What weapons have you equipped your characters?

I would equip my characters with:

Vaan=Ultima Weapon
Bache=Excalibur
Balthier=Zodiac Spear
Ashe=Ragnarok
Fran=Sagittarius
Penelo=Masamune

 

[Rockman X]

I would equip my characters with:

Vaan=Ultima Weapon
Bache=Excalibur
Balthier=Zodiac Spear
Ashe=Ragnarok
Fran=Sagittarius
Penelo=Masamune

Does that mean you actually haven't done it? Anyway, I pulled XII off the shelf to see what everyone has:

Vaan - Ragnarok
Balthier - Dragon Whisker
Fran - Perseus Bow
Basch - Formalhaut
Ashe - Save the Queen
Penelo - Grand Mace

I typically kept my gun for Balthier, but I like to switch weapons around from time to time to see how each character wields them.

Fran: Perseus Bow
Basch: Golden Axe
Penelo: Masamune
Ashe: Zodiac Spear
Vaan: Ragnarok
Balthier: Formalhaut

I switch Penelo and Ashe's weapons with random things sometimes, usually staves and rods, but occiasionally Poles and such...
Those Grenades annoyed me the most though

Ashe=Durandal with Zodiac Shield

Balthier=Fomalhaut
