.

Those weren't her exact words; she also implied that she wasn't making one for Dad. So I started to make a tea in that cup...

Mum: You used Dad's cup!

Judy: I asked if I could... You didn't say this cup was for Dad.

Mum: Oh, you're so domineering!!

I mean WTF!?!?! At every twist and turn, she seems to want to say something nasty about me. :/ She always calls me domineering. I can speak objectively when I say that she's the one who always has to be in charge, but that's not the point. I know parents struggle to say nice things about their kids, but she seems to be going out of her way to imply I'm nasty. :S

According to everyone else, I'm 'well trained.' :hmph:

there is no english menu patch for tales of vs :hmph:

its really annoying, because i am actually enjoying it a lot. :wacky:

I really hope that Namco-Bandai consider re-releasing an English or Xbox 360 version of the game.

Work was poo.

Why does everyone have to rely on me for every little thing? Why? :rage:

So yes I was very stressed this afternoon. So stressed that I actually felt sick when I got home and just went to bed in my work clothes.

Not fun. I can't wait for my holidays to roll around.

A stupid woman in the local supermarket's carpark decided to stop behind my car and tell me off for rudely parking in two spaces JUST AS I WAS LOOKING AT MY CAR TO CHECK HOW FAR I NEEDED TO PULL OVER!!!

I would have thought that moving around your car and looking at where its placed is a good indicator of not being fully settled. It's not my fault that the spaces are small, each person was parked over to the right of their space, and some chavs had been parked in the space I was partly in moments before, to the far right of theirs. I judge where to park by the cars, not the lines on the ground which are a) hidden out of view by the front of your car when you're driving and b) useless when NO ONE parks in the very middle of them.

I WAS DOING MY BEST! :rage: I can't park forwards at the best of times. I usually reverse in, but no one in this car park leaves you the space or time to reverse into a space. They all push up close behind you! It's so annoying! :rage:

This woman had an air of superiority too, as though she believed in being treated like a precious queen.

Oh bloody hell, the fire alarm went off again while I was in bed. Worst part is: it was the work of a faulty detector, or so I heard. Still, at least this wasn't at 4:30am or something, but still beyond irritating. I'm expecting it to go off in the early hours of the morning again over the next couple of nights. Pissed people = hey, let's set off a fire alarm for shits and giggles!

This will be one thing I won't be missing for a short while once the term ends. And now I can't sleep. :mokken:

Ugh, as soon as I got to work this morning our software was saying our server was down and that we had to contact our helpdesk to restore it etc etc.

So I did that and expected it to be up and running so that we could trade at 8:30, but it was still not fixed when 8:30 came around. The tills could not be opened or used either due to the server not working.

We physically had to open the tills ourselves so that we could at least do cash only sales until the server was up and running again. We had to hand write the sales down so that we could put them through the till once it was working again etc etc.

Anyway, two hours later and we finally had power! :gonk:

It was annoying but at least it got fixed. It wasted two hours of my time though because all my work is done through the software.

After Saturday night's egg fight and a vegetable fight followup a couple of nights ago, our floor has been billed £65 for extra cleaning charges. Who should pay? Well obviously, the guys responsible for it, but some people from another block were involved too, and the chances of getting them to pay seems unlikely. The guys from our block involved are still deliberating, but none of them really want to pay anything over £5.

If everyone has to pay even a single penny per head to contribute to this, I will honestly lose respect for them. Entirely. They didn't even have the guts to own up to the warden when she came to berate us for the mess. Figures. Cowards, the lot of them.

This afternoon after performing for Senior's Week, us dancers were given free lunch. I wasn't hungry so when I was walking to the train station to go home, I spotted a homeless person and gave it to him. He said, "Is it pork?". I said "No, it's fish". Then he shook his head and said "Nah, don't want it then."

I didn't know what to say so I just left without a word. :\

My car had a flat tire :( and it was windy, raining and the sun hade'nt come up yet, and I have no drive way or garage, so had to wait until sun came up because I coulde'nt see anything in the dark...

Ticked-the-fuck-off:

Reason: I ordered my bloodstock 2012 ticket (early bird prices ftw) on Friday and expected it delivered on Tuesday. Ended up being dispatched Tuesday instead.... and has yet to arrive. 1st Class Recorded Delivery my smelly hairy two-toned arse. :mokken:

So I am pretty peed off.
My dad has a go about everything today in a really harsh tone, for NO real reason. He told me the stuff I want for christmas is a pile of shit (he didn't literally say that but you know.), and that I should 'get more clothes', which annoys me because I hate clothes shopping, as I am self consious to the extreme about how the clothes I try on look, and I hate my weight... which he then proceeds to go on about saying about how I 'am doing well but need to do even better'. Control freak.

I'm still pissed about last night.

We were driving home from the Performing Arts Center and I get on the interstate...and after being on it for all of 10 minutes...there's construction. A section of the interstate is closed...so they send us off into a residential area of the city for a detour. This detour is at least 15 miles long and you can only go 35 mph :hmph:. THANKFULLY (or so I thought), the GPS leads us to get back on the interstate and the detour signs are directing us this way as well, so we travel with a mass of other interstate traffic to what we thought was an open on ramp so we could get back on again. THE RAMP WAS CLOSED. So I had to go back the way I came. I drove ANOTHER 15 minutes on the detour route and FINALLY found an open on ramp. The ride home took about an hour and a half and it typically would've been a half hour drive. :hmph:

My lovely cousin and brother having a Nerf war right outside my bedroom door... at 3 AM. :hmph: This is supposed to be my month of sleep, and NOT being woken up that early. And this war continued for the next 5 hours or so, until breakfast was made. Young boys = suck

Nothing ever pisses me off, piqued would be too excessive to describe my emotions when I am less than contented.
So I must find a suitable word to describe how I felt today. I have decided upon mildly miffed for its alliterative quality.
The thing that caused me to be mildly miffed today was my razor. I went into the shower and after shampooing and conditioning my hair and exfoliating, I picked up my razor and started to shave. However I soon discovered that my razor was blunt, so what should have taken 10-15 minutes took about 40. That displeased me.
