[RP] Final Fantasy IX: Scars of Terra

Everyone seemed to get up and head off towards the pub finally,smiling happily he charges after them,his tail wagging in excitement.They soon reach the pub surprisingly it was closer than he thought.As they enter inside Lucia automaticily locks onto Allielise and charges towards her sitting behind her and grabbing her shoulders talking.

Aaron:I wonder if she ever calm's down...Oh well..

Aaron walks to where Lucia was sitting and takes a seat across from her waiting on the others to join up at the pub.Before he knows it Lucia's butt is in the air along with her tail.

Aaron:..Sheesh don't you have any restraint..heh.

He starts to laugh at the girl's odd way's starting to get used to them.
 
Lan Ester

"Alright, we'll follow your advice and defend the castle like a fortress. We will also provide some funds for you to participate in the Festival of the Hunt."

"Thank you." Lan replied simply as he started to leave the room.

"Hey! Aren't you gonna stay for dinner?"

Lan turned around and looked at Eiko before smiling.

"I guess I'll spend dinner with your family. After all, Mikoto would want me to be polite." Lan said as he bowed to Eiko.

"With that being said, I want to add one other name as a participant for the Festival of the hunt. Annelise Stiener. If she refuses, tell her that participation will be mandatory as I need to talk with her and the only time I will be able to is during the Festival. With that being said, I will take my leave so I can make sure everything is set for lindblum's victory." Lan said as he turned to walked out of the throne room.

"That belongs to Lan. I would suggest you bring that with you so when we see him again, we can give it to him."

"When will that be? For all we know, he could be halfway across the globe." Remilia muttered before she saw Lucia sitting next to Alleria.

Sighing, Remilia sat down beside Lucia.

"Give Alleria some space. It does not do anyone any good to have any flirting on the breakfast table." Remilia muttered as she loaded her plate with some food and started eating.
 
Alleria never thought this would be happening to her. She had thought Annelise and Twinsword had been 'fun' enough targets for her - enough to keep her scopes away from herself. However, it seems this woman may either be trying her best to be irritating, or maybe, she was a flirt who wished to do something to her.

That 'something' is not going to be pleasant either, which only made Alleria grip her fork tightly. Thankfully for Lucia, rationale won out in the end, as Alleria settled for a simple shrug to shake off one of Lucia's hands. The other, she slapped with her hand - which, with a gauntlet on, must be quite a painful hit.

"Very fine, Lady," answered Alleria in a sour tone, turning her head slightly to glance at Lucia. She faked a smile as she adds," Thank you for asking."

As soon as she turns to look back at her food, her smile fades, and she feels the moodiness creep back into her. Even so, she had to admit she felt just a little better.

The queen would have been nervous about Twinswords sitting next to her, but she didn't mind. Two of Burmecia's best generals, who were also her parents, were right there, as was her brother. That, and she knew how to fight if the need arose. While she wasn't as skilled as her brother, she knew how to defend herself thanks to her mother's training.

Once everyone had eaten their fill, Farah would start collecting the dirty dishes. "So, the plan is that Freya and I will head for Alexandria to give a full report to Queen Garnet and King Zidane. Robert, you and your friends will travel via airship to Lindblum. Do whatever it takes to protect the mirror there. You'll be under Reagent Cid's command from there." Fratley spoke.

Freya smiled and looked over to Robert. "Do say hello to Eiko for me Robert." Freya requested. Robert smiled and gave a nod to his mother. "Of course." Robert replied.

Robert and his family stood from their seats. Lilly walked over to Robert and gave her brother a farewell hug. "You take care of yourself, big brother." she spoke witha smile. Robert placed a hand on his sister's head and rubbed it. "Don't you worry sis. Just keep my brother in law out of trouble." Robert jested.

Lilly chuckled a bit. "Well, then, follow me. I'll bring you to the airship. The engineers finished fixing it up last night and set Burmecian sails on it so the other nations will recognize it as ours. Reagent Cid should be expecting you all. We will be sending four black mages and two clerics with you all as added insurance in case you find yourselves attacked by an eidolon." she spoke before turning to lead the group out of the tavern.

