Nintendo Pokemon

I trained up a lvl100 Umbreon as well since it looked pretty sweet but it didn't have that many moves and its stats weren't the greatest either so there were better options for it. Espeon however was pretty damn useful.

Umbreon had decent defensive stats, but was definitely lacking in the other areas. Espeon is a better pokemon. Packs more of a punch with its massive special attack. Psychics are generally more useful than dark types.

Jolteon will always be my favorite Eevee stage, though.

It's true that it had good def stats but there were other better options for the position that it would have taken.

What would people consider their preferred non-Legendary team for competitive play?

I played it before but not alot because my friend has the game. I got a lvl 50 Umbreon. The game is pretty hard. But I quit cause I hardly played it.

I'm more of a Glaceon type person out of all the Eevee evolutions, that thing is bad ass :neomon:

I've suddenly got back into Pokémon for no reason whatsoever, not that I'm bothered, but Pokémon Diamond is awesome...I can never catch those Legendary Pokémon though...I always get them down to low HP and status effects as well :gasp:

Watch out for Cresselia! She doesn't have special music whenever you come across her, it's just normal battle music!

Diamond is epic, but story fails like immensely. Recently started playing Sapphire again <3

I NEEDED A POKEMON FIX.

Pokemon? Fuck... where to begin?

I practically lived for Pokemon when I was a kid. If I wasn't watching the anime or buying the trading cards I was battling through a link cable or just talking about it with friends.

Literally, no joke, I had at least 1,000 Pokemon cards. I had to hold the deck with two hands it got so big and I had more doubles and triples than you could shake a fucking stick at.

Out of all of thoe cards I only have one left. It's a holographic Brock's Ninetails. I have absolutely no idea where all the others went, I probably threw them out years ago but just can't remember.

As far as the games go, I've recently started playing Crystal again. The second generation games are just too good to pass up, they are actually great games.

I've started playing Crystal again too because I've played the hell out of Emerald and Leafgreen.

Oh why didn't they do a remake of a second gen game like the did with Red and Green? The one big thing I'm really missing from the Advance Gen is that it didn't keep the day and night feature and Pokemon appearing at only certain times of day. That was nifty! Plus wouldn't be missing out on Lugia and Ho-oh.

I still play Pokémon games, and to be honest, I just got my first Pokémon game for Christmas of 2003, so I've really only started buying Pokémon games for about 5 years and 5 months, just a few days longer than that.

I've enjoyed playing the games quite a lot, my two favourite characters in Brawl are Pokémon. :D

Lols.. Pokemon. Although i lost contact with that game for a long while now, it definitely was one of the fun games i ever played then!
Not very sure how to explain why i would actually get captivated by that game lols, come to think of it...

A remake of Crystal would be great. Especially if you were able to catch Celebi without the special event.

And the day/night thing kind of pissed me off because if you just started a new game at night, it seemed like all you could encounter was bloody Hoothoots.

I love Pokemon the games, anime, and the manga. And I still even play it. ^_^ Yeah a Crystal remake would be nice maybe they can even add some new stuff in it like a pokemon gym. :P Although a gold remake would be nice too.Get to ride on the bike with the Pikachu in the back seat with better graphics. :D Has anyone played Emerald?Such a great game I like how you can make berries in that game and how you can do the contests.

I'm not a big fan of the pokemon contests. Those things are cheap as hell. The judges are biased...or something.

I don't care what they say. My Garchomp was WAY cooler than that crappy evolved Bidoof.

6 o'clock and it gets dark :neomon: Should of had a couple more periods between them. Hoothoot's did annoy me though, and that pissin' Spinarak that always poisoned my 'mons near the start so I have no Antidotes and nowhere near the Pokemon Centre.

They should try and make a bigger Pokemon game, one with all 490 whatever it is now Pokemons avalible from the off so we don't have to bother with all this Wifi or trading rubbish just to get the rest of our 'mons from older games. With a better Day/Night feature and maybe even a seasonal feature surely it can be done.

You can get them all on Diamond and Pearl. Except the old legendaries.

Would be nice though if you can get the old legendaries.Did anyone played the special version of gold where Pikachu was always out of its pokeball?I dont know why but its one of my favorites.I guess thats because its a classic. :)

Special version of Gold? You mean the special version of Blue/Red, which would be Pokemon Yellow?

I didn't like having to have Pikachu on my team. Otherwise, it's a great game...like all the pokemon games. =D

I think...Im not really sure now its been awhile since I played it but yeah all of the Pokemon games are awesome I just wish they were as long as Crystal ah that would be just awesome :)

To get them all on the latest versions, yeah, you need to have either Fire Red or Leaf Green plugged into your DS simultaneously with playing Diamond/Pearl. It's a bit of a bummer, since the only other cartridge I have that'll fit is Emerald. :gasp:
