I wouldn't worry too much about Pro perks then unless they're really easy to get then. Warlord, Sleight of Hand, and Hardline Pro are easy to get
Yes you lose everything. Level, CoD points, everything you've bought/unlocked, and Pro perksYou get a few extras for prestiging. Not only do you look more intimidating but you get more custom class slots, a colored clan tag like Mel has, and a golden camo for your gun. However those come at later levels.
Now if you want to prestige I wouldn't bother with the Pro perks but if you don't want it we can help you get the Pro perks.

Also you should have played with me and Jay about an hour before your last reply. We had this one lobby where we ended up slaughtering the other team 4 times straight. The most amount of points they had during one of those games was 3,000 I believe.
Finally did you make your decision on if you're going to prestige yet? If not then we should work on getting you some Pro perks.
