Heroes

it was hannah something I think. wireless. she was on the show for a couple episodes, but other than that she's been all online, but hey they got new characters now. yay.

Huge fan of the series...but I haven't posted in here cause there hasn't been much to say as of late.

who do you think shot Nathan? Looks like Peter or HRG, but of course they could be leading us on. HRG was the first person to jump to mind, but then again if you notice the shooting, everybody turns around but nobody other then Peter notice's the guy walking away. That could mean he is invisible, and the past shows indicated that other invisible people can see the invisible. That could also include Claude as well I guess...he is supposed to be in season three... But I could just see more potential story behind Peter...like how the future changed for the worse because Nathan gave out that info. Then of course it begs the question, why didn't they go further back into the past and just talk it out with one another. Bleh, either way I'm just rambling...

Hey everyone I looked this thread and saw that the last post was in June so I thought that I would reawaken it considering that the third season just started up.:highfive: So I guess what are your thoughts on how this season is going to be? Of course I think its going to be kick ass, and I can not wait to see what especially with the whole
Nikki and Tracy looking totally alike but have different powers, somekind of hero rebirth??
Your thoughts?

I forgot about this topic, it makes me happy that I now have proof that my every guess that was supposed to be a 'big shocker' came true.

Anyway, about Nikki
Tim Kring stated that Nikki is in fact really dead. Now that still begs the question, do they mean her personality will never be back. And the fact that Tracy can use the power of ice would be their excuse of how she got out of the fire? And would that mean with each personality she has different powers. Personally, I'm leaning towards her being a totally different person. Cause as cheesy as having yet ANOTHER sibling look like her, I think it would be cheesy to say she just got out of the fire by using her ice. Also, it would be rather impossible for her to get such a high position of power, IE working for the seneate, between the time she blew up and then. Which was the same day.

So far, I've thought that the 3rd season already seems better & is going in a better direction than the 2nd...It's good to see the series getting back on track. I'm pretty sure the Nikki thing
would just be a new personality...didn't she look in a mirror at one point or something & kind of do the personality switch?
The one gripe I kind of with it so far now is that it seems like every other character knows the future/can travel to the future/has seen the future...Neat to see another Veronica Mars alumni join the Heroes cast...**** YOU THE CW~!!

Ooh, I knew a reawakening would be back soon. :P

Well, the first episode broadcasts here in the UK on Wednesday, so I guess there's not much secrecy between the two counties anymore! Hahahaha! I've read a small snippet of what's to come in my weekly TV guide and I can't believe that
Future Peter shoots his own brother!
Anyway, that's all I know so far ...

Man! I watched the first two episodes three days ago and I was like ZOMG! That's not possible!!!! I mean, the whole Nikki thing is really interesting, me thinks. Don't really know what the writers got in store for her, but I bet that whatever it is, is going to be good!

But the thing that surprised me the most was the ending! I mean,
When Angela Petrelli told Sylar she was his mother I was like :holyshit:'oh noeees!!!!!!*:holyshit: That was just awesome! Just like the whole Peter shooting his brother or Nathan being the only one that can see Lindermann....

This season has started with the right foot! My only complaints is that my all-time favorite (Hiro Nakamura) seems to be acting really dumb >_>
He opened the safe when he was told NOT to!....though I had probably done the same:P And is blaming Ando for killing him...when that obviously hasn't happened yet....
I think that's really annoying! The Hiro in Season two was more wow than in this one, well, as much as I could tell at least ^^;

About Hiro

I'm thinking that maybe Hiro is actually the bad guy there and that Ando was the real "HERO" trying to take him out.
Some people have pointed out that Ando was speaking perfect English during that scene. Which is strange since he doesn't speak well. So some are thinking that it is somebody else such as Peter, pretending to be Ando in order to get the paper. I don't know, I'm still sticking with the theory that Hiro is really the bad guy in that picture. I was still upset at how cheesy that scene was. I mean, what are the odds that Hiro would jump four years into the future and he and Ando would happen to be standing right infront of him at that exact spot. And not only that, but he happened to go right to the exact minute that the city was blowing up just like he has done a few times before.
But over looking that, I am very happy with this season so far. Can't wait to see Sylar and Bennett working together tomorrow.

