I like Kimahri. I think that he can be useful, you just need to spend a bit of time with him because he needs to do all those lancet thingies

Does anyone actually use him?
His sphere grid position means you take him into anyone's, but is there any point?
I mean you have a character that go into there and is specialized in it. Is there any need for another character?
Me personally I've never used him except for when I've had to. Such as the fight on Gagazet.

as you said his sphere grid allows him to really copy any other character, and as such, i normally have him follow Auron (for strength and tactics, like power break, mental break, they are really useful skills)

Tidus for speed and delay attacks, which have saved my life more than once, if you use him right he can become powerful, or even a combination of the both, with low healing magic, however this would take longer to train

i also like his design, a cross between a blue mage and a dragoon, hence his spear and jump overdrive

Well all my characters are aroun 9999, eksept Kimary and Lulu.
I try to use them, but they are to weak.
My kimary is around 4000, and lu is 2800.
