Phil Collins - On my way from brother bear one of my favourite disney films ever
Billy Joel - Why should i worry from Oliver and Company can remember watching it when i was about 9 liked it ever since then
Hercules - I Can Go The Distance have no idea who sings the hercules version of this song i like the hercules version and Michael Bolton version equally though
 
all time favorite disney song is a whole new world from disney aladdin. none of the other songs is even close to it but there are other good one too like color of the wind, part of this world, ill make a man out of you, go the distance, the tarzan song, the beauty and the beast song

my favourite film is the little mermaid, but i just can't pick a single song

Ah, that is a good question that I don't have to think about for a moment to give a concrete answer, because that Bolt movie has a whole package of favourites for me, favourite movie, favourite character, favourite actor, and it has my favourite song of any Disney film. ;)

I thought I lost you, by John Travolta and Miley Cyrus, that's my favourite Disney song, at least, certainly one of favourite songs period, if not very #1 favourite in general. :hmmm:

They sing it very nicely, it has a great tune to it, and it is the end to a fantastic movie, as for a rating this being a favourite it is 10/10 for me, it's just very good. ^_^
 
I can't single it down to one favourite Disney song. :hmmm:

I suppose I really do love Go The Distance (Hercules), A Whole New World (Aladdin) and Reflection (Mulan) equally. They're all brilliant theme songs to their film and represent what it's really about.

By far the greatest I have heard from Disney, although it was hard to pick there are so many great ones, and I really love all the songs from The Lion King, Little Mermaid, Alice in Wonderland
 
Oh, what a nice topic.

My all time favorite Disney songs are:

1) I'll Make a Man Out of You from Mulan. I like it so much I actually have it in my iPod.

2) I Can Go the Distance from Hercules- Great lyrics with a good message.

3) Why Should I Worry? from Oliver and Company- Very catchy tune and fun lyrics.
 
I'd have to go with the older disney songs as well as they seemed to be the most well suited to that particular disney animation, such as the Beauty and the Beast song and even the fantastic score-line in Aladdin (I liked a few of the songs in Aladdin not just whole new world). I also quite liked Elton John's Can you feel the love tonight in the lion king as well because it was a pretty powerful song.
 
Granted, I haven't seen many Disney movies in ages and my memory isn't particularly great, but I'm a little surprised no one has mentioned "Prince Ali" from Aladdin. It's probably my favorite one; so energetic and catchy!

Thats one of the songs I really liked from Aladdin, I thought Robin Williams'es voice made the score not only amusing but catchy, I highly liked Jaffar's twist on the song as well, that was really well scripted :yay:
 
wow this is really a tough decision, hahaha i will have to go with the song for my all time favorite Disney film, circle of life from Lion King, i find that song so moving and peceful and it really fits in with the movie, like i said it really was a hard choice i was torn between that and a whole new world from aladdin. aswell as a few comical ones such as hakuna mattatta.

Oh my, it's so hard to try to choose one favourite.

I guess, if I had to pick one, I'd say Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride from the movie Lilo and Stitch. That's one of my favourite Disney movies, and I often find myself singing the song in the shower.
 
Probably every song from the Lion King.

It's difficult to pick one, but it'd definitely be one from the Lion King if I was stripped, tied to a chair, and forced to pick one while being poked with lit cigarettes.
 
A Whole New World most definitely. I love Sweetbox's version of the song, and I think the lyrics are really really well done. I wouldn't expect any less from Mr. Rice of course. Anyway, the song really works well as a duet but can also be done as a solo, as proven by SB.

I don't even remember Aladin, but I do remember this song! So I guess that proves something, doesn't it?
 
Mulan - I'll make a man out of you

I thought this was fantastic, In a way it was rather epic. It fitted great with the story and looked good on screen.

The only one I know is Whole New World, it seems to be the one I can remember the most. I can remember some of the words, but it's my favourite :3

I really should have started a list on Disney songs, that would be on there, with Hakuna Matata (however you spell it), I can go the distance, I wont say im in love...You get the picture...Joey like Disney:x3:
 
There are a lot of Disney songs that I love. I'll only list my absolute favorites though XD

If I Never Knew You (Pochahontas): This song was cut from the original because in a test run, kids got antsy. But it is a beautiful song.


Can You Feel the Love Tonight (Lion King): (original, not elton John version) This song has my favorite animation with it. And did anyone think it got a little risque at the end, like it was implying that something was going to happen? XD

Once Upon a Dream (Sleeping Beauty): Just love the song!

Be our Guest (Beauty and the Beast). Fun and up beat.

Something there (Beauty and the Beast): the song is just too sweet.

A Whole New World (Aladdin): Great song From Aladdin. And very romantic.

Almost There (Princess and the Frog): very inspiring song and rejects the old Disney princess stereotype

Make A man out of you (Mulan): great song from Mulan and fun to sing.
