Achievement of the day

I should have posted this earlier as AS exam results came out yesterday - but I have done spectacularly well in my first module exams (English Language, Modern History, Politics and Critical Thinking). I have 3 As and a B in that order - with 93% in Lang and 94% in politics. So I'm really pleased I managed this.

As for today, I managed to get my money and form in for a meeting relating to Oxford and Cambridge universities. At this stage, I have to seriously think about the future so I'm glad that I have finally secured a place in the meeting. While Oxbridge seems like a stretch for me - I'm prepared to do anything to get a place in those universities. Oh yes - I've also managed a speech in History about Stuart England. God, that was dull. :gonk:
 
Finally getting my CV printed off. Ive got a job interview at a friends work on Monday, fingers crossed I get it. Sadly my laptop and printer wount connect to each other and the only soul in my family with a decent laptop and printer is my uncle who thank God lives 20 minutes away! So finally got it printed and done XD
 
^^ I know how you feel SS! =0 Whenever I want to print something off I have to go to my parents. >.< Luckily they only live 10 minutes away.

I have a printer but it's old and not hooked up to any of my computers. <_<

My achievement of the day would be buying a PS3!!!

After a year of saying 'I'll get it when I have more money.' I finally just went out and got it. I deserve to give myself a little present seeing as I work my butt off every week at work. All that hard earned saved money should go to something for me for a change. >.<

It's the biggest thing I've bought myself since my car in 2007 I think. 0_0

You'd think I'd splurge a bit more considering I don't have anything to really worry about except for bills and such. I just like saving money though. >.<

Steve's going to buy me some FFXIII related stuff for the PS3 too apparently. Not sure what it is that he's got in mind though.
 
I just installed my new Anti-Virus in my laptop. So far, its doing alright. I just visited my Ninja Saga and so far, it is doing alright too. I just started my Flash Animation as my Chapter Test, and so far, it is doing good.
 
My achievement of the day?

Hmm... I ate a bag of doritos! Why lie? I ate two. Tangy Cheese and Cool Original. Shake your first, eh? I have another bag. Free to a good home.
 
Right, what have I managed to accomplish today?

Nothing really that fascinating - but I've drafted a report of a college-related fundraising visit to India for the college magazine. That was my department - which was why I was interviewed about it on Tuesday. It's probably the worst article I have ever done, but I just lost the motivation today.
 
Achievement :

I finally knew my score on my Chemistry finals and I passed it! (No, I wasn't disappointed) HURRAY! HURRAY! THREE CHEERS FOR ME!

Anyway, other than passing my exams, I'm happy I beat my friend "Lambo" on a 1 on 1 game in DotA.

And played NS, RC and MW today.

You people, gotta appreciate little things in your life. It my complete your whole day. :D:D:D
 
My achievement of the day was getting through the day stress free.

Oh and I also managed to start at 8am like I'm meant to every day. <_<

The last week I've been so tired and I've slept through my alarm and ended up starting at 8:30. One day last week I slept in until 8:50 and got to work around 9:15. That was really bad. =/

So today is the first day I've managed to start on time, though it doesn't really matter as I work out in the office section anyway. No one would really miss me. >.<
 
I got the job I was after!!!! It helps alot my best friend is the manager, but I wowed the assistant manager and got the highest score out of about 13 people who applied!! Not many I know, but I was at the top for a change!! So happy, I needed this job and my best mate came through for me. Love her so much :-)
 
Achievement, quite a word.

Just listening to ATL is an achievement for me, such a BIG ACHIEVEMENT.
THEY MADE ME FEEL BETTER.

My NS character just leveled up, so its a little achievement that needs to be appreciated.

I just watched my favorite TV series entitled "FIRST TIME". (Didn't include them in my older post, just don't know why.)

Just took my English, Filipino and Physics Exam and got passed. BIG ACHIEVEMENT FOR ME.

If I'm gonna finish this "NOTES-COPYING", its another achievement.:D
 
After a few weeks of long, hard and dull typing - I have finally completed the second piece of my English Language coursework which is basically a piece of travel writing about New York based off Bill Bryson. Whether or not my teacher thinks it's a piece of literary genius or a piece of turd I don't know yet - I just handed it in.

Now my commentary needs to be done explaining what I did in my piece and why. God, I'm going to absolutely hate that. >_>

I ate and became full. I came home and become happy.

Make myself and my friends happy by bonding with them.
And of course, this day would not end if I'm not going to listen to ATL even just one sound.
 
I sat through my History class today and I'm still alive! I was supposed to do an essay for the lesson - but of course I had to go somewhere yesterday. It really wasn't a sufficient excuse and I knew that. But luckily my teacher forgot to ask for the essays in. If he didn't forget, I may have been slaughtered by him. :tehe:

I'll get the essay done.........probably by Monday? :hmm:
 
I just achieved my NS Character.
It just became level 24.
Bond together with my family, and listen to THE LOVE OF MY LIFE (MUSIC). :D

Watched "Pilipinas Got More Talent" and I was like WOW!
Watched some videos on YouTube and commented on them.
Goofed around with my dog and it became happy.
I just drank the whole 1.5L Pepsi and my stomach goes crazy. XD

I just appreciated every minute of my life and consider them as my achievements.

My achievement today is........absolutely nothing. Despite the fact that I have about four different assignments to do for homework, I simply couldn't be bothered to even start. I just tend to be distracted really easily by the smallest things. Even if I'm writing, I meander off course to doodle on some scrap paper. So I need to get motivated and to concentrate.

I have however, successfully slammed the bathroom door on my brother's face as he was trying to throw me out to use it first. That was good timing - it landed me in some hot water though. :tehe:
 
Ohhh I meant to post in here on thursday but i was having a bad day

I passed the first module for my IT course :) I have like, 2 or 3 to go, forgot how many i have to do :hmmm:
 
Achievement of the day: breaking my HDMI lead on my V+HD box so now have to swap between my PS3 HDMI lead, wouldn't exactly call it and achievement as i achieved nothing but stress, arguments with virgin media and an annoying time swapping leads :/
 
I have achieved the most awesome thing ever today! :gasp:

Steve and I finally went to Optus and signed up for a 24 month contract to get a home phone and internet package!

ADSL2+ with 20GB of useage and there is no on or off peak crap.

We've got unlimited calls to any phone including any mobile phones no matter what company they're with and we also got a Wifi modem so that we can now get the PS3 online!!!

They're coming out in two weeks to install it, so I still have to wait. But that's fine. I may as well get the use of the rest of my 3 mobile bill left for this month and then cancel it when I get Optus installed.

It's going to cost us $109 a month, but it's totally worth it, as Steve uses the phone ALOT and no doubt we'll be needing the extra GB and the speed as we'll be going on the PS3 online a lot.

We're going to make our mobile plans cheaper too. We always used our mobiles before as we had no home phone, so we won't be needing as much credit on them anymore. =)

I'm so happy. =0
