No worries. Jack will be dere after he talks to hanzel. XD

sorry I haven't posted in a while, I will try to get a post in sometime today, but my post limit will also be one or two times a week if I am lucky :sad3:

From what I've observed it looks like everyone's busy schedule has them able to post only once a week. So should that be the personal limit for everyone? Have everyone post at least once or twice with each character? I think this is a splendid idea after seeing how tight everyone's schedules are. ^_^

Valkyrur

FINALLY!! I'm a lazy prick... But this weekend, I wasn't great at all... So sorry about the late- and generally shit- post.

If you have room for another student...

Tony Lee Virtus

Age: 20

Title: Student

House Study: Magia

Appearance:Tony is your average looking guy. He has black hair and ocean blue eyes. He is Caucasian, 6 ft. tall and 190 lbs. He has the build of someone who keeps himself in decent shape, not enough to be a top-level athlete, but enough to be comfortable with the stresses of life. He has a small scar on his right cheek, and two different tattoos on his shoulders: the one on his right is one of dark clouds, with rain and and a jagged bolt of lightning. On his left is the sun, with a white circle around it.

He has two outfits he normally wears, as the clothes are easily duplicated. He wears a black tank-top with a green strip of cloth around his right wrist. His pants are denim shorts, and he wears black sandals. That would be his summer-time clothes; in the winter the outfit changes. He wears a dark blue sweater in the winter-time, with a heavy denim jacket on top of that. His pants change from denim shorts to heavy jeans, and his sandals switch out to combat boots.

Personality: Tony is a happy, carefree, whimsical person. That's why he got his tattoos, and that's why he's always smiling. He will greet you in a polite manner, will laugh at your worst jokes, and finds the best side of everything. He generally doesn't need to find a reason for what he does or why: he just does it. That's how he got his tattoos: he decided that he wanted them for the hell of it, so he got them, with no regrets.
He is slow to anger and is not violent in his rage: he is calculating, colder, and can hold a grudge for a long time if you do piss him off. This is the only deviation from his personality; even in a fight he remains cheerful and carefree. He will poke fun at his enemies and encourage his allies in the same breath, as befits his style of fighting. He is quick to find a diplomatic solution to trouble, instead of fighting. If worst comes to worst, though, he is dependable at your back. Will refer to anyone that isn't his friend as "neighbor" in a casual manner.

Weapons:

Support:
A naginta made purely out of titanium, so as to be lightweight and durable. So named due to Tony using it to channel Redirect through it. And for keeping him alive. Also works as a useful walking stick! Sheathed across his back when not in use.

Last Resort: A simple 6-inch dagger. So named because it is one. Will generally avoid using. Is sheathed at his right hip.

Skills/Abilities:

1. Embolden: One of Tony's many support magic, is used to effectively double the physical strength of the ones cast upon it. Has only half effectiveness when cast upon oneself. Lasts for 3 posts of the one it was cast on.

2. Redirect: Tony's defense magic, it creates a relative pyramid force in front him, centered on the tip of his naginta. Instead of blocking an attack, it will redirect it to one side, depending on where it the attack hits, it will slide to the side. If it hits in the center of the pyramid, however, the attack will break through if it cannot be split apart (IE: For example, if a fireball was thrown at it, the fireball would disperse to the sides of the pyramid. However, if something like a lightning bolt hit it dead center, it would go through. And suck.) The downside is the ability doesn't work on physical attacks: they pass through the barrier as if it wasn't there.

3. Alacrity: One of Tony's many support magic, it effectively doubles the physical speed of who it is cast upon. Has only half effectiveness when cast upon oneself. Will speed up one's perceptions to match one's new speed. Last for 3 posts of the one it was cast on.

4. Indurate: One of Tony's many support magic, it hardens the skin of those it is cast upon. The skin is hardened and reinforced so that blades will merely scratch instead of cut. Lasts for 2 posts of the one it was cast on.