You know....I actually thought about that possibility! About
Hiro being the bad guy and Ando being the good guy there. But well, guess we'll just have to wait to know what's gonna happen!.....

LOLWUT? Sylar and Bennett working together?! Just where in the world did you read that? o_o

BTW, yay to my 200th post ^_^

It's not needed to be read. They show it in the previews for...today's episode! Or at least Mrs. Petrelli wants it to happen from what the preview shows...It was also fun to finally find out for certain what her power was during the premiere (did they ever really announce it before?)...

Aaah, that explains it all:P Well, I don't watch the previews (don't want to spoil the fun xD) so yeah. :P

Now I'm wondering what kind of power did Hiro's dad have! Hope they mention it during this season!

About the
sylar and Bennett thing, I've been seeing them promote it on commercals, they've been showing those two dressed in suits, driving around together. Along with Sylar cracking jokes. It'll be on tonight and I have a feeling that'll be the main plot of tonights episode. I so can't wait :)

Edit: Sorry, late response. Didn't notice it had gone onto another page lol

About their powers. Yeah, they had mentioned her power rather on. Well hinted to it within the first few episodes of the first season. Just had to piece things together and she was one of the first few people who's power you knew.

Also, they mentioned Hiro's dad, but it was in a deleted scene. So if they need to go back in the past they can change their idea. But as for now, they already mentioned his power.

I don't really know about them. Personally I was wondering what they were going to do with Micah. Somewhat like Molly, at that age those kids grow fast. It has been over a year since they taped season 2, but the season 3 takes place on the same day season 2 ended. So it'll be hard to explain how they look over a year older within the same day. That is why they sent Mollys character away. They do that a lot with shows like this.

i love this show, its one of the few series where i hav not missed a single episode, and one of the few times ill ditch my friends to watch tv.

series 3 looks like its gonna be bloody good from what ive seen of it so far (first 2 episodes)

OMG they decapitated another painter.
oh well. things are getting quite interesting especially after this last episode.
one of the characters I'm really starting to enjoy is flint. but of course it's all about about Sylar

I've never gotten into these types of shows. Heroes, Lost, Smallville... I hear people talking about these high suspense shows with lots of mystery but it just doesn't do anything for me. I've tried getting into one or two of them but it just doesn't do it for me.

they are quite good especially to comic book lovers. They are a it predictable at times, but when you see certain things sow up, you can't help but geek out.especially when heroes does a star trek or star wars or a comic book reference

I've been fearing that they've tried to bite more than they can chew with this series... They're trying to fit lots in at the same time.

I'm fine, I can follow it. But I have to keep explaining it to other people. Even when people can understand it, it is still too fast and too much for them. My friend described this season as "a bit of a car crash".

Hopefully it gets better.. It's just that few of the characters have been consistent. And some of it hasn't been as enjoyable as other seasons.

The Hiro and Ando relationship on the rocks.
Death of Adam Monroe... Was that even neccessary?
Death of Bob... Why?!
Death of Matt Parkman's father... Again.. Why?! He was good!
Matt chasing after Daphne to cheesily get married etc...
Sylar changing sides 3 time... in a couple of episodes...
Peter nearly doing the same, and now losing all his powers...
Suresh becoming a spider-monster.

Most of these things would be ok if they weren't half heartedly doing them all at the same time!

Some great things though...
The puppet master character was great.
The character that creates vortexes was good
Matt's turtle is the way to go. Most consistent character in the show. :D
Hiro being wacked on the head with a spade scene.. Easily one of the funniest Hiro scenes yet...

I'm still enjoying it... But I don't get why they want to try and erase the memory of season 2, and kill of all of its characters...
