Xenort has a keyblade?!

Whats the deal.
Xenort and this heartless dude have keyblades!?!?!?
whats the deal, does anybody know anything about this.
And is that guy who comes out of Xenort a heartless?
please i need answers
 
Short and concise version,
Xeanhort is a Keyblade Master, the heartless dude isn't a heartless, but I'm not going to delve further.
 
But the thing i dont get is why they have keyblades i thought the keyblade chose the good guys with strong hearts like sora not a baddy like xeonort

Strong heart does not mean good heart. The term used for that would probably be pure heart.
It puts a nice spin on it to have a villain using a keyblade though I think.

The guy that comes out of Xehanort (which I am assuming you are talking about the old Xehanort (Master Xehanort or MX)) is not a heartless because they didn't exist in the light realm until a year after Birth By Sleep.

The baddies have keyblades now, I like it!
 
i agree with beyer and i think that mx is not a heartless but a nobody and if u can recall riku went evil and had a keyblade in kh1
 
I thought the keyblade riku had was a fake. Oh well, but it'll be cool to get all the answers when the game comes out

Yeah, the keyblade Riku had was a fake. It was never said whether it still required a wielder though.

I have spoiled myself like 100%!!! Trust me, you will NOT BE DISSAPOINTED and I didn't even play the game! I won't ruin anything though
 
I think the real question here is why doesn't Xehanort still have his keyblade in later games. I mean I kinda understand his heartless (Ansem, seeker of darkness) not having one, but shouldn't Xemnas have had one? Ex: When Sora was turned into a heartless, Roxas was able to wield a keyblade because Sora could. (keep in mind I haven't beaten final episode or Ventus' story, so if Ventus is the reason why then that explains it.)

Xehanort and 'heartless dude' have keyblades because
Xehanort is a keyblade master and weilds a keyblade of darkness, Vanitas/heartless dude has one because he is the embodiment of Ventus' darkness

And the guy who comes out of Xehanort... May be mistaken here but if i'm thinking on the right lines, you mean on Terra's ending? If so...
That is Xehanort possessing Terra's body so that he can be young and strong again, Terra's darkness being the 'ark that sustains him'

As for the keyblades, and why Riku has one when he's dark is because...
there are 3 types of keyblades, Light, Dark and Heart, the latter being made from the princesses of heart's hearts (sound familiar?) as for light and dark, they are given the normal way, to those chosen by light or darkness or passed on by a light/dark keyblade master

And the reason Ansem/Xemnas do not weild the keyblade (I think) is because
In the case of Roxas, he took on the form of Ventus, presumably with the power of the Keyblade Master too, thus granting him the keyblade, Ansem/Xemnas don't get this ability I think because Terra's heart seperated from Xemnas' at the time, though that's purely speculation
 
Hmm, I see what you're saying. Like I said I haven't beaten Ventus' story yet so Idk why Roxas appears as Ventus (assuming this game explains why) I was simply going off what people said before Ventus was discovered that Roxas has a keyblade because Sora does. What you're saying makes sense though so I'll go with your opinion unless the ending of BBS suggests otherwise XD.

P.S.- anyone else think Re: coded looks horribly dissapointing? Cell phone games ftl

Roxas took on Ventus's appearance
because Ventus's heart now exists within Sora's heart, granting him the use of the Keyblade. I think that Ansem SoD/Xemnas can't wield it because once Xehanort (the one in-game that loses to Aqua) loses his memories and then becomes a Heartless, Terra's heart was probably the one he lost, along with his own, thus losing the ability to wield the keyblades.

Also another reason why Riku had a keyblade is...
in BBS, Terra gave Riku HIS keyblade therefore making Riku destined to be a keyblade wielder and in KH1 they said the reason Sora got a keyblade was because Riku turned to darkness for power so he didn't really have one until he wasn't a part of the darkness in KH2.

Also as to why Roxas had a keyblade even though he was a Nobody...
he had one because Ventus became a part of Sora. Simple as that.

Not a bad idea, I like it. However, I do believe Nomura said that Xemnas wasn't using a keyblade on purpose. I don't really get what it means but I am hoping it will be explained in Kingdom Hearts III.
My personal theory however is:
You need a heart to wield a keyblade. Roxas can because of Ventus's heart, Xion can because of her artificial heart however Xemnas cannot, because he has no heart to speak of.
The whole Xehanort thing is SO confusing.

Kingdom Hearts: Coded is a mobile phone game released in chapters within Japan only.
Kingdom Hearts Re: Coded is a DS Game and a complete remake of Coded using the DS system. If you go and find a trailer you will see that a considerable amount of it has changed. The battling is now more like Birth By Sleep, the graphics better I think, the story is said to be much more expanded upon and there seems to be some awesome mini-games.
My prediction is that Re: Coded will not even feel like the same game to anyone who has actually played Coded.
I think the fact that Nomura has made this remake is because he realised that cell phone games just don't work majority of the time.
I, personally, REALLY want the game. Looks awesome. Also, the secret ending intrigues me.
 
the reason xehanort can't use the keyblade is when he was defeated he lost his memories and thus he cant use what he doen't know he use
