Cool, kind of stuck in limbo. Can't post too much when there could possibly be more people coming in..

"Do you still want to wait?" Yuna asked Stephen.

Sera sighed. Already, she was starting to get somewhat impatient. Definitely, she would gladly hurry Yuna to go on, so she could attain the Aeon quickly, but yet the respect she had within held her back.. For now at least.

Folding her hands, she turned and looked around.

Looking outside, the day was starting to get somewhat warmer. It was already considerably bright outside the temple, and this heat could be felt by Sera too. However, something caught her eye.

Outside, a rather young man stood, seemingly pondering over something. Still, he apparently chose a spot rather close to the entrance, a little suspicious, but Sera turned anyway, and looked to Stephen and Yuna.

Stephen looked at Yuna and then down the corridor that had just opened, he pulled Cladbolg off of his back "Keep an eye out Yuna, I don't trust those priests" Stephen announced glancing at Yuna "No sane man takes a vow of celibacy, to devote his life to religeon" Stephen added, a hint of humour in his voice.

stephen strode down the stairs and saw an orb sat in an alcove in the wall, he looked left and saw another flight of stairs leading down to a closed door, that had a similar alcove in it. "Got a key?" Stephen joked as he pulled the orb out of the alcove with his left hand and jumped down the stairs, landing next to the door, he pushed the orb into the alcove and the doors swung open.

Stephen stepped through the door and looked around "That was easy, Yuna lets go" Stephen said, shouting the last bit up the stairs to Yuna.

So, we're moving ahead? The Guardians will require more activeness, i guess. And sorry for the short post.

Stephen left into the corridor that was opened.

Following closely, Sera watched as he descended and unlocked the next door. Quickly returning to Yuna and Roland, Sera prompted," Lady Yuna, Roland, shall we move on?"

Finally. Some action. They had been tarrying long enough outside the trials, to decide to move in at last pleased Sera, somewhat.

Yuna followed Stephen through the door and into the winding trail. In the middle of trail was 3 lines of yevonite lettering on one wall and a line of it on another side. Yuna touched the glyph with the 3 lines and it turned into another glyph. Once again, it pointed upwards, opening yet another entryway, this time into another shpere, surrounding by lines of lights "This sphere must open something." Yuna picked up the sphere and lights all shut off. She walked out of the passageway and it was there she noticed a small statue under the line of lettering. It has a small glyph shaped opening. Yuna placed the sphere on the statue and the wall disintigrated, though the lettering remained.

-= Near Macalania Temple =-

As the morning was passing by, Davius had already reached his destination: Macalania Temple.

As he looked to the icy roads leading to Macalania Temple, he could spot some Ice Fiends rushing towards him. As if they were nothing more than dust, he drew his sword from his back and rushed with grand speed and precise blows. In a matter of minutes, the 3 Ice Fiends were defeated leaving him with more space to continue.

-= Macalania Temple =-

As he entered within it, the ice cave was somewhat beautifull in it's own way. In the center of it, was the Temple. He walked towards it and sat near the entrance, resting for a bit.

Descending the steps, Sera looked around. She has never went into this part of the temple before, and it was somewhat fascinating, to her at least.

Wow. I've never thought that this existed within the temple!

Then, remembering her mission, she hastened towards Yuna, who had already entered the room with Stephen. She sighed and hurried over. She wasn't exactly the best person to solve all the puzzles there is around, so she knew following would be her best bet.

Thank goodness Lady Yuna and Stephen are clever.

As Sera thought of this, she grinned.

Stephen heard Sera approaching from behind and as he spun around he saw a corridor leading around to a dead end, there was a wall, it had a sphere slot, but this one was purple, "What the hell?" Stephen asked himself as he pulled it out, as he did so he felt a kind of dark presence into him "What the??" Stephen aked again, he walked around back to where Yuna and Sera where, he looked into a small room with a now empty sphere slot "Hmm!" Stephen muttered as he walked into the room and placed the sphere into the slot.

The lines all around the room began glowing purple and then a large explosion was heard "YUNA!" Stephen shouted as he ran back out and saw Yuna was fine, the dead end on the other hand had been extended, there was a box at the end of it. "Wow" Stephen announced as he jogged down, sheathing Caladbolg on the way, he opened the box and looked inside, there was a staff inside "Woah??" Stephen announced as he stood up and took the sphere, he headed back to Yuna.

Passing the summoner to be the staff he smiled "here you go Yuna, i think you could use this" Stephen announced with a smile.

Vesper couldn't help but yawn as he stood there which caught the eye of several priest who thought it rude of him to do such a thing but Vesper ignored there thoughts and simply remained leaning against the wall. Earlier Vesper had seen a cute gear just inside the trails looking at him, he thought this must have been one of lady Yuna's guardians and if things went to plan then maybe he would be traveling with her. Out of habit Vesper picked up his scythe with one hand surprising the Priest who dropped it earlier and spun it around using one hand out of the reach of anyone who could get hurt.

"Sir what you are doing is disrespectful", a man who Vesper thought was the high Priest said as he approached him. Vesper stopped the weapons spin and put the shaft against the ground and let the curved blade edge face the man. Vesper didn't know why but whenever he was bored he always played with his weapon. "I will have to ask you to leave if you do not kindly hand your weapon over", the priest asked.

"Well I tried that before but your friend over there couldn't lift my weapon, it weighs a good two hundred kilograms so you have to train to use a weapon this heavy", Vesper explained.

"That is sacrilege, remove your weapon or leave", the priest argued back annoying Vesper some what.

"Who the hell are you to treat me in such a manner, your some high priest so what, this is the first temple I've been to where I have been asked to remove my weapon, none of the other temples had a problem with it", Vesper explained in an annoyed tone. "The only way I would leave it by force as I'm not leaving and my weapon isn't leaving my side", Vesper added before resting the weapon over one shoulder and leaning against the wall again while the stunned priest walked off in shock. That's one way to deal with an annoyance Vesper thought with a smile.

Following his friends into the Cloister, Roland 'skipped' up the stairs and past the priest. As he entered he saw Yuna activate the first glyph, quickly following after them he heard an explosion. Walking by he saw Yuna with a different staff... The destruction sphere maybe? Stepping back he noted the pedestal with a crystal white sphere inserted into it's recess, standing with his back to it he waited for everyone else to appear.

"Yo guys, we ready to go on further?" Leaning his hand back on the pedestal it started to move slightly, causing him to almost fall off balance. "Whoa!" catching his balance on the pedestal he regained his composure and stood up. "heheh... I think i'll... Leave it alone now..."

Yuna took the new staff and said, "Thank you Stephen." When she saw Roland slip on a moving pedestal, she said, "I think this may lead to something." Yuna started pushing the pedestal foward, in doing so, the yevonite lettering started to dissapear completely. She continued pushing it until the pedestal simply sank into the ground causing the ground to transform into the lift. "Stephen, I think I found the way to the inner santum!!"

The explosion startled Sera greatly, and it also warned her against touching any of the spheres. She knew herself. If she had tried to meddle with these sort of puzzles, odds are she won't like how it'll all turn out.

Coming behind Yuna, she came just when she spoke.

"Stephen, I think I found the way to the inner sanctum!!" Yuna said.

The ground had already transformed into a lift. Already, she saw that this was finally reaching an end. Amused by this, she waited for the rest to respond.

Stephen slid Caladbolg onto his back and walked over to the lift "Then lets get moving" he announced with a smile. he stepped on the lift and looked around to make sure all of the guardians were on the lift and then he hit the sphere. the floor jolted once, knocking Stephen off his balance, and forcing him down onto one knee. then the lift began moving smoothly, all the way down to the bottom where it came to a clunking Hault.

Scratching his head lightly in embarresment he watched as Yuna moved the pedestal. When it sunk into the ground he was taken aback slightly as the floor around it shone and a decorated circle replaced it. As the light subsided Roland walked onto the platform along with everyone else. As the platform jolted and slowly went down the Hymn of the Fayth could be heard.

"What a peaceful song... It sure sounds better when you get closer to the Fayth... Anyway, Yuna, you heading up to the chamber?" Roland started walking toward the chamber, standing by the left side of the hallway with his back against the wall.

Stephen strode down the corridor and halted by the door to the chamber of the Fayth "This is as far as i go yuna" Stephen announced as he leant against the wall by the door "dra nacd ec ib du oui" he added in al bhed knowing yuna understood him as he tought her Al bhed after he returned to Besaid.

Stephen then un-sheathed the Caladbolg and stabbed it into the floor before sitting down "Us guardians wait out here" he announced to the others

Us guardians wait out here" Stephen announced.

Curiosity burnt fiercely, but Sera suppressed it. She knew it wasn't going to be any good to forge on with Yuna now that this final part should only be accessed by the Summoner herself.

Sitting on the floor where she stood, she laid back. 'Hope it wouldn't be too long a wait' Sera thought.

"Thank you, my guardians." Yuna said, she took a deep breath and walked into the chamber of the fayth where she would pray to the fayth, so she could be a summoneer. She prayed to the fayth to help her on her journey to conquer Sin.

The next day.......
The doors started to open from within the chamber of the fayth. Yuna started to walk out, a little dazed and about to pass out, she started to fall from the steps......

OOC: For the record, I probably should have did the first paragraph before I left, leave it open for a cliffhanger.

After the day's wait Stephen let out a sigh of relief as the doors to the chamber of the Fayth opened, Stephen jumped to his feet and saw as Yuna began to fall forward in her dazed state. he Sprinted up the stairs and caught her as she fell, he stayed Standing and looked down at her, her head against his chest. "Yuna, are you alright?" he asked, genuine concerne in his voice.

Vesper woke with a start to find himself on the floor of the temple with his scythe sitting against the wall next to him in a slightly different position to how he had left it. Vesper guessed the priest had tried to move it again. After discarding this thought Vesper rose again to find the gentle light of early morning coming in through the temple doors and only a single priest was awake so far.

After letting out a yawn Vesper started to walk around the inside of the temple to stretch his legs. "A day and there yet to come out", Vesper mumbled to himself "I didn't think it would take so long", Vesper continued as his legs got use to moving again allowing him to stop his pacing. After a few seconds Vesper returned to his spot on against the wall and wondered whenever or not to go inside and check whats going on or simply wait here as he has been doing, after a short while Vesper decided to wait.

Finally. After a day of patient wait, Yuna was finally out. For Sera, she had been sleeping the whole time so it didn't feel very long to her. Nonetheless, she got up and bowed courteously, greeting Yuna.

"Welcome back, Lady Yuna." She said, albeit drowsy from having just awoke from sleep.

Smiling gently, she looked up to the seemingly dazed Yuna, lying in Stephen's arms. It truly was a good way to start the day.

Yuna, coming out of her dazed and being helped up by Stephen, finally said, "I've done it. I've...become a summoner!!" She was happy. She has started down the same path her father has undertaken 10 years ago. She said to Stephen, "yes, I'm alright."