Freya and Fratley would head off on their own to the Chocobo stables to prepare for their journey to Alexandria.

"When will that be? For all we know, he could be halfway across the globe."

Anne turned around, looking back at Remilla who was heading on her way back to sit down, she said, "Well, we'll travel all around the globe until we find him then."

Turning back to the desk to listen to Fratley's announcement, she heard that the airship was ready and it was time to take their leave. "Thank you, your majesty." She stood and bowed at the Queen before she began to follow the Queen out and lead her to the Noblesse Oblige.

"Annelise Steiner?" Eiko inquired,

"Ah yes, the prodigal daughter of Sir Adelbert and Lady Beatrix of Alexandria." Cid said, stroking his beard. If what he said is true, then she would be an asset. "Fair enough, I will fufill your request. In the meantime, you may stay in the city if you so like."

(OOC: Short post so as to give off my announcement and info on my plans for this RP)

"I feel safer already." Remilia commented as she got up after eating the food and followed the Queen. She also heard Anne's response and smiled as the summoner grabbed Lan's bag.

"Fair enough, I will fufill your request. In the meantime, you may stay in the city if you so like."

"That I will do. I'll be back for that dinner invitation and if you have to mention me, don't give out too much information like I'm in the city." Lan replied back as he left the throne room.

Once outside, his escort guard handed Lan back his gear and led him into the city. Soon enough, the sight of lindblum surrounded him as Lan started thinking about what to do next.

"Hmm. Should I buy a new claw weapon or should I get something made to help me in the festival? Let's see what happens next." Lan muttered as he walked into the city while keeping an eye out for the white cape General Brandish.
 
Once the breakfast was finished, Ricard stood up and finally got free of Twin Sword's grip. "So we're going to fly then? Hopefully this airship doesn't find out what gravity is" walking out of the room with the rest of the group he wondered what the airship would be like.

Spotting Annelise he tried to grab her arm "Er... About last night, what happened?"

At that point Ricard realised something, he was getting shy around her, something he couldn't recall the last time he felt, what was going on?

As Ricard broke free of Twin Sword's grip, Lucia practically leapt from her seat and charged for Twin Sword pulling her into an embrace from behind to stop her following him. "Now now, a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do, i'm sure you'll be fine staying with me. My cloak sure looks good on you by the way" Lucia then giggled a bit as she gave Twin Sword a light kiss on the cheek.

Noticing Twin Sword's rising anger made Lucia chuckle again "You don't have to hide it, I know you liked it"
 
Remilia Oveilia

"Now now, a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do, i'm sure you'll be fine staying with me. My cloak sure looks good on you by the way You don't have to hide it, I know you liked it"

Remilia sighed as she noticed Lucia's attempts on the ex Lord generals. Deciding to help Twin swords out, Remilia slowed down to the pair of girls.

"Can you at least take it easy on the flirting? It's sickening to watch someone else play matchmaker already and the last thing anyone in the group wants to do is to listen to matchmaking attempts." Remilia muttered looking at Lucia while pulling out Lan's Robe and putting it on while half mentally debating the idea of sending Cerberus on Lucia.
 
The Twinsword

"Now now, a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do, i'm sure you'll be fine staying with me. My cloak sure looks good on you by the way"

Twinsword pouted at the Genome as she said that. Apparently she was getting in the way of her love, but the fact that actually surprised her was when Lucia kissed the Lord-General on the cheek, a fact that made even her turn red in the face in shock, surprise and anger. The Lord-General moved to push her off so she could recompose herself.

"You don't have to hide it, I know you liked it"

"L-Liked it? You have some nerve, woman!!!" Twinsword raised her voice, and it took an intervention from Remilla to speak out.

Can you at least take it easy on the flirting? It's sickening to watch someone else play matchmaker already and the last thing anyone in the group wants to do is to listen to matchmaking attempts.

Twinsword sighed, trying to recompose herself after that debacle, though whether or not Lucia will let her remained to be seen.

General Gisale

The Brandish came out of a clothing's store with a single bag of clothes around her wrist. She was wearing more modest clothes opposed to her more militaristic-styled attire. Consisting of a red vest with a blue sleeved shirt underneath and blue pants. She also appeared to be wearing a white belt that looked suspiciously like a monkey's tail for some peculiar reason.

