Whose responsibility is it?

I think if ones old enough to legaly drink you should also be smart enough to know your limit. Unfortunantly most people are stupid and continue on and then for some reason its assumed its others responcibility to "take care of you" But I still dissagree with this. If one cant controll themselves its in my thoughts their own fault for what happens.
I live within a few feet of a ton of bars and I doubt on a bussy night I could remember everyones face and to be honest not everyone acts the same while intoxicated so realy unless he was violent or obviously puking on the bar realy how is one supposed to assume he has alcohol poisoning till its to late?
I believe its the indaviduals fault for doing it to excess at some point one has to be responcible for their own actions and behavior and stop putting it up to someone else to make sure they dont over due it.

I know a remedy for alcohol poisoning, though it's not really quote unquote 'legal' :D
I know this because I have seen it in action.

Ironically, this remedy can also cause alcohol poisoning if used beforehand. Seen this kind of happen as well.

Anyways, I think I already posted on here, but I feel it is all their faults. They were all irresponsible. However, the bartenders should not face criminal charges. I think that is a mockery to fair law. They should lose their bartender status permanently and never be allowed to carry a liquor license.
That would be the right thing to do.
