Zorn and Thorn?

They were odd I agree. I myself loved their dialogue, it was amusing and bizzare. Plus it fitted their character personas well. Fighting them was ... freaking scary man!

I didn't think it was scary. They looked pretty amusing to me, just bouncing when one or the other received power.
Meltigemini, their fused form, is a different story, though. Looks kinda diabolical.

Good for you ... didnt scary me either.

And that is what I was refering to... Zorn and Thorn as themselves arent scary to me at all. But as their other form, its sodding terrifying.

I liked them, they were amusing in their ineptitude (daft henchmen are always good value), and Jesters of the Moonless Sky is a really good bit of music in the game. I think their line: 'B***ards we may be but clever are we!' sums them up really XD

Sorry it sounded like I was bragging and/or putting you down. You mentioned fighting them was scary, so i guess i didn't pay too much attention. :)

And I'm so glad you cleared that up. No hard feelings, right?

Lolz, get outta here you crazy kid XD I dont make things clear, forget about it *odd Italian voice*

I think they are the most comical duo in the series. But they dont top Biggs and Wedge convos in FF8 when you appear on the satalite XD Cant spell that word :|

Ughh, they were so irritating!
Firstly just because they were so stupid anyway, and secondly because I hate having things repeated to me in different ways and they did it all the time!
Sometimes they were funny, but they were damn right annoying.

I'm glad you said that.

Zorn and Thorn are my kind of characters. I can easily see why they are hated, but I love them like they are my own offspring (Thorn especially, because I like red more than blue, and because he was even more unique in his linguistics).

Personally I think these two added a lot of flair to the game, and their evil ingenious was on par with Kuja. Not like Brahne, to me she was just stupid, impatient, and obnoxious- she had doom written on her forehead.
Zorn and Thorn were tricky, smart, cunning, and enigmatic. They always seemed to have a secret agenda up their sleeves, and never really let out their scheme.

In a nutshell, they kind of remind me of Kefka combined with a jack-russell terrier and Hannibal Lecter.

Why did they have to die...?:sad3:

They just suited the theme of the game- it made a change to have enemies who, lets face it, weren't of typical human forms. Clowns are able to hide their nature via make up and tricks and I still feel that it was these two pulling the strings behind it all.

Zorn and Thorn for me where a bad attempt at recapturing the comedic enemy value that they previously had with Ultros & Typoon back in FFVI.

Unfortunatley Zorn and Thorn were just purely irritating and I wanted nothing more for them to just go away and NEVER come back, so you can imagine why I felt ugh  everytime this stooge act reared there ugly head on a playthrough.

So many hateful posts I've read and I just can't see why. I think it was funny when
they jumped off in mid-air of their little vehicle as Black Waltz No. 3 commandeered it.

Zorn and Thorn were just funny to me. I didn't find them irritating. They just played the role of villainous sidekicks (and were great at it). But they were malignant, choosing to
side with Kuja instead of risking a beating from Tantalus to make peace with Garnet.

I don't know what else to say. No one can just expect everyone to act normally in a game like Final Fantasy. A little silliness never hurts anybody.

I Liked the two,

all though I got pretty annoyed when my older brother and older sister began talking like them, I think purely that put me off the game for a while.

The twins could agitating at times but that made the killing of them all the more fun!!

Overall I liked the idea of them, however now everytime I look at the Jokers In a deck of cards I can see their wierdly morphed faces.

:-)
