Yeah, Neo Bahamut originates in FFVII. It seems like FFVII really loved Bahamut 'cause there were 3 different versions! xD 1) Bahamut, 2) Neo Bahamut, and 3) Bahamut Zero. I wonder why they never bothered using Neo B. and B. Zero in any of the other games...
