My favorites are Chocobo Racing (VII), Chocobo Hot & Cold (IX) and Tetra Master (IX)
If the Hunts in XII count, that comes in at 2nd place (the rest are tied for first xD)
I can't stand Triple Triad or Blitzball.

Blitzball, easily. I loved a lot of the other mini-games in the FF series but Blitzball is the only one I really enjoyed.

without a doubt it was chocobo breeding and racing at the gold sauce in ff VII always wanted to know how to get other color chocobo's though never figured it out

Chocobo Racing definately. I liked how you can make your chocobo better and I loved dominating with my Gold Chocobo. And I like how you can get items or GP after winning. It was really useful.
