Okay a bit of advice to avoid any potential annoyances.

1. You don't need max rank to complete Totori. Once you get to Colbalt rank you can finish the game.
2. If you want to watch an event later make sure you raise up Rorona, Mimi, and Melvia's friendship level to 60 I believe.
3. If you haven't made one, make sure you make a Warp Gate ASAP. It can save you some money and a lot of time going between the two workshops.
4. Though I'm sure you know of this already keep a backup save.

My rationale for possibly getting LR is simply that it might have some potential. I mean, it doesn't look like the last two games, which is a plus. If it turns out to be decent, I will eat humble pie and declare £10 well spent, and if it is rubbish, I can delight in murdering the game in a thread or two. Sort of win-win. All I need to do is try my hardest to shut down my brain whenever any character opens their mouth or attempt to advance the so-called "plot".

Yeah, still kind of shocked you exchanged Borderlands 2 for FFXIII-2. Oh, you will have fun with the plot. And by "fun", I mean, "guess what fresh new bullshit scraped from a toilet cistern will come round the corner next!"

i can't tell you an exact number but they help. Note that obviously some are really tough . But getting rank is similar to getting trophies. You get it by doing all sorts of random stuff. I think you also have to find out some information on Totori's mother too but I am not sure if that is mandatory too.

But yes make sure you promote or else you don't get credit for it. Speak to Cordelia to do so. If you're having trouble promoting try exploring new areas and fighting boss monsters. I know killing boss monsters for the first time gives you some nice Adv points.

We've actually never had the egg hunt here at my place. Usually we go to L.A and spend some time with my family and do it at my grandma's house or at the park, but my relatives are out of the country right now, so I might just take the kids at a local park tomorrow after my daughter gets home from church and do the egg hunt there (that is, if it's not busy).
