I like Squall's clothes but they are very emo also Zell has nice clothes but his shorts really suck so I'll say Rinoa because she has a little bit weird but nice clothes.
 
Both Squall and Rinoa have got neat clothing. Seifer wasn't bad either. Edea was elegantly dressed. Ultimecia was great though -- her first form.

I like all the girls outfits, I really can't choose, infact of them all, I'd say the worst was Zells and I like the rest. Owait, Edea. She CLEARLY has the best outfit
 
Squall had the coolest outfit by far. Whats more is it was clearly the most practical, with all those belts his pants shall never fall down :monster:

Ummm, how do you classify clothing being emo? Leather pants and a bomber jacket are now considered emo? Belts included? I think Squall had a very nice outfit, nothing "emo" about it. I think it suited his character and made him look even better than what he already does. I personally loved his jacket. That furry collar makes me want to rub my face in it! I love faux furry stuff!

I also really love Rinoa's outfit! I think it's so cute. I'm not sure why, but I love that long, blue coat-like thing she wears. It's just pretty. I think her whole outfit suits her as well. I especially like the angel wing print on the back of the outfit and her arm warmers.
 
I liked Squall's outfit, but it must have been really difficult to get around in those leather pants! Maybe they were actually pleather...Erm...anyways...

I'm not too big on black clothing. I don't think I own any myself...except maybe a black dress, or some slacks. Therefor, Squall looks really neat in concept, but he's not the best dressed, IMO.

So, the best dressed character would have to beeee...
Kiros.

Give it up for Kiros everyone; he had the most unique outfit in the whole game...and some of the coolest weapons too. ^___^
 
I personally think Vincent was the best dressed. Not only does the tattered cape give him that mysterious look, but it does look kinda stylish as well. The bandana or whatever on his forehead is also a nice touch.

Shuyin's outfit is also awesome. Better than Tidus, I would say, although they look very similar, but somehow on Shuyin, it looks better and suits him really well.
 
Hmm.. tough question! I'm going to have to say it was a tie between Squall and Rinoa for best outfit though.

Squall's outfit just looked downright cool. Everything went together, from the belts, to the jacket, to the shirt, I mean he just looked really spiffy! :D

As for Rinoa, I mean her outfit was just really unique. I loved the color of it and the whole dress/skirt thing she had going on was pretty cool. Plus, I loved her boots! I'm not sure why, but I think they complimented her already great outfit really well. And then the angel wings on the back were a cute touch xD

So it's a tie between those two for me!
 
Squall definitely wins it for me. The black colours, the leather material, and the fur collar...Sassy xD

Second for me would be Quistis. I actually liked Quistis' outfit a lot too. The unattached sleeves and the bottom zipper vest thing looked really hot. And I liked how the length of her skirt just meets the top of her boots.

Rinoa's outfit is rather cute, I admit. I actually didn't like those angel wings 'cause they look more like feet then wings, but that's more on the design; the concept is cute ^^

And Seifer did look very much like a knight with his long white coat ^^

While Edea was possessed, she did look very much the part of a sorceress; also leaves very little to the imagination...But seeing Ultimecia's outfit, it's no wonder xD

I don't actually hate any character designs in FFVIII (except I didn't like Squall in his SeeD uniform that much; I don't know why, 'cause I liked him in his cadet uniform), but these stood out to me the most; the other's just felt a tad generic >_<

I really Edea's outfit. I don't know, the eccentric look of it intrigues me. And I like that it looks surreal.

I also like Rinoa's outfit. I think the blue cape over the black tight clothes and the blue mini skirt looks cute.
 
I like Edea's outfit, for no real reason. But it gives her the Witch touch and at the same time she looks very feminine. Seifer and Quistis outfit are pretty nice too.
 
I loved Squall, Rinoa and Selphie's outfits. They were different and unusual and yet they matched the personalitys of the characters wearing them.
 
Although very plain in my opinon, I liked Squall's outfit the best. It suited his shady personality. The belts around his waist were also really cool, I think they stood for something, Squall doesn't let anyone in! Which is true, he doesn't open up to anyone until late in the game.

I loled when you said that xD

I think there's the one belt for the pants, one for the gunblade, and one that holds the ammo for the gunblade or something. Though who needs a reason to wear three belts; it's sexy, that's all that matters ^^

I agree, lol he honestly just looks so damned cool :) I've always wanted to get his outfit but I cant seem to find anywhere reliable thats really good quality
 
For the boys, squall's clothes are the best. and for the girls i like Rinoa's the most.
Quistis' clothes are cool too. Irvine is just too classic.
i really like the Seeds uniform.
 
Looks like FFVIII has the best dressed characters ^^

Personally I'd go for Squall.
 
NWO YOU AINT NEVER GONNA SEE SEIFER IN THE ESTHAR AIRPORT.....WHAT EVER....SPEAKING OF SEIFER I THINJ HE LOOKED KINDA COOL IN THE LONG BATTLE COAT ESPECIALLY WITH THE RED HYPERION SYMBOL ON IT AND THEN THERES BIGGS AND WEDGE U GOTTA DIG THOSE RUSTIC GALBAIA MILITARY UNIFORMS...I CANT BELIEVE IM GONA USE THIS....LOL....I FEEL SICK
