Tetsuya said that it wouldn't be called "Kingdom hearts III" just "Kingdom Hearts" because it would be set before the original storyline, so that means we get to see what happens way before sora and the gang. I'm not sure if he said anything about sora, riku and kairi being in the new game.

I remember playing this game when I was about 11-12 years old and paine completely got my attention. I remember thinking "omg she's so cool!", even till now I can't change my mind about my fav. so its pretty much paine forever XD

Usually when games are hyped too much, it turns out to be a big flop, or something that wasn't quite up with everyone's expectations(because we set them too high).
