Balamb Garden

OOC: For you newcomers, Just a heads up.
Howl. she is a HAWK, yes, she is a NPC. but NO one gets to control her, she is somewhat a sub chara, or something to my character. Al'umar.

As Al exited the elevator, witch was miraculously working again. He decided to change his clothes.

He walked to the dorms, witch where rather quiet. Infact, the whole Garden was quiet.

He entered, and was attacked by a furious hawk.

"SORRY. .SORRY!" Al started. "I didn't mean yo lock you up in here all this time." he completed while shielding his face.

As he changed, he told Howl
what had happened, and what was going to happen.
"Sorry, girl. It seems that this mission is rather important." He said to the bird, while finishing the change of clothes.
"So, Ill be letting you out, and you may follow me, or do as you wish."

Since the garden was to move, she couldn't stay in here.
Al let her out, so that she would at least survive. Though, there where mixed feelings in this. There might be a chance of they never meeting again, and that would suck.

As Al was finished. He looked in the mirror. Loosened his hair, and let it loose. He was now ready, He had a black T-shirt, black pants, and black boots. As well as a Black jacket. He never wore any other colors.

As he was about to leave, "Right, My sword, I didn't bring it, so it should be...." He thought that since he didn't bring his sword, it might be intact, but be was sadly wrong.
the sword was bent, almost like a spiral. It was utterly useless.

"Fuuuuck" He stated to himself. as he exited and closed to door behind him.
"I wonder" Al started to say to himself. "Will we get new weapons. And if so. the same type?" He had a lot more questions, but this was the primary one.

As he neared the main gates, he could see the silhouettes of someone. As he got closer, he saw that it was some of his fellow SeeD's, and some new people.

he passed Squall and Quistis on the way. Quistis was as gorgeous as ever, and Squall seemed almost like he had been through a personality change. but Al didn't thing much of this.


"Yo. So, whats u*" Al stated, as he waved to the people put here, but stopped himself, as he saw the over sized key.
"Wha..?" he said, as he tilted his hear a little. "o...k.?-- So. whats with the key?" he said as he pointed at it.
 
Evan smiled as al asked about his 'over sized key' he looked at him Un-sheathed it again and showed it to him "it's a Keyblade, a new weapon design i have been asked to try out" he spun the sword around his body a few times and the Re-sheathed it "whats wrong with you, you lok sad?"

Evan lent against the wall after asking his question, whilst he was waiting for an answer
 
"New model, eh?. -- Looks funny" Al said. While thinking of the padlock that this thing could fit into.

"whats wrong with you, you look sad?" Evan asked. Al looked towards him, and shrugged "Meh, it is nothing" he said as he thought alittle.

There was nor reason to be sad, He would defenetly see her again. After the mission.
 
Damon saw Al arrive and he waved across to him, "Not many left I hope... I hope we do get that weapon shipment... Though I would love to see my weapons replaced!" Only after saying this did he realise he was talking to himself again, he quickly walked towards the left side of the gate and leaned against it.
 
Enigma, Jimmy and the mystery man in the doorway, stood rooted to the spot still absorbing everything that just happened.
Enigma assumed this guy in white had was one of the new recruits, but he wasn't sure which one.

"Hey there, I'm Enigma, and that's Jimmy over there. Nice to meet ya. I'd love to stay and chat but we've gotta get to the main entrance; you're welcome to join us."

In his head Enigma knew there was little point trying to figure out the small details now. He had bigger things to think about. Like where abouts in FH where they all to stay? How long for? This was a huge deal.

"Jimmy, you coming with me?" Enigma had formed a good friendship with Jimmy and knew he would be sharing the same feelings about the situation.

"When they told us that SeeD's would have to be prepared for anything, I didn't expect something like this!"

Before using the elevator which was thankfully now working, Enigma placed his headset back on:

"Is anybody at the main gates yet? I assume Cid has beaten us all down there already! See you there..."

Evan heard Enigma's message, and began looking around for Cid, so he could stay out of Cid's way But he heard the polite calm voice of the man he was trying to avoid come into his ear from behind him
Cid: "Evan, i need to ask you a favor"
Evan: "what is it this time?"
Cid: "i need you to look after Sarah for me"
Evan: "Don't worry yourself, im intending to look after her"
Cid: "thank you"
Evan: "who said it was for you."
Evan walked over to Damon who he had saw just as he began his short conversation with Cid and leant against the wall next to him,he looked over the Seed group that was opposite them with a smile on his face"
Evan: "look at them, they are all going to the same place and there acting like they wil never se each other again, it's rediculose"
 
"Is anybody at the main gates yet? I assume Cid has beaten us all down there already! See you there..."

Damon let out a small chuckle at this message and started to close his eyes and relax when he heard someone approach, he opened his eyes and turned his head to face the presence, he recognised him as Evanwho was now leaning on the wall next to him and when he heard what he said he replied "Tell me about it... what exactly are they missing out on? If they are so concerned over missing their folks why did they join Garden to begin with? That is pretty much in the job description when you become a SeeD". Damon then walked over to Cid who he had just noticed had arrived. "Well... what are we going to do now?" he asked Cid. "We wait" Cid replied.
 
Blue eyes moved to the side as a polite smile formed on the face of Ris. His hand picked up the bag as he hung it over his shoulder.<o:p></o:p>

“Nice to meet you Enigma, Jimmy. I’m Ris, the transfer from <st1:place w:st="on"><st1>Trabia</st1><st1> Garden</st1></st1:place>.”<o:p></o:p>

Moving his hair to the side the young man followed quietly as he soon stood at the main gate. Spotting quite a large group of people Ris was a bit quiet, not sure what has fully happened in here so he’d tag along for now and join fully in later on. At this point he knew two people, and they seemed both capable, and friendly which was good.<o:p></o:p>

“Ehhem excuse me Head master Cid. I was told by the Trabia Head master to report to you once I arrived. And you seemed to await my arrival.”<o:p></o:p>

The white hair moved around a bit as a weak breeze went through the place. Ris remained silent for a moment and awaited the reply of the man.
 
A majority of the SeeD's, including Enigma, were now with Cid awaiting instruction:

"I am aware that not everybody has arrived yet. We will wait for a little while, but your briefing begins now.
I will not reiterate what was said earlier in regards to Edea. It is irrelevant.

-Just outside Balamb Garden there is an armoured bus waiting to transport you to Balamb. For those of you who have your own transport, follow the bus and park in the garage in town. Once in Balamb you will pick up your repaired weapons, which I am assured have been fixed and made to be more durable than before.

-Now, don't think I have forgotten the instructors. Cole, Zell, Quistis and Xu will be coming with you. Why you ask? There is always the need for experience and that extra piece of knowledge. The instructors have been seen it all before, they are there to help; never forget this.

-Do not dally around Balamb. Store your vehicles, get your weapons and get on that train. No unscheduled stops.

-Once in Fisherman's Horizon you will be on your own. You aren't SeeD's by accident though; I have every confidence in you. We have been unable to liaise with anyone in FH with regards to living arrangements. Doing this could potentially leak information to your whereabouts and this would be catastrophic.

-I am sure you are thinking 'what becomes of SeeD now?' Do not worry, this is not permanent. You have my word. It is simply a matter of lying low for a short period.

These are the important facts you need to remember. I have every faith in you all. Please, remember you are doing this for your own safety...I mean Balamb Garden! Balamb Garden's safety!"

It had all been well rehearsed. All, but that final slip of the tongue that did not go unnoticed. Their own safety? What the hell was he on about? Surely they were going in order to save Balamb?

Enigma couldn't contain his bemusement, "Sir is there something you're not tel...."

He was abruptly cut off by Cid, who by now was incredibly flustered and perspiration wildly. He rammed his hand into the finely lined pocket of his expensive designer trousers, rooting around for what must have been the train tickets.

"Here! Tickets...Train, yes for the train! One for you, you, you, oh here; hand them out yourselves! Good luck SeeD, I have to leave. I ensure you I will be in touch."

In a flash he was gone. Holy shit. Cid was never that disgruntled and twitchy. He had handed the remaining tickets to Enigma, for the SeeD's that had not arrived.
Enigma assumed they were to tell the missing SeeD's what Cid had just told them. The group was astonished. It felt as if they had just been kicked out of Balamb Garden, as if they were surplus to requirements.
It was Cid's slip of the tongue that stuck in Enigma's mind

"remember you are doing this for your own safety..."

And just like that, the sinking feeling Enigma had when the problems started; returned.
 
Observing the head master and listening to him made Ris realise that this would be a bit tricky. So he'd go up front and make sure him bike is safe until he returns. The man was obviously shooken up by something but Ris remained calm and didn't really show much excitement or emotion.

"Enigma right? May I?"

He asked as seconds later he put the train ticket in his pocket and lifted his bag up once more. Turning his look towards both Jimmy and Enigma the white haired Seed asked.

"Well I'll be leaving to town with my bike. I have to pick up a weapon I have left there earlier. So does one of you two want to join me?"

He did forget to mention that the bike had 240 horse power, Direct port Nitrous injection, and other non standard modifications. Well calm and polite when on the ground but Ris could easily be clasified as a devil when on the two wheels.

"So what do you say?"

With a short zipp the lower half of his coat was removed and a white jacket remained. Really handy stuff, though he had to discard it anyway, it got dirty. So the nearest trash can did its purpose. Taking a pair of black sun glasses out of the inner jacket pocket Ris smilled, Time to hit it once more, he didn't expect that his first stay at the Garden would be such a short one, but the situation seemed to demand it. Good thing he had both of his GFs with him, so little could go wrong.

Minutes later Ris was standing next to the two wheeled monster, which on a road like this easily pulled out more then 190 mp/h, really one crazy speeding machine, but that was how he liked it. A blue with white tribals on it helmet was put on the back seat of the bike. If one of the two decided to tag along they would need it, but Ris wouldn't speed to much. Putting the key in Rises blue eyes saw that no one was to be seen, everybody went to the main entrance.

"Ok time to get going."

He thought to himself as the pair of shades was now put on, the weather seemed perfect, and the bag was tied to the tank, so Ris started it and let it revved it a few times. A few more seconds just so it gets warm. Plus he had to watch out since the back tyre was now a bit cold.
 
Evan walked over to Sarah, and put his hand on her shoulder, she turned around to look at him he smiled as did she,
Evan: "listen i'm sorry for whatever i did to upset you"
Sarah: "it's okay, i got you a train ticket"
Sarah handed Evan the train ticket which he then put into his pocket
Sarah: "there have been some garages reserved for us at Balamb, are you taking the Evo"
Evan: "if there is some were safe to store it i don't see why not"
Sarah: "could you give me a lift please"
Evan: "sure, come on"
Evan looked over at Damon "hey, Damon I'll see you at Balamb" Evan Took Sarah's hand in his and lead the way to his garage spot in the Balamb garden car park which he opened to reveal his Evo VIII "hey gorjus" he muterd under his breath as Sarah got in the passenger seat he opened the boot and placed in it his Keyblade and now removed Seed jacket, he grabbed a blue jacket out of the boot and put it on, he then shut the boot and climbed in the drivers side.
After turning on the engine and reversing out of the garage he turned the car around and drove to the exit.
he pulled up on the curb next to the main gate and opened the window
Evan: "Evan, you want a lift?"
 
Damon heard Cid's message and although he noticed his slip of the tongue he hid his acknowledgement of it, Cid was protective of his students... a little too protective, it wasn't like there was anything they couldn't handle.

"hey, Damon I'll see you at Balamb"

Damon nodded to Evan while still leaning on the gate, hopefully it wouldn't take long before he got his weapons back, though they were replacable he felt a bit empty without them nearby. He tried to shrug off this feeling and walked a few steps from the gate and turned to face the direction of Balamb.

"When will that damn bus get here? I can't stand this much longer!"

Damon clenched his left fist slightly and struck it into the opposing wall, not a smart move in front of Cid... He quickly recovered his composure and crossed his arms while his head was facing the ground on the right.
 
OCC: Sorry if I haven't posted in a while, but I was busy. At the moment, My character is at the training grounds.

IC:
After training for hours at the training grounds, Arthvader suddenly feels tired of fighting the same creatures over and over again. He then got an idea. He then decided to go on a trip to find tougher monsters to battle against.

upon entering his dorm, Arthvader picked up his weapons and headed out to the front, where he sees Damon.

Arthvader "hey there Damon, What are you doing here?"
 
As Cid gave his briefing to the SeeD, Cole was already headed over to the bus. He wore his regular close. His jacket was thrown over his shoulder and his saber at his waist. He held his bag in his right hand as he walked.
Zell had already told him what Cid had in mind for them a few hours earlier. But why had Cid picked the four of them, and not any other instructors. Xu must have picked the group. Zell, Quistis and she were the favorites inside the Garden. If anything happened they would be the ones that could raise the next generation of SeeD. But Cole was nothing too special to anyone besides Xu.
Cole reached the bus long before anyone else. He had to make sure it was safe. If Cid was worked up enough to send them all away, then someone was out to get them, and nothing would be completely safe. He put his bag and jacket down and went inside. He checked under each seat, and inside each compartment. It was all clear inside. He got out of the bus, got on his back and checked underneath for any traps or explosives.
“Now what if you enemy was the one to sneak up on you, a woman’s voice questioned him from the other side of the room.
Cole jumped with a start, and slammed his head on a pipe.
“Gagh!”
He slowly got out from under the bus. His hand on an already large bump on his head. He looked up to see who it was.
“Xu, don’t startle me like that.”
Xu gave a little giggle and spoke. “Cid just finished. The SeeD will be coming out shortly. What were you doing down there by the way.”
“I was making sure the bus wasn’t sabotaged. Cid seems to be on edge about everything, so I thought to check just in case. But everything is alright so I think I’ll just wait inside for everyone.”
Cole picked up his stuff and stepped back into the bus. Xu followed right behind him.
 