As she was walking out towards the inn, she saw a green haired person walking down the street, recognizing the boy as the spy from his green robe, she began to follow him, to try and catch up with him and ask if he had warned the monarch of the incoming situation to happen.

Annelise Steiner

"Er... About last night, what happened?"

Anne quickly turned around, surprised as ever when she heard Ricard say that. Taking the Pluto Knight's hand, she quickly moved out of sight of just about everyone, so as to not embarrass herself in front of everyone.

"Well you see...uh..." Annelise stammered, trying to come up with an excuse to why she did what she did. "Come on, Annelise. Focus, you have got to come up with something, anything!!!" Her mind was yelling at her, yet no words were coming out of her mouth until finally... "Well, we sort of...kissed." Anne finally said, her face red with embarrassment.
 
"W-We did what?" Ricard was almost as embarassed as she was as he looked away shyly as he scratched the back of his head before turning back to face her, somewhat awkwardly. "So... Um, I mean..." placing his hands somewhat firmly on her shoulders he stepped closer, so people would be less able to hear "So, where do we go from here?"

Realising what he just said he let go and turned aound, trying to collect his thoughts on a matter he didn't understand.

At Remilia's and Twin Sword's comments, Lucia simply laughed, it never ceased to amuse her with people's reactions "You poor dears, I just think they need some time alone, that's all" Lucia then walked past them, ruffling their hair with a hand each as she walked past, following the main group towards the airship "I hope whoever drives isn't an incompetant or i'm taking the wheel..."

After eating the wonderful breakfast,He groaned in happiness as he finishes he hears the Queen speak again.

"Well, then, follow me. I'll bring you to the airship. The engineers finished fixing it up last night and set Burmecian sails on it so the other nations will recognize it as ours. Reagent Cid should be expecting you all. We will be sending four black mages and two clerics with you all as added insurance in case you find yourselves attacked by an eidolon."

"Cool,wonder what a burmecian Airship looks like!!Not too fond of the idea of being attacked by Eidolon's but as long as we have a counter I'll feel safer..."

Aaron brushes himself off and pick's up his sword,he looks at the last of the group still chatting."Come on you people,you'll have plenty of time to talk on the Airship."As he said this he turns back to the people who just left with the Queen and follows behind them,he thinks to himself.."Wonder,what awaits us in Lindblum.."

He was glad to be out of the diner because it seemed that the 3 girl's might have a fight at some point and did not want to be dragged into it.He run's and catches up with Remilia and Richard.
 
Alleria finishes her food in the most sullen manner she had ever found herself in. She no longer knew what exactly was causing this emotional down, and felt just like a robot with a mission. The only thing she knew to do now was to accomplish the mission. There was barely any other reasons, she realized as she finished the last of her food and got up after the Queen.

The group was boisterous as usual, with the unnervingly flirtatious Lucia and her awkward targets. To think of it, she had apparently just made an attempt on Alleria earlier. The thought made her raise an eyebrow as she threw the female Genome a cursory glance.

She was starting to believe that female Genome was a borderline case of abnormal. There was only the overtly abnormal left to await from her, and this internal conclusion about Lucia unsettled Alleria as she hastened her pace distance herself from the group.
 
OOC: I'm going to pass off the green robe that is in your post. Lan left his green robe in burmecia. But I'll go with the idea that Lan has picked one up from his walk into the city.

Lan looked around as the genome took in the sights. It was obvious that the Festival of the hunt is being prepared. Lan smiled as he turned around. It was then that he saw Brandish in civilian clothing. Lan smirked a bit as he walked up to the potential traitor.

"Cid and his family has been notified. The castle is now a fort. Not only that, but at this point, there is a good chance that Annelise and her group is on her way here." Lan muttered as he looked at her attire. The only part of her attire that stuck out was her belt. It looked like a genome's tail. But Lan was not about to bring it up.

"So? What are you planing on doing now? If Anne and her group take the over land route, they will be here by tonight." Lan asked while looking at the General.

