The only thing you'd really need to upgrade, at the end of the day, whether it's laptop, or Desktop is the CPU, and RAM, if you want a nice smooth experience for your system not bogging down. But I don't think CPUs are upgradeable on a laptop, since they're bound to a specific motherboard...