OOC: Sylar, your blade didn't get mangled?

Im making it so that there are people inside the main gates, that give us our weapons, so that we can get going the fastest.

Hope I got the nessesairy details ^^

After the little speech, Al walked over to Enigma. "the slip up has me worried" he stated, Enigma had been a leader person in the past, and he felt that he should know of this, if he didn't already, He received his ticket, and entered Balamb to get his weapon.

As he entered, there was a garden Master there, surrounded bu random persons.

"Al'umar Loren" He said with a low, muffled voice. "Umm, yes?" He answered, somewhat silenced, since a Garden Master called him by name.
"There is your weapon" He said, as a nearby brown haired dude came over, and handed his the sword.

Al unsheathed it, The katana, it felt, lighter..
He gave it a swing. "Hey. they got rid if the balance error in it"
Indeed, they had fixed it, but they had made it better as well. this was good, a proof that they cared.

Al fastened his trusty sword, at his left side hip, and walked out the main gates.
As he got out, he looked to the sky. "I hope Howl will be ok" he thought to himself, while feeling regret, he should have taken her with him.

A sigh was let out. And Al walked towards the armored buss, that had pullet up while he was acquiring his weapon.

he entered, and sat down in the back left side. Thinking of what might await them.
 
Jimmy still waved Cid goodbye while he rushed out of Balamb, he sure was in a hurry...he then colected a ticket from Enigma.

"Well at least we get Mr.White over there in our team!!!"

He gave a small tap on the back of Ris, to show him that he was only kidding.

"I think we will be departing soon dude, if you want to go get a new weapon then you should hurry, we are just waiting for those other SeeD instructors to show up...hmphhhh i bet Instructor Cole is probably hogging all over Instructor Xu, god i hate him!"

Jimmy was not quite sure what made him feel more angry, the fact that he was leaving the Garden without saying goodbye to Sarah or the fact that he had to go on a trip with Cole and Xu together...

"Man this mission will be hard to tolerate i tell you!!!"

He then walked near a tree, which stood on a small park near the station, and delivered a few punches to let out some steam.
 
Evan pulled away from the Balamb garden front gets in his Evo with Sarah sat in the passenger seat, he smiled and she waved top a group of Evan's fan girls
Evan: "haha, i bet there angry with you"
Sarah: "yea there all annoyed that I'm closer to you than the rest of them"
Evan: "yea well thats not my fault is it ?"
Sarah: "haha, well actually instead of ignoring your fan girl's like every other Seed member with groupies, you chose to select a favorite"
Evan: "shouldn't be so cute then should ya"
Evan looked at his fan club members all grabbing tickets and walking onto the bus, he aloud a small smirk to sneak onto his face and then he let out a wink in the direction of one of them as he drove past the bus.
Evan turned on his music and then turned up the volume. when he got onto the main road he applied more pressure onto the accelerator raising the Cars sped upto the 90 MPH speed limit , he than sat and coasted at that speed.
 
Mamushi with his ticket in his hand stepped onto the bus. When he got on he searched for an empty seat, he saw one on the right side and in the center, he then sat down placed his ticket in his pocket and pulled out his music player. He turned it on and put the headphones in his ears just so he could concentrate on the mission and also to clear his head of Cid's speech.
 
As soon as everyone prepared to leave he walked over to Enigma and took his ticket from Enigma's hand, he then walked over to the bus which by this time had arrived. He then heard Arthvader.

"hey there Damon, What are you doing here?"

Damon chose to ignore Arthvader and entered the bus, in the mood he was in he didn't want to start any arguments. He chose a seat at the very back and sat on the far right and tried to not draw attention to himself. While he waited for the bus to drive to Balamb he crossed his arms and stared out of the window.<!-- / message --><!-- sig -->
 
Evan slowed the car down as he entered Balamb and drove to the designated area for the Seed's Vehicles while on this new mission, before climbing out of the car he grabbed his communicator and turned it on
"anybody who has their com on, what is the status of the bus? has it even left yet?"
evan kept his communicator in his ear as he climbed out of the door, closed it and locked it the central locking locked the other 3 doors and the boot and Evan looked at Sarah with a smile,
Sarah: "What?"
Evan: "do you think we will still get our Seed paycheck?"
Sarah: "we best do, how will we afford rent on a house if we don't get it"
Evan: "We?" Evan looked at Sarah with a confused look on his face "what do you mean we?"
Sarah: "aren't we going to get a house together to save Money?"
Evan: "yea we can if you don't think it's a bad idea, i need all the money i can save," evan laughed "don't know when we can go back to our lovely life as 'The Seed of Balamb Garden' you know crazy lost cause missions and what not"
Sarah: "hehe, i guess your right."
