I'm especially looking forward to the True Blood seasons! I've already hired out all of season 1 and watched it with a friend in the span of two days. I think in one day we spen around 8 or more hours watching the majority of season 1 and then had another two episodes to watch the next day.

Apparently there's already 8 or 9 books out and the new one is out this May I believe. So in total there really should be around 10 seasons of True Blood all together hopefully!

I've got a fair bit of saving up before I finally have all of these babies though.

It will be an awesome day when I finally have them all though. <3

The Tudors (Season One) --My favourite show of all time. I really couldn't care less how historically inaccurate it is. The acting and drama is portrayed so well in the series that even though I always know in the end what's going to happen, I still get into the show like hardcore. lol.

House (Season 2 and 3) --House is awesome, most people with a brain will be able to tell you that. I'm not a huge fan, but I still have the Dvds just because every now and then I get in the mood to see some crazy doctors try to solve a medical emergency.

Monty Python's Flying Circus (Full Series box set) -- Well, really this isn't mine, its my boyfriend's mother's. But since I live with them and I watch it more than either of them combined, I claim that I own it. This show is what comedy at its finest looks like. Honestly, if you've never seen it, there's something wrong with you and you should probably go watch it now. D:

As for anime:

-Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (Part 5 and 6 North American Release)
-Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (Full series Japanese import)

^^I'm an obscenely huge fan of that series and I got the Japanese import a long time before it even became popular in the U.S. The import though has really awful and inaccurate subtitles so when I saw a proper release of it at Best Buy I just HAD to pick it up. Now I'm stuck with the tiresome task of finding the rest of the series as a North American release. >_<

-Elfen Lied (Complete Series) --Not a huge fan of this anymore. At one point I adored it, now I see it as a really useless show and consequently a waste of my money. =/
 
ER Seasons 1-12

...yeah. Favorite show, can't wait for season 13 to come out on DVD.

Law & Order: SVU Fourth & Fifth Year

Another excellent show, one of my favorites. I got these boxsets really cheap, and that's really the only reason I have them. This show is almost always on TV anyway.

Wings Seasons 1 & 2

I lurrrrrrrrrve Wings. Even though it's really old, it's still got it's humor and the characters are excellent. It's only really aired at 6 AM, so I figured I had to get a boxset for when I don't feel like getting up that early.

Boogiepop Phantom Evolution 1-4 Complete

Bought this on a whim. I actually haven't even watched much of it, but I'll get to it eventually.

I also have a load of random Inuyasha episodes on DVD, but they're not specific seasons.

Ashes To Ashes and Supernatural were bargains at Asda. Both Ashes To Ashes seasons were for £25, whilst Supernatural weighed in at a little £9. Love both these shows, so glad I can watch them whenever I want. They're the kind of ones you'd love to watch again.

It's the only thing I have that isn't a comedy. Hugh Laurie saves sick people.

My favourite ever TV show. 4 comic geniuses, and an American.
A Peculiar Practice series1-2
One of the very best comedy shows, but criminally underrated.
League of Gentlemen series 1-2
Didn't get the third, I didn't think it was very good. Surreal, but at times quite sad. Creme Brulee.
Porridge series 1-2
It's good, but not great.
One Foot in the grave series 1-4
I don't believe it etc etc
Cracker All series
I was wrong, cracker isn't a comedy, but still very good. A fat scottish psychologist solves crimes.
Prime Suspect
Same as cracker, but Helen Mirren not Robert Coltrane. Also she is a women.
Inspector Morse
33 episodes of some guy who was in the sweeney making references to greek plays and operas and solving crime. Good stuff.
Rising Damp
Leonard Rossiter is a genius.
The Fall and Rise of Reginal Perrin.
Leonard Rossiter is a genius with nice cameos from Geoffrey Palmer.
That Peter Kay thing.
Better than Phoenix nights. It's the best thing I've seen him do.
Black Books
Bill Bailey and Bernard Black. And Fran.
Man About the House
Nice sitcom, not too daring but good nonetheless.
The Professionals
Dated action/drama thing, it's not too bad, quite enjoyable if you want to ignore all its flaws.
Kavanagh QC
Legal drama with John Thaw.
Rumpole of the Bailey
The best legal comedy, Boston legal doesn't come close
Hamish Macbeth
Robert Carlyle is a policeman in scotland in the highlands he solves crimes and is does funny stuff.

It's okay

Couldn't be bothered buying the rest

It went down hill after Walker died but still pretty good

It's a sketch show, it's solid but nothing more.
 
The only show I can think of that we own on DVD is Boston Legal. I think we also own Knight Rider and The Dukes of Hazzard but I'm not sure. I don't much care because I don't like those shows but they're worth mentioning...I guess. Oh, yeah and Speed Racer. Man, that show was really strange. Even for the sixties.

OMG I am so excited that I finally have True Blood season 1!

I am waiting to buy Season 2 but that can wait a bit.

My friend bought season 1 on blu-ray for my birthday and it just made me so happy. <3

It has to be the best series out at the moment in my opinion. <3
 
I only own Digimon Adveture 01 and 02 on DVD. I watch them often because they are my favorite seasons out of all 6. I'm planning to get the third and fourth series as well.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Seasons 1 - 7

Buffy is a show I grew up with so naturally I wanted to get all the seasons on DVD. I love the stories and the characters, on top of that Joss Whedon always been a huge inspiration in my own writing so I like to keep his work close. I'd like to get all five Angel Seasons so my Buffyverse Collection feels complete.

Emily of New Moon Seasons 1 - 4

This is a show based off a series of books that began in the 1920s in Canada. I just saw it being shown early in the morning one day, thought it was a movie at first, and I just instantly fell in love with the story and the characters that I had to get it all on DVD. The main character Emily Starr is a writer so I have a lot in common with her in that aspect.
 
True Blood season 1-2

I remember someone telling me about and I immediately wanted to watch it. It was on sale so I bought it. What I like about it is that it is gory and dirty. One more thing I like about is it makes you excited cus there's a lot of things that gets revealed sooner or later. And the romantic scenes are fantastic.

The Tudors season 1-2

I've only watched two episodes so far. It was my mum who introduced me to this show. The man who plays the king is really hot rawr. It's a good series so far and you will get a little history lesson about England and France to.
 
I bought some new boxsets today: Roswell seasons one and two, Smallville season one and Supernatural season two. So this brings the list to this:
