[CX] The Facility

The DLC is just a couple of extra maps and character skins for whoever you fancy looking like in multiplayer. They also give you a few extra trophies but all but 2 of them are bronze, so if you're not bothered about trophies they're not really worth getting.

Just get the disc copy :dave:

I like the DLC for UC2, but none of it is essential.

The Drakes Fortune costume pack is great if you'd like to play as characters from UC1 (Eddy Raja, Roman, Navarro, and the original costumes for Elena, Drake and Sully).

There is a PS Heroes pack (which I never got) which give you non-UC characters such as inFamous and Killzone characters. I don't care for any of them, though.

There are a few other characters packs too. Some of them give skeletons and zombies, and many alternate costumes for characters. I can't remember the specifics about the other ones.

There is also a new game mode for DLC called (I think) Siege. This comes with a few new maps which are quite good, and the gameplay of this new game mode is quite good and gives you something else to do for co-op.

I don't know if any of that DLC is anything you'd want to use. If the game you were thinking about ordering has it all, and it isn't much more expensive, then I'd say get all of it just in case. If it is much more expensive then perhaps just buy the game on its own, and then download any DLC you fancy when you want to.

I'm on an ace streak for some reason, my kdrs have all been aaaace this past few days :ryan:
 
Alrighty then thanks Dan. I think I'll check out the GOTY edition, provided it is not much more expensive than the regular edition.

Also Char and Lew should have joined me and Jay because we're more awesome than Ryan is >.>
 
I've noticed that whether I'm Ghost or not...I don't die in CoD very easily. :wacky:
Maybe my movement patterns are excellent but I rarely end up with more than 10-15 deaths. :hmmm:
 
I've noticed that too. When I played with my brother on his account I got killed nearly double the amount of times I normally get killed on my account. To make matters even worse I can't even customize my classes yet because his level isn't high enough.

Good luck getting Ghost Pro again though Jay. >.>
 
I've got dead space 2 in case any of you ******s wants to play that with me.

But yeah, my kdr has gone up about 5 times this week, I'm averaging about a 2.00 kdr at the minute, if only I hadn't been so rubbish when I started :sad3:
 
I still have to try play DS. Maybe I'll pick up DS2 one day. I heard it's scary as heck.

My KDR is random. Some games I do great in, some games I do horrible in. My KDR has only went up by 0.05 percent because of it. :lew:

Although I've just prestiged again :sad: and I can't get that bloody headshot in second chance to get pro :rage:
 
...o_O I could have sworn you just Prestiged Char. How the heck did you just Prestige again? It took me 4 months just to get to LV 50. :hmph:
