What was the last Trophy/Achievement you earned?

Close Shave

I got this whilst playing Trout: World at War, a young Japanese soldier with tears in his eyes rushed me and attempted to stab me with a bayonet. In his eyes I could see that he did not want to be here, that he saw the madness and insanity of war, his girlfriend Tsundere waiting for him at home, his mother keeping his room the same as the day he left, his father proud yet melancholic. Then I pressed R3 to knock aside his rifle and stab him in the neck

The last one I got was the one for completing the game WET on the easiest difficulty (not near my 360 so I cant look up the name of it) I might try rubi's boneyard challenges next and beat the game again on a higher difficulty.

Hangar 18 in Deus Ex Human Revolution, along with 43 others :gasp: My personal favorite being Deus Ex Machina. Got this secret achievement for hacking into a hidden computer that gave information about the Denton Project

The last one I *tried* to achieve and succeeded (ie set myself out to do) was the only kill with knives in Killzone2.

Edit: Actually, is that even an achievement? I don't remember.

Interactive Drama - Heavy Rain

I got this trophy just after I completed the first scenario of the game, it's simply awarded for playing the game a certain amount of time I think. It's meant as a thank you for supporting interactive drama games, it was pretty cool I must say

I got two achievements just before. I will not bother listing the ones I got last week or so. Gears of War III: Welcome to Beast Mode: Completed the first 12 waves of Beast(10G) Welcome to Horde Mode: Survived the first 10 waves of Horde(10G)

I got like, 4 or 5 in LBP yesterday :hmmm: I don't remember them exactly. But I do remember my last Demon's Souls trophy that I got for killing the Armored Spider in 2-1

I got the Share trophy last night while playing LittleBigPlanet with Pants. :D

I would've played with you guys, but I had school today and needed to go to sleep :sad2:

Bunch of bronze trophies from LBP and a few from inFamous. But the two I was glad I got were the Maneaters in Demon's Souls and Freeflow Perfection in Batman: Arkham Asylum. I raged so much on both of these :rage: The Maneaters are cheating bastards :hmph: For the Batman one, I had to use every single move in one combo without losing it. Took me about 20 minutes, but it pissed me off every time I almost got it and got hit or didn't have anyone else to punch to keep it going. But when I got it I was happy

Superstar - Pro Gotham Racing 4

This is the achievement you get for getting 5 Kudos Stars three times in a race. It's not much of an achievement in my opinion, but it got me 40 gamer points, so I think it's a plus for me. I plan on getting every achievement for this game, so you'll see a lot of posts from me in this thread with each achievement I get for this game. :reptar:

"Simple Mind" in Heavy Rain for doing a certain somethin... somethin... during the final chapter that I shall not name.

It's honestly not a difficult trophy to get, it's just by simply choosing to do something.

I'm currently 91% on the trophy list for Heavy Rain and now I'm just unlocking all of the endings, which is a pretty easy task to do, and then I'll have the platinum trophy! :)

"Rockhound" in inFamous. I got it for getting all 350 blast shards in the game. Wasn't too hard, but it took forever to find the last few and I got lucky I found them faster than I probably would've. The fact that it's only a bronze trophy is shit :hmph: Working on the platinum trophy now. Just have to beat it on hard with good karma :griin:

For Whom the Bell tolls - WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2011

This achievement asked for me to beat the Undertaker on Legend Difficulty and I did just that :reptar: wasn't really hard, actually. All I had to do was give him a few couple shots with a sledgehammer and the rest was just pounding his old ass until he was helpless. :wacky:

Defeat Crossbreed Priscilla

(Dark Souls)

Christ, this bitch was annoying. She wasn't challenging at all, just frustrating. She turned invisible, but that wasn't really a problem: her footprints gave her away, and after three hits with the Lightning Spear she became visible again. No, what this battle frustrating was that you could cut off her tail for a dagger, and I spent about ten minutes circling her and hacking away at her tail with a Claymore (which I hate using, but since it has better range...) in the hopes that I'd get it off. I did, and then I killed her within a minute afterwards. Easy Silver Trophy.

L.A. Noire's Platinum Trophy

Finally bought the game :jay: I rented it before and really enjoyed it, but didn't have time to finish up the trophies. One of the easier platinum's I've gotten. I think I had the most fun with "Public Menace", where you have to rack up a certain amount of money in penalties, or in short, wreak havoc :mokken:

inFamous Platinum Trophy

Not the hardest to get, although apparently the stunts can be pretty annoying (I only had trouble with one but finished on my first playthrough :gasp:). Then there were the easier ones with healing and bio leeching and etc :gasp: I had good fun with this game, and will eventually pick up inFamous 2 to continue it. Beating it on Hard wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be, and I plowed straight through on my second playthrough :gasp: Evil upgrades were still much better -_- I like getting my energy restored, but I like doing more damage better :reptar: Fun fun.

Uncharted 3's Platinum Trophy

I don't know whether the first Uncharted's crushing mode was more difficult than this, or it just seems so because now I've got three crushing playthroughs under my belt, but this game's crushing mode seemed incredibly easy. Only a few parts killed me multiple times, but even then, I didn't die enough to need a walkthrough on how to get through it, like I did for the church chapter in Uncharted.

The only trophy that frustrated me was the Throwback trophy, where you have to pick up enemy grenades and throw them back to get a kill, 10 times. I was playing on the easiest difficulty and pressing triangle very early so perhaps that's why the triangle indicator wasn't showing up, but once I went back to normal difficulty, I was able to get the trophy.

So glad they didn't add multiplayer trophies in order to get the platinum, I dislike competitive modes anyway so having to achieve several trophies for it would have put me off.

Was a fun platinum to get, and as always, a very satisfying finish to a great game. Can't wait for the map/skin packs to come out, to see what trophies they'll add with them, hopefully.

I think the last one I got was Concordance Officer, the platinum trophy in Dead Space. Or at least that is the last trophy I have any memory of getting. It wasn't too bad, It took three and a half playthroughs, which is probably quite a lot. I was told by a few pals I should have done it in two, two and a half tops

Getting all of the weapons and maxing them probably took the longest, that took two and a half playthroughs altogether. Then the last one was just the most difficult mode in the game, Impossible mode. Which was actually a misnomer, because you know, I beat it. It was thoroughly enjoyable, I actually quite enjoyed the challenge and felt genuine fear at times.

I think what makes a game scary is when you have nothing to help you fight the enemies, whereas in all my previous playthroughs I was a baesht of a yoke. Even with some seriously powerful weaponry, armour, and health I was killed so easily. I felt surprisingly proud of myself for getting the platinum, though I have no idea why. I sat on my ass and I'll never look back on this time and be glad that's how I spent it. Still proud of it though

Well I did beat Uncharted 3 like a week ago or so. I managed to rack up some of the weapon kills trophies in the campaign mode, and others. Last trophy I earned was Charted! Normal, which requires you to beat the game on Normal. I am tempted to go for the crushing trophy soon enough. It will give me the one for hard as well, so why not? I will enjoy dying along the way, but it will be nice to play the story again. :ryan:
