You got two of the three equipments right. The bangle is what you got wrong. It is not the Bronze bangle that he has equipped. Good guess though.


 
It's the Iron Bangle, I'm pretty sure. With one materia slot.
At first I was a bit thrown off by the power wrist because I slightly overlooked the LV1 part and was assuming you meant the start of the game.

So, yeah. Iron Bangle?
(as well as the Buster Sword and Power Wrist of course)
