Resident Evil....The Umbrella Rebirth THE RP!

Continuing down the hallway, they found a doorway leadin into yet another hallway, but with a set of stairs on the right end, "Before we go downstairs, let's keep looking for that statue. I hope we can find it."

OOC: This isn't even my RP and yet me and FMA is posting? WHERE IS EVERYBODY?!?!
 
[ooc] currently suffering from a lack of inspiration, but regaining it by playing the older RE's so not to worry! [/ooc]

Jill and Chris both proceeded into the narrow hallway and moved towards the middle door, Jill grabbed the doorhandle and nodded to Chris who clenched his p8 tightly and gave Jill a wink to signal he was ready....Jill quickly turned the door handle and pushed the door aside, before following in behind Chris who was scouting ahead....

The new hallway was decorated in a very pale green wallpaper, with a picture of a woman from the 16th centuary hanging from one of the walls...they both pushed on into the extremely narrow and twisting hallway carefully....suddenly they heard a sniffing and scratching, accompanied by heavy slow footsteps on the flooring and a dull groan...

Jill positioned herself against the wall and drew her combat knife, clenching it tightly in her left hand...Chris stepped into the direction of the noise to try garner attention from whatever it was.

As he stepped out he spotted a zombie with its back to him, pulling a piece of plaster from the wall, he threw the lump of plaster at the zombie, hitting it on the back of the head and quickly grabbing the docile beasts attention as it spun round letting out a higher pitched groan and began to shamble towards him purposely...Chris stepped backwards and passed Jill whom kept a close eye from behind the wall, as soon as the zombie came into view, Jill plunged her knife into the zombies forehead, blood gushing from the wound as the zombie fitted and groaned loudly before collapsing lifelessly to the floor....

Jill pulled her knife back out of the zombies skull as Chris looked on...

"Ugh...you sure you want that knife now?" Chris asked...

"Well...its up to you...its your knife from the airforce afterall..." Jill replied as she showed Chris the inscription of the handle while holding the blade in a piece of material she had ripped from the zombies clothing to clean the blade...

"I found it at your apartment after you left for europe" Jill continued as she cleaned down the blade and slotted the knife back into the holster on the rear of her belt.

"Ah...figures, least I know its been keeping you safe" Chris replied with a sly smirk as the pair moved further down the hallway to investigate....
 
"I think there is something hidden on or within the clock to reset the trap back to normal" Eron replied as she turned and walked over to the clock and started running her hands up and down the sides of the clock till she hit a small notch in the wood and with a small click the windows became lit up again and the doors unbarred themselves.

"Lets go guys" Eron said as she drew her TMP from its holster.
 
Stephen looked down the stairs and sighed as Markus mentioned they should look for the statue. "Fine then" he replied as he stroed away from the stairs, he found a door leading into a large room "hmmmmm, Hey markus, whats taking you so long?" he shouted with a smile.

Stephen looked around the room and found nothing "Markus, will you hurry up and get in here" Stephen shouted back over his shoulder.
 
Marcus headed into a large room and found Stephen there. "I'm here, are you sure there is nothing there?" He said before leaving the room and opening the door next to it. Marcus entered the hallway and walked through the winding corridors, eventually leading to a door on the other end of it. It eventually led to yet another corridor, he walked forward then turned right, leading to a door. Marcus opened the door and found the other statue. He yelled to Stephen, "Yo Stephen!!! I found the statue!!!" Before calling Chris on his PDA. "Chris, this is Marcus, we've found the oher statue, I'll hold position until you get there, over."
 
Stephen heard Markus' shout, barely. stephen exited the room and headed in the direction of Markus, eventually finding him. "woah!" he announced as he looked upon the highly detailed Tiger statue "Damn, lucky i have been battling Zombies all day, or that thing would have really shit me up" Stephen announced in a humourus tone of voice. "have you called it in to Valentine and redfield?" he asked, back on a serious note.
 
Shrugging at the ease of which they got out of the trap Hild hesitated, wondering whether it was to lower their guard or something. Her feet stood planted on the ground for a few seconds, watching Eron walk towards the door before giving in. Cover our six Kumi. Setting a brisk pace, Hild turned a corner into some sort of art gallery. Again, the light was low and dull, the orange walls a darker shade than what it was intended to be. The moment her torch shone on the ground, there was a ruffle in the air and something small and black swooped by. Get down! Ducking low and pointing her gun and torch at the roof, the white beam cut through the darkness and lit up bats that were hanging on the ceiling. With precision aiming, Hild let off 3 shots with all three powerful round ripping the tiny animal to shreds. More ruffling in the ceiling meant that there were more than just the three. Watch the ceiling! as more bats began to swoop.
 
Marcus said to Stephen, "Yeah I have." He turned to the statue, as you can see, this statue has a ruby gem already in there, but another gem missing. They've come across a statue like it downstairs that already has a ruby and a sapphire gem in their sockets. Bascially, we need that other sapphire gem. It's the only way to solve that puzzle.
