Yuffie

Yuffie. Yuffie was an annoying brad, but extremely useful in battle. I like the little sidequest as well.
 
Probably because a lot of people seem to dislike Yuffie, I'm not really a fan of her myself but she's not the worst character in the game. She's useful in battle but had such an annoying personality. I think that might be why she is forgotten. :P If it isn't that then it might be because she's just an optional character.

Oh, I love Yuffie. She was Aerith's replacement once I figured out how to get her as a character, I was once ignorant to her existence in FF7. The first time I heard of her was in KH.
 
Probably coz she didnt have much to do with Cloud... She was really just a tag-along... But a REALLY COOL tagalong! One of my fav chars. She's always in my party! Loved her personality, her carefree attitude, her sneakiness! Sure, she was a little annoying...but thats why we love her! She's funny too. And a NINJA! Yuffie ROCKS! Pity she wasnt a more central character!
 
I certainly liked Yuffie, although I was initially pissed with her over loosing my Materia in Wutai, her reasons were understandable. Anyway, Yuffie’s probably one of the characters I liked more (Personality and battle wise) than the rest of the group, with the exception of Tifa and Vincent.

As for her not being mentioned much or overlooked, I think it’s mostly due to her being a side character and optional story to explore, not to mention the other more popular characters... She’s just one of those spunky characters you either liked or disliked.
 
If you max her to her full potential, she's the 3rd Best character in Final Fantasy VII, the only two characters better then her is Barret and Cid.
 
Yuffie is the only character that can deal 9999 damage morphing..I think. Using Yuffie in gelnika for sources is a must, her materia equipped when i hunt for sources are Mega-all, and Sneak Attack linked with Morph,her doom of the living limit is as good as cloud's omnislash just give her tons of hero drink lol:P.

As soon as I found Yuffie in those woods I thought, "THIS IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER. PERIOD." I really like her personality, and even though I didn't use her in battle as much as I should have, she had diverse Limit Breaks. When is a ninja not cool?

On a related note, last night I dreamed Yuffie had her own Compilation game. But it was NOT good.
 
I love Yuffie!
She's quite strong, cares about her country and probably the most cheerfull member in AVALANCHE. No make it absolutely the most cheerfull person in AVALANCHE!
Im quite proud that she had a big (kinda) role in DOC. But all the other games she was forgotten. Like in AC, They only showed her so people will see how much the graphics improved!
That is really unfair, Yuffie deserved bigger role than that!

I always thought that Yuffie and Vincent were optional character. We can choose either to take them along or just leave them alone, right? Maybe that's the main reason these two characters were left out in the end scene.
 
I don't care that she took the materia and all that. I also don't mind that it took me forever to fight her in the little forest areas. I feel that it payed off to put up with her attitude and the time to get her. I would rank her as the 2nd or 3rd best character in the game. 2nd behind Cid. Or 3rd behind Cid and Cloud. She is a very strong character and I had her in my party throughout the whole game after I got her. She is probably IMO the best female char on the game. Aeris was up there in the top 2 behind Yuffie as the best female character until she dies at the end of disk 1. Again just my opinion
 
i loved her. who doesnt like the happy, cheery, and fun character in ff games?! i used her alot in my battles and absolutely kicked ass in the final battle with sephiroth xD i'm glad that bitch stole my materia @_@
 
She was great with her conformer, especially for morphing.

I use her all the time in the sunken plane to build up my parties stats.
 
I personally loved Yuffie's character. I thought she was funny, high spirited, and was basically the life of the party. However, if she wouldve been a character you have to have, and not a bonus character i can bet that more people would remember and talk about Yuffie. But because of this, both her and Vincent fall in this category since they're bonus, not mandatory to have.

recently i have been playing over VII for the like millionth time and i noticed that Yuffie is god damn annoying, i never remember how to answer the questions so she joins you so it take me forever to get her then the biatch steals my God damn materia
 
Yuffie and vincent became two of my favorite characters to have in the party. Yuffie is definitely one of the top characters and everything about her is pretty damn cool!

Vincent is the other optional character that is really appealing, looks good an has real unique limit breaks, plus his story is decent.
