    so im bugging people

    whatchu think :neomon:
I'm not gonna use that callout signature. :lew: If I didn't want a request I could've made a sig with it for myself. :lew: Nevermind then though.
Oooooooo...kay then. :gasp: But is that a yes or no to you doing that request still?
It was just a nice render to use, I didn't really think it would matter to have an original signature request...? It's just something I really wanted you to make, and wanted to wear as a signature. I just picked an image that worked for me, didn't think it would matter. o_O Unless I'm getting it wrong.
You're not finishing the request then? Blargh, was waiting on it. I went ahead and used the image, yeah, but I still would've liked what I requested. No worries though. Maybe next time. =]
Thank you =) I've been wanting to do that concept for a long time and when I saw it was going to be our theme, I jumped at the chance haha

idk if it showed but it was hard to make. I looked for a fitting woman's body stock first then drew in and colored the wings myself. Took me two days with all the changes blending. I'm happy because I got to finally make it and I like how it turned out. Thank you for noticing it <=)
    ILU too buddypie <3
I hope you slept well and i hope your first day back at work is a really great one xx
Will talk to you when you get home! <3
Of Course I will! I just need to put space in my sigs for this and Raul's! I love em both!!
Type the word, highlight the desired word, click the little globe icon with the chain, type in the link you want it to take you to, hit OK. Done. =] I'll check the DA out soon!
That's an oldie. Still looking good though, always liked that tag with the hot air balloons. :D
(Though, interestingly, and on a tangent, for some reason the Athenians put some Scythian slaves to use as a sort of archer police force in the city of Athens itself, which is a strange thing to put a savage barbarian 'other' in charge of maintaining order in public places, but hey… :D)

As for MSN and Skype… I don’t have Skype, but perhaps I should. For MSN I can be found at argor251 (then @hotmail.com). I’m not on it very often, but it would be good to chat if ever you wanted to.

(3 VMs.... I apologise about that. Said more than I intended to... :argor:)
Yeah Britain was seen as a strange place on the edges of the world, for a long time it was beyond the known world. It took a while for people to really recognise that it actually existed or could be brought within the known world, let alone eventually controlled by the Roman empire (though not all of it, as you’ll know with pride! :D). There is a possibility that Britain had been trading since the Bronze Age with powers such as the Myceneans (the Greeks living during the period that would form some of the basis for the myths such as the Trojan War), and that Cornish Tin may have been a major export… But really, Britain was for a long time beyond everything. The first major expedition to it to make note of it was by the Greek Pytheas in the 4th Century BC. It’s a shame we can’t have a complete account of what he’d reported, but what we can glean from him is interesting.

We were certainly barbarians then. Our discovery probably reinforced ideas of barbarism also… During the classical age of Greece, Scythians north of the black sea also had tattoos (some mummified Scythians have been found with tattoos still preserved on the skin!), and they scalped people and made cups from the skulls of their enemies.
Ha ha ha. :D I’ve heard about that tribe, but I don’t know much about them. I think they were used on the TV show Greatest Warriors (or whatever it was called) where people test the weaponry, tactics, and abilities of different historical warriors / armies and pit them against each other. I didn’t watch the whole episode, but I think what little I saw resembles what the tribe you describe did.

As for noses. From what I know the noses were ideal if long’ish and so that from the side it would seem to flow from the forehead at an angle, forming a nice triangle. They hated little snub noses. Socrates was supposed to have had a snub nose, and he was considered a very ugly man (though perhaps the fact that he rarely bathed or cared for his appearance at all was what really made him repulsive to most Athenians where looks are concerned).
    Ha ha ha. :D
Yeah. A large penis was seen as laughable, as if you were like a horse or a donkey (and I guess therefore like satyrs and centaurs), and the implication probably being that you were therefore wild, uncivilised, and un-Greek. They mocked them, and when they put old comedies on at the theatre a lot of the actors would have fake-phalluses attached to them of enormous proportions, and they’d point at them, swing them about and pull on them, etc, depending on the jokes within the play. :D Old Comedy was awesome. :argor:

That’s great if you feel like doing some GFX. I wouldn't mind a new one, Dionysos being the first choice due to my name but, as we say, anything else will be good if Dionysos is difficult.

I hope that those things are sorted for you soon, as worrying about things like that is likely the last thing you want to think about right now I know. :sad2:
Thanks. The Background is a painting of Dionysus and Ariadne, with lots of random satyrs, beasts, and a dog.

I like the Zeus sig, and it doesn't feel that long since I put it on as time has really flown. If you were happy to make a new one, whenever you feel like making a new sig, perhaps another Greek mythological character would be good too. I'd have suggested Dionysus but I've tried to find a good picture of him and can't find anything decent that doesn't also have a naked satyr, or a naked woman, or a naked Dionysus. :argor: It's also hard to find something that isn't androgynous, and most modern fan-art (?) of him tends to be of an anime-bishy style which is not my ideal for him.

Poseidon is a good suggestion if there is nothing out there for Dionysus, and he is probably a safer bet. (Ha ha. You wouldn't believe how often people do call him Neptune or get any of them mixed up, so I'd have to have forgiven you).

In short: If ever you feel like making a new sig, sure that'll be interesting. I could even swap sigs around more frequently or have a sort of loopy thing in like Jimbob did, if that is possible for other people that aren't Jimbob.
I go the San Andreas cheats to work. I had to use a different controller but it was worth it! :lew: I had flying cars and everything.