5. Rejuvenate: Tony's only healing magic, it accelerates the rate at one heals to abnormal degrees, causing wounds to rapidly heal. Cuts and burns will be regenerated, as will a set broken bone, but un-set broken bones will not heal. Takes one post to heal.

6. Focus: One of Tony's many support magic, it focuses oneself upon the fight and increases their instinctual ability to perceive incoming attacks or read opponent's strategies. Lasts for 3 posts of the one it was cast on. (Unsure how to measure how much it increases...)

7. Boost: One of Tony's many support magic, it boosts the magical power of those it is casts upon. It will double the effectiveness of any spell cast. The effects of this spell do not stack on repetition. Lasts for 3 posts.

8. Alchemical Knowledge: Through much trial and error, Tony has learned how to brew potions that will achieve the same effect as his spells. The brews must simmer for a full night before being used, and only one spell can be brewed at any time. Can only be used to copy Tony's support magic and Rejuvenate. Can only make 5 potions a night of the same type.

9. Mana Arc: Tony's only offensive magic, it is very draining to use. Tony gathers mana into the tip of his naginta, then unleashes in an arc of pure magical power at his opponents.

10. Limit Break: Tony's ultimate support magic, it is a true limit break. Most humans (and other animals and such) are limited to only 10% of their physical potential by their body. With this magic,Tony removes those limits, and allows one to fight at 100% of their true capabilities. This spell can be dangerous if used without restriction, as one may hurt themselves while under the affects of this spell. It cannot be cast onto oneself, and it must be channeled to keep working. Any previous support magic cast upon will apply to the new limits, for example, if Tony had cast Embolden on someone, then used Limit Break, Embolden would double their new strength.

History:

Tony had been born in a small village named Domus. The people there had various magical abilities, ranging from manipulation of the elements to using the abilities of others. The guard was composed mainly of people with magic that could be used offensively, though there were a few who also had skill in physical combat. Beside the point, moving on. *ahem*
So, as a village of magic users, all with different styles of magic, most of the forms were self-styled forms of magic based off their talents and personality
. So, all they were really taught in forms of magic was what history they could pick up from any traveling merchants that came by. They were obviously taught basic education such as math and writing, but Physical education was only for them to stay in shape, as many in the village frowned upon physical combat.
Tony, being the kind and helpful person he is, channeled his *boosting* magic into supporting others more-so then himself. This led to strange occurrences. People generally had contests between each other to solve issues, and it was generally war games. End result? Tony wasn't allowed to participate after the first few times after the strongest men in the village were suddenly able to pick up trees and boulders and throw them in war games. Tony also self-taught himself how to use his metal naginta his father bought for him on his 16th birthday. After a few years of self-training and enjoying small village life, Tony had been invited to Eureka Academy. Even in the small village, they had heard of it, and so Tony packed his things and set off.
Let's begin.

Bleh, History is always a pain for me to do... And anyway, I decided to do a different style from what I normally do. End result? A real supporting role.

Am waiting on Meteora for now... I'll continue on in about two days if there's still no response.

I've started my response. It will come soon. I'll be ending the conversation between our characters so you aren't locked into not replying- as my post has been extremely shoddy as of late.

So, did the rp die or are we waiting on someone?

Sorry I've been lagging behind. >.> And I was going to give an opportunity for those who haven't posted in a long while to post but...Ah well we'll see how it goes. I'm getting in a post today though. This Rp's gonna finish. :hmmm:

Sooo I've recently become very busy and a lot of people seem to not be posting. Is this RP dead or shall we continue? I'm completely fine with both choices but I want to know if it's something that's wanted or not? I've recently taken on a job change and tone of end-of-semester so I personally wont be posting much. Those who aren't posting at all, please let me know of your situation please. ^_^

I'm pretty sure that the holidays and semester finals are coming around and that will command more attention. I've been waiting for another rp post for quite some time now.
