Are you shitting me? The cursing in South Park bothers you, yet the immense amounts of lewd sexuality in Family Guy don't? You're going to have a real problem once you get into a university and everyone else around you is cursing nonchalantly because it's a part of daily lingo.

I do agree with you on Family Guy though, it's much better than The Simpons. The Simpsons doesn't exactly suck to me...but I only find it mildly amusing.
 
South Park, no question. The writing is so good. It's pretty rare that a show can actually make me laugh at loud. I really like how they mix clever political or social satire with trashy humor. Also, they're 12 seasons in, and I feel like the show is just getting better. That's pretty impressive for a humor show.
 
I quite agree with Sarah :neomon:

The humor is excellent. It's got enough "trashy" humor in it to make one roffle, but the satire on current events and politics is just wonderful. Frankly I'm amazed the show has lasted as long as it has. I didn't think there were enough people smart enough to catch the satire, or enough people paying attention to current events.
 
Well I voted for The Simpson's cause I think it's the funniest show ever. I think it's funny when Homer strangles his son. I can't believe family guy is beating The Simpson's!
 
I've watched all these on DVD and I have to say that I don't really get the comedy in it. Anyway, among the four, I'd have to pick South Park because it takes balls to put in current events and try to make it funny.

I've seen the Simpsons before and now, the former was better. It's suddenly become too dumb now. Family Guy is just plain stupid. American Dad is kind of less on the funny side, and appears to be a bit serious at times.
 
I like Family Guy, that's really funny. The Simpsons is great but Iv seen it all to death and the newer ones aren't quite as up to scratch .....

Don't luike American dad and I haven't watched South Park in years although I used to love it. I just don' t think it would quite so amusing to me anymore, I think I'm getting old :wacky:

South park has it's funnies every now and then, but watching characters designed to be children run around and scream/shout profanities every five seconds isn't that entertaining to me. I do it all the time, after all. Though, I will say that the LOTR episode was epic lulz.:neomon:

Family Guy gets my vote. It's a stupid show, but it's stupidly amusing. 8D

Simpsons are meh. When I was a little kid, my mom made me stop watching them because they stole a christmas tree.:wacky:
 
Well...at one point Simpsons was my fav cartoon but i havn't watched it in so long.

Family guy was like my fav last year i saw every ep like at least 10 times or more i loved it so much.

But now i'm more into American Dad! & South Park ;).
 
As a lifetime Simpsons fan I have to pick it. Although it hasn't been as great recently, the classic episodes are enough to hold it up as the greatest to me.

Second to that would be Family Guy, cause as of recent years I've gotten more laughter out of that series.

South Park is great, I love the edgy comedy, but I in no way bust my ass to see the new episodes. I'll catch em whenever I have spare time.

American Dad...such a let down from Seth. It has a few chuckles here and there, but sometimes...even when there is nothing on T.V but this I'll still try to search for something else.
