Demon wall

i beat him first try. but then again i leveled up after kalm like a mad man for like 5 hours lol soo all boses were simple. ive mastered teh whole game all i have to do now is beat ruby
 
Never had a problem with it. I really hadn't even leveled up my characters too much at this point in the game either like I usually do. I went in with hacking away, but I was pretty well stocked with Potions and such when my party members got low on health or got KO'd. The abundance of Items helped me out in this battle.
 
I definitely sympathise with players who might find him difficult. I've picked up the habit of playing games once and speeding through them and then re-playing them more carefully and fully. FFVII was no different - I entered the Temple of the Ancients unprepared for the battle ahead and met my match. Demon Wall is a little shitter if you're not fully prepared and, by that, I mean things like Barrier, Haste, Slow, Cure2/Regen and half-decent levels.
 
I found it kinda hard when I first played the game, especially, when he drops that freaking stone on your head. god, I wonder how they felt when took it. xD

The second time I played I decided to level up like crazy in Disc 1 and so I did and when I battled him I was already level 45. xD so I didn't have any problem with him.
 
When I was first playing VII, I couldn't beat him...I gave up and only managed to get past him a year or two ago. I hate the Demon Walls in every game they're in. So damn annoying!
 
Lo yeah first time I tried, I epicly failed... Seond time I thriumphed barely. But at least I levelled up a bit xD. My strategy now is to level up when u just leave midgar. at the chocobo stables I try to reach level 20. At junon 25 or 30.
