The voice acting. They messed up Zidane's voice acting, and Kuja's voice is meh. The rest seem ok.

I prefer PS3 because of the games and free online play. If you prefer the xbox 360 Exclusives, go with it. If you prefer the PS3 Exclusives, then go with it. They both will have Final Fantasy XIII so no worries, but only the PS3 will FFXIII Versus. So if you're a BIG FF fan, I'd go with PS3...
