opening song-Prelude 3.0
A long dark corridor is etched before a young woman about 18 with blonde hair and yellow eyes. She's wrapped in a white gown, a black parisol resting upon her shoulder. Laleth had found her way up the castle stairs. It was quite peaceful now that everything was settled. She entered a small room with a window overlooking the town of Idunblim, her kingdom. It was hard to believe that she would now be ruling a kingdom of which she knew nothing.
A small maiden girl wearing a blue apron spotted her from across the hall. "Um your Highness, he's ready to see you." the young maiden squeaked.
Laleth's eyes sparkled. She looked back at the maiden and began to exit the room. "Where?" Laleth asked the young girl.
"Down the corridor further miss." the maiden said happily before turning to go down the hall.
Laleth gazed down the dark castle's corridor once more. She couldn't help but think of the times she had gone through. It seemed like almost a memory. It was October 31st this morning, and the skies were cloudy. Laleth smiled. It was exactly a year since it all started, right here in this castle.
She began walking down the corridor, her memory whizzing past her. They were playing, almost like a movie in her head....

Chapter 1
I remember a bedtime story I was told by a Priestess. It was supposed to take place years ago and spoke of how the world used to be. Before what happened to us, before the “Magicked” people had even existed, even before when Demons began hating humans. It was the story about a world where every creature, human or demon, lived together in harmony. It was a story without suffering…without, fear of what the future would bring. I wish that back then I had paid more attention to those stories. I wish I had known what I know now. And…I also wish that so many hadn’t lost their lives over our ignorance. But like it or not, our future would have changed.
The kingdom of Idunblim was celebrating this night. Revilo Green stood at his bar serving customers. They were filling the Falacore to it's max limit. He worked tirlessly this night as the parade of the Princess would soon begin. Apparently the wedding ceremony of the Princess would be beginning the next day. Business couldn't be better.
Revilo gazed at his sister Sophia serving tables. She was on dfull blast tonight, but the bar would be closing in an hour. Revilo had yet another assassination job to do. This time it was the Thelmacain government itself that hired him.
A familiar woman walked into the bar, her purple robes and hair ignored by the many customers being served in the bar. She walked straight up behind the counter. "Need a hand?" she asked casually.
"No, I can handle this just fine." he responded.
"But you might be too tired to try and go for the target tonight."
Revilo looked up instantly. How could she have known about the assassination plot? Reading his face the woman laughed. "You're not the only one who knows. The rebels have got a plan to kidnap your target...The Bithia also want her dead. You just may have some competition over trying to kill the princess." she whispered softly into his ear so that nobody could hear other than himself.
"So. What's a little competition?" Revilo asked casually as he served drinks.
"You're not worried? Boy has my little pupil grown up so fast!" The woman said, her purple hair now giving her a sinister look.
"So Raine, who's side are you on?" Revilo asked, putting away dirty dishes.
"Side? I don't choose sides. I was merely hired to kidnap the girl for the Rebels. You know how the killing game goes." Raine sighed as she began helping him serve drinks.
"I'm guessing your one of the assassins the Thelmacain government hired you to off her right?"
"Like you said, you know how it is."
"So you're side is the Thelmas?"
"I don't really care. As long as Sophia is happy then...Our lives are good."
Raine chuckled again as she served yet another drink to the customers. "How ironic. Your working for Thelmacains to kill a Thelmacain princess! This is gold!"
"It's complicated," Revilo said. "Apparently she's the only true successor to the Idunblim throne, yet the Thelma's said something about her having tainted blood."
"Wow. Looks like goldy locks comes from a family of bears herself." Raine said.
"Yea well who cares. I'm just here to make my living and to move on." Revilo said. "Other people's beliefs and problems don't concern me."
He then stopped to see that his bar was clearing out, probably for the parade. "It's starting." said Raine as a cheer of voices came from outside in the distance. "Hope you don't cry when I steal the girl."
"I'll try not to." Revilo spoke as his former assassin teacher left the bar amidst the lights outside.
The sky was darkening and the parade would be starting soon. Revilo now had more competition to worry about, but knew that he could kill his mark. He could always kill his mark, as long as nobody knew of his magical ability everything would be alright...
