Riku, naturally. I was disappointed at the lack of time you were granted to play as him, and it wasn't even compulsory, you can actually defeat Xemnas without Sora ever being caught in his beam-thing.

yes you can play as Mickey. If you die when fighting Shan-Yu, Thresholder and Posseser, Shadow-stalker/darkthorn, Cerberus, the hydra, Volcanic Lord and blizzard lord, Stormrider, Xaldin, Grim Reaper, or Xemnas (The king thingy not the last battle), you can select "I won't give up!" Which causes Mickey Mouse to appear out of nowhere and you can play as him until he dies or you revive Sora with one of his spells. He is really cool to play as and I beat Shan-Yu just attacking with Mickey. I don't know if it works on Easy, but try dying on these battles in proud mode.

i took riku because one of the reasons i kept on playing kh2 was because if i could get the chance to play as riku himself other than the ONLY 10 seconds in the final battle with xemnas

Well i went for Sora though, Riku wasn't that bad, but with Roxas you never used any really special abilities... Though i never once used king micky as i never died during the battles that you could use him in

It was just the solid joy of getting to be him, however short. I cant wait for Final Mix so I can play R/R. If it was cool to be him/ for 2 seconds, think about a whole story line for him in PS2 graphics, not retarded GBA games. As always, I have to say Sora is a winy suck

Riku he definitely kicks ass I was too dissapointed that he does not get enough play time in the game I would have like to use one winged angel more... (one winged angel is Riku's weapon)
I picked Roxas. I wanted him to be in the game more. One could say that whole Twilight Town segment was for tutorial purposes only, but I enjoyed it. It would have been nice to see the dual-wielder a little more.
(Remember the old pre-release speculation days when he was just "Blond-Haired Kid?" That was funny.)
