Eh, I don't see why. Last I heard, having boobs and cleavage didn't constitute porn. For some reason, a lot of people seem to be extraordinarily sensitive about female sexuality, and boobs in games, anime, etc. are some kind of flashpoint hearkening the coming Armageddon.

Yeah, it's called fanservice. Big boobs are quite common in anime, but there are just as many characters (if not more) that have more modest proportions. The ones with the big ones are the ones that obviously stand out, and are marketed more heavily in advertising. It's your basic "sex sells" philosophy in action.
But in Final Fantasy, with all the female characters, really, there aren't that many in the top-heavy department. You've got Tifa, Lulu, Beatrix, and that's just about it for prominently featured characters. So out of all the female characters in FF, having only 3 is a drop in the ocean.

Usually Lulu's enemies had high defense ratings, so I would have some characters attack her enemies and then use her to finish them off. She was usually the one to deal the final blow. And that voice...either she's a smoker, or she's chronically bulimic.
