Where Sephiroth is stronger?

You didn't state if you mean "to fight" or "when in action".
To fight - Kingdom Hearts II
When in action - Advent Children, because Cloud, at level 100, has great difficulty defeating him.

How are you so sure he's lvl 100???
I think it was in FF7 logically, because he used melee in KH and AC but used many spells in FF7 including SuperNova.

I think FFVII sephiroth is harder because since it's a Atb system game you can't beat hm unless you're at least a certain level with certain skills but in kh I can beat him really easy almost at any level {at least lv 50 ^ because I have to be at least that to reach him}
if we just refer to the KH games then I think that Sephiroth is harder to defeat in KH2 than in the first KH. But i could beat him at LV 55 with the keyblade "Sleeping Lion".
But if we compare these games' Sephiroth with the one in FFVII then the answer is obvious, of course the Sephiroth in FFVII was harder because he used Spells and all that. But we must also anilize that the Sephiroth in the KH game has a spell that can take your HP and Mag down to 1. I think that the name of the spell or at least what Sephiroth is saying when he prepares to cast this spell is: " Descend Heartless Angel".
And about the Sephiroth on FFAC then I say that he is somehow strong but not stronger than in FFVII because the Sephiroth we see here is just Kadaj being possesed and he doesn't have the complete power of Sephiroth only because he is a remanant of J.E.N.O.V.A. and he does not have the complete power of Sephiroth, he only possess a minimum of his power.

No it doesn't because I didn't had Second Chance equiped with me the first time I fought Sephiroth but I'm not so sure about that. I'll replay the game and tell you later.

There was an interview some time ago with Nomura and he stated that all characters were sitting at level 100.
No, it does not. Heartless Angel reduces your HP to ONE, and your MP to ZERO. Second chance or second wind does not have any influence on this.
When he finishes summoning the Heartless Angel, he rushes toward you and annihilates most players

I beat sephiroth my first try in FFVII, about my third try in KH and 2 second try in KH2! But i still think he was Crazy hard in KH2, he has mad skills!

Anyone who says otherwise just doesn't use the game engine of Kingdom Hearts 2 to there complete advantage. The biggest new addition to the KH2 engine is the ability to parry attacks, this makes the battle between KH2 Sephiroth 10x easier than KH1 counterpart, because now, you can actually parry his pyshical attacks.
Not to mention that KH1 Sephiroth could deal out more than half life damage with just one single swing of his sword, while in KH2, Sephiroth needs to do numerous continous hits in order to achieve the same damage potential. KH2 Sephiroth is nowhere near as ridiculous or as powerful as KH1.
FFVII Sephiroth was easy to beat, and AC can't be debated because you couldn't even fight him in the first place.
