Buying FFXIII For Which Console?

Unless there is a noticeable price difference, I shall be getting it for the PS3. My reasoning for this is that a) I don't have that many PS3 games because I only got my PS3 at Christmas, b) the 360 version will come on three disks, and changing disks is irritating, and c) if there is any significant downloadable content for this game in the future, I will have access to it if I get the PS3 version. I don't plan on getting ripped off by XboxLive anytime soon~
 
I don't own a PS3 yet. I won't until our income tax time which should be around the 15th of this month. Then once I get my PS3 I'll be getting the PS3 version of FFXIII for certain. Plus, hubby wants a PS3 more than he wants a 360 and I've heard more horror stories about the 360 than I have about the PS3, so I suppose I'm more inclined to go with PS3.
 
Well, I have a PS3 and not a 360 so i'm probably gun get it on the PS3 unless a three sixty came flying from the sky XD. As far as it being better on the 360, dunno because I dont have one... sadly >_< That's my main reason :monster:

Because its the only home console I own, I prefer its controller and I dislike disc swapping. I dont care if its nostalgic, for me its still a freaking nuisance x_x once I wanted to replay FF8 for old times sake and guess what.... disc 2 was f'd up -_-' yeahyeah I know, you gotta take good care of your stuff, but gimme a break, I was like 12 when I bought it.... =P
 
Getting it for the PS3, I didn't have either an XBox or a PS3 til recently, but I was always planning on getting it for the PS3 anyway, my brother kept telling me to get an XBox but I was just like...nah, I don't like the control pads
 
Once I save enough money, I will get it for the PS3. The PS3 is the only next-gen console that I want and FFXIII seems as though it will be better on that console for some reason. I wont be getting it for a while, though.
 
I have both consoles, and basically because I've always played FF's on a Sony console, I'm gonna stick to my guns.

Also, my friends on XBL always invite me to parties and you need concentration to enjoy an RPG.
 
I have both a PS3 and a 360 but I will be buying this on the PS3 since it is the console it was originally developed for and I prefer the ps3. Here is hoping for the game not selling as well on the 360.
 
i clicked don't matter, but i would prefer it on the PS3 i think, i mean, its just FF is a playstation thing =/ :S
 
I'm getting this for the PS3. When I first heard about it coming out I had it decided. There's no way I'm buying a FF game for the 360. Sorry for all you 360 fans, but I just believe that FF belongs on the PS. Besides I've had so many problems with the 360 lately that I don't even want to mess with it.

Not really. The first FF I-VI, Tactics, Mystic Quest and CC (the first one at least) were all on Nintendo systems. Plus 7, 8 and XI are all on PC. :jess: So, not really just a Playstation thing.

Also, I'm planning on getting a PS3 before the game comes out so I may get the PS3 version instead. :hmmm:
 
Ideally Xbox 360. I know this may sound like kind of a lame reason, but I want it for the Xbox 360 so I can get Achievements and Gamerscore. xD

But with that being said, I won't be shedding any tears if it has to be gotten for PS3. Though I doubt it would be sold out for the 360, and not PS3, more likely the other way around. :P
 
Xbox 360 because I'll probably talk to my other friends via xbox live while we play. Only down side is that the 360 version will probably be 4 disks long lol. Even mass effect was 2 disks long and it can be easily beaten within 30 hours with sidequests included.
 
I hope a PS3, but I don't know how that will work out considering I don't have a PS3 yet. I have a 360, but I heard on the PS3 there are three places that you can only access to on the PS3 version and I do not want to miss out.
 
I'm definitely going to get the game for the PS3 when it comes out, I dunno somehow I'd like to stick to my Sony addiction, everything I play is Sony so I'm gonna keep it that way and play it the PS3
 
Hmmm I'll get it for the ps3 because my xbox 360 has the red rings of death And it seems that Final fantasy 13 is meant for the ps3 anyway.Hmmm
 
PS3- Silly thing is I originally got a 360 because I thought I'd never own a PS3, until certain situations changed. So now I'm definitely getting it for the sony owned console (heck, it feels right somehow.)
