How did you first react to Yuna?

What was you first impression of Yuna? X's version, not X2 lol.

I myself loved her from the get-go. It sounds silly, but because Im a brunette I love it when the main heroine in a film, game or anime is a brunette lol. Sounds dumb I know. I fell for her the moment I saw her. Her outfit and character design were different and stood out to me. Also having different color eyes made her more different.

She was this sweet innocent flower who kinda did remind me of me. She found her perfect man and he turned out not so perfect, if you get what I mean. And when she smiled I did and when she was hurt, I wept for her.

Sounds corny, but thats my impression of her. How bout you?
 
I was Mixed because I Loved Rikku Beforehand When you Talk to her on The Al bhed Ship :D

With yuna her character was Very different She was obviously More serious then Rikku When you first meet her She seems Like a Normal summoner then you find out she is some what famous to many people. My first thoughts of yuna was that she Seemed Like A walkover Like when she brought the suitcases ( With gifts for the places she was going to visit) Wakka said " Yuna this aint No Vacation you know " Yuna straight away listened to him. I did like her character design though Apart from Her Hair Sometimes It Looked Sort of greyish Or is that just me :s
 
At first I must confess I thought "Oh no, not another annoying and weak white mage I'm not gonna use in my main party". I thought she would be just another poor girl that needed protection, the tipical damsel in distress. :P Well, turns out I was wrong!

What I liked most about Yuna is... I don't know, her whole personality was good. She is at the same time strong and cute. She knew what it meant to be a summoner, of all the risks she had to take, and yet she never gave up. Even when she thought about the end of her pilgrimmage and were visibly worried, she would smile and tell everyone it was OK. She was that serious and yet she was all cute XD I even liked when she sounded kind of silly, like when Tidus taught her how to whistle, or when he told her about Zanarkand at the spring in Macalania. I ended up being quite fond of her.
 
actually at first i thought that Yuna was gonna be another one of those loser weak players that I seriously didn't need but when I played her i was like ZOMG!! she eally surpassed my expectation :D
 
Remember seeing the first AMV of her, and seeing how realistic she looked and was very amazed. But then later on kind of knew that she was going to be the one of Tidus.

espically when Tidus and Yuna were looking into each other eyes and the Blitzball people in the background where shouting '' Victory, Victory, Victory '' !!! lol.


Kind of thought that she was a nice sweet character and that she is going to be the one that Tidus is going for fight for, or maybe make his life difficult because he may have to make up a choice of staying in Spira with her, or going back to his Zanakand home.
 
First impression I thought she would be this annoying character I would have to protect in every battle or else SPIRA IS DOOOOMED, and that her outfit was frumpy and needed to be more interesting. I changed my mind when she did that dance thing with the water. I actually loved those sleeve things that hang off her arms ever since I looked at the back of the cover ^^.

Considering I've played X-2 first, I was stunned. I thought she looked sooooo friggin adorable and I loved her instantly. I loved her naive ways and how shy she kind of was. At least, I liked her better than when she was kind of annoying in X-2, admittingly. But my *first* impression was that I thought she was cute.
 
My first reaction... "Woah, she's pretty."
I never used to use her cause I thought she was only useful for healing and summons when required, so I would just switch to her in battle when needed.

Then I found out as she gets stronger, your aeons do.

Since then she has been the strongest member of the party! Haha. She's a good character, she's very determined, kind, helpful... strong! She's a strong person, going through what she does. ^_^
 
I always fall for the girls who seem not so sure of how strong they are. Which is why I love Yuna. Then when she finds her voice and becomes strong I died. Of happiness of course.
 
My first impression of her was that she was another damsel in distress to be honest. =0

From the scene where I saw her come out of the Cloister of Trials at the beginning I was like 'attention seeker!', because she fell down the stairs helplessly. >_<

But after learning about what she actually had to do in there I felt differently and kinda horrible for thinking such things about her. =0

As I learnt more about her I was amazed at her courage, strength, her pilgrimage and how she would have to give up her own life and happiness to help Spira.

She was so sweet, reserved and had good intentions from day one! I loved how she didn't seem to realise how pretty she was! I love modest people. XD She was a genuine caring girl who didn't really seem to care about what happened to her, as long as she helped those around her.

She is my favourite Final Fantasy character by far and has been for 5 years. XD
 
I thought she was like aerith a complete and utter fail, unless you bother to level her (which i didnt on my first run through)
 
Hmmm let me see I fell in love with her a soon as I saw her. Right that instant she was my favorite Final Fantasy Character ever. Well shes sexy, beautiful and her eyes are just so cool. Her X version was beautiful with that summoner robe. But wtf happened in x-2 lol. Yuna is so kind hearted and thats what I love about her. I would gladly expect any girl who looks like Yuna and who is kind hearted. Also the LOVE with Tidus and Yuna just makes me so happy. I think that I am Tidus.
 
meh the first time i sore yuna i thought she was pretty mad because she summoned aeons.
 
I was fairly neutral when I first saw her. When she made her entrance, I was thinking "Ooh, pretty FMV...Ooh, central female character, hello..."

It wasn't very long before I fell in love with her though. I'm fond of characters like her to begin with (Aerith etc), but her resolve gives her a certain strength that others of her stereotype lack, and I admire that. She's a very brave girl. :3
 
The first time I saw her...I thought "OMG I LOVE HER OUTFIT!" It kinda looked like a kimono with that obi. And when I saw that she could summon these cool things I was like "Yaaaay, Yuna's my favorite character ever :D"
 
When I first saw Yuna I thought she was a very beautiful character, and alot of the times beautiful characters tend to be weak in battle(no disrespect to anybody.) But she really surprised me at how strong she is magically and summon wise. Easily one of my top 3 characters.
 
I thought she'd be another damsel in distress type character that you'd have to protect, especially since Wakka, Lulu and Kimahri are her "Guardians" and she's the White Mage character.

Although when she summoned Valefor, I was totally surprised, since FFX was the first FF I played and I didn't know what summons were. I thought it was an interesting twist, and instantly became interested in using her in battle.
 
Yuna was my favorite female character of all FF's.......Until X-2. They destroyed all the things I loved Yuna for, her shyness, her akward conservationism, and her adorable attempt at maturity.
 
First impression of Yuna for me was, damn she's fine lol j.k, but really it was kinda hard to tell though, she looked like someone who wasn't very strong willed, seemed a little afraid, but looked beautiful =)
