  • How awesome a duo would Clint and Nathan make?

Finished it yesterday morning, the ending was really surprising with the Star wars, and Marvel references. Really, really excellent though can't wait for Song of Susannah
If he was a gunslinger he'd just win the film with his rugged charm and killer lines

:rage: Can't afford to order the last two books until after I go out this weekend
Of course I have, I would actually love to be punched in the face by River Tam in that bar fight scene. I have also vowed to marry Summer Glau, she is a hell cat in the sack, of that I have no doubt
That kid has face I don't think I'd ever tire of punching, can't think of any good Jakes though

    Susannah?

Another fun fact, Saoirse is Irish for George :ohoho: So she technically has a boy's name

Also finally gonna get started on Wolves of the Calla today
It depends what part of the country you're from, in the East where I live it's pronounced sear-sha(sear rhymes with beer), in the North-West it's sur-sha
Yeah it says they're the same age at some point, and that they're within a few months of each other at most. Saoirse Ronan, only about 16 herself atm She's Irish so I have a like 1 in 4 million chance of meting her in the street and seducing her, then sleeping my way into the film biz and pipping Javier Bardem to play Rpoland
Roland is 14, I remember cause Cort said he was the youngest to ever pass the test, Steven was the champion before that at 16. Alain and Cuthbert are around that and Susan is 16

    :hmmm: grey eyes and all

Wolves is just after coming, BOOM! I'm trying to think of an actor who can wear a handlebar and not look like a pornstar
Ah that makes much more sense, that's pretty much how I'd imagine Alain. I absolutely adore Cuthbert, excellent character

Yeah if you look up a bigger image it's much clearer, but he's very young in it. It was when he was playing Thompson in Fear and Loathing the film, and for some reason John Cusack is there, because Fuck yeah John Cusack
You filthy genius, that would actually be amazing

Imagine his speech in Taken, except telling Roland he's too young. If cuthbert is at all like he is in Wizard and Glass he should be played by a young Johnny Depp
It starts on Blaine, then the crash, then they realise they're in a different world than Roland's. They walk a bit, end up near the castle, he tells them the story, then the Wizard of Oz bit and it's over.
He is mentioned at the end of Gunslinger, Walter tells Roland he will meet him before the Crimson King. He then shows up at the end of wastelands and takes the Tick Tock Man away from Lud. Then he is on the throne at the end of Wizard and Glass, calls himself Richard Fannin.
Not sure because I got them delivered to my mams work and she wasn't in today, hopefully it'll be there tomorrow. Yeah she was mentioned in passing in WaG, it's so fucking epic. I really want to see more of the Ageless Stranger