The Twinsword

"You poor dears, I just think they need some time alone, that's all"

Ruffling her hair, as she walked away, Twinsword said to herself, although within earshot of Remilla. "Oh, I just hate her sometimes..."

Looking back at the ex-Oeilvert summoner, she said, "I'll meet you over with the group. I'm going to get Ricard." She then walked away to the corner to find her lover.

Annelise Steiner

"W-We did what?"

The way Ricard responded made her blush even more than him. "So... Um, I mean..."


As the Pluto Knight put her hands on Anne's shoulders, she looked up at Ricard as he spoke again, "So, where do we go from here?"

He turned away, which confused Anne a bit, who put her hands on his shoulders. "W-Well, I guess we could..."

"Hey, Hey, Hey, Get your hands of my man!!!" The Twinsword yelled, spotting the two as they were painfully trying to talk to each other. The General slapped Anne's hand off of Ricard's shoulder before grabbing his arm and wrapping it around her own.

"Hey, I'm not looking for a fight...Twinny."

"What did you just say?" Twinsword looked back, looking to confront Anne before another timely intervention arrived, this time from the mercenary, Aaron.

"Come on you people,you'll have plenty of time to talk on the Airship."

"Tch, fine. We'll see about this another time, Annelise." The Twinsword pouted before walking away, hopefully with Ricard in tow.

General Gisale

"Cid and his family has been notified. The castle is now a fort. Not only that, but at this point, there is a good chance that Annelise and her group is on her way here. So? What are you planing on doing now? If Anne and her group take the over land route, they will be here by tonight."

"Excellent." Gisale closed her eyes for a bit as she muttered. "However, I fear that the castle defense, while still a high priority will not be the only target, not with her leading the operation." Opening her eyes so she could get a good look at the boy, she continued, "As for Annelise, I do not know. As far as she knows, she thinks I have died. I am fairly certain that will change after the Festival of the Hunt tomorrow. By the way, I never did get your name?"

Gisale crossed her arms and thought back to Annelise. Was she prepared to fight her in battle, after she trained her, treating her almost like a daughter to her?
 
Remilia Oveilia

Remilia sighed as her hair was ruffled. It was annoying and the summoner only prayed to her summons that Lucia would keep away from her as she followed the queen as the airship soon came into view. Remilia smiled as she boarded the ship. At the very least, the ride to Lindblum would hopefully be uneventful. If the enemy attacks, one quick summon would stop them in their tracks.

"What's the name of this ship?" Remilia asked.

As far as she knows, she thinks I have died. I am fairly certain that will change after the Festival of the Hunt tomorrow. By the way, I never did get your name?"

Lan nodded as he looked at the general. He mentally debated telling Brandish his name in case she decided to become a traitor and sell him out. To shift the question off of him, Lan decided to question the belt.

"That's an interesting belt. Who's the unfortunate genome that you ripped that tail from?"
 
As Ricard tried to pick his next words from this awkward situation, Twin Sword arrived to cut them both off, shouting at Annelise before she dragged him away by the arm. Turning back to Annelise he called out to her "We'll talk on the ship!" submitting to Twin Sword's grip they walked towards the airship

"Twin Sword... Why do you say i'm your man?"

Watching from a distance as Twin Sword ran off with Ricard before Annelise could get anywhere Lucia shook her head as she moved her hair back and walked over to a slightly down yet still rather red Annelise.

"So you couldn't do it, eh? Well give it time" Lucia gently placed her arm around Annelise and started to walk her to the airship "you might want to lose the colour a bit though before you get Ricard alone again"

Walking onto the airship Lucia gave her another playful pat on the rear before whispering in her ear "Do your best and knock him dead" before walking off to the lower decks to find a vacant cabin.
 
Robert Crescent​

Robert gave a sigh as he listened to the constant bickering caused by the one woman who was hitting on just about everyone. "At this rate, Oeilvert won't have to attack us because we'll already be tearing each other's throats apart!" Robert yelled, trying to snap people's attentions. "I would GREATLY appreciate it if you KINDLY stop trying to mess with people's heads missy." he spoke at Lucia. "We have enough problems with Oielvert trying to remake the Brahne War all over again and the Creator knows how many people are going to DIE in this one! The last thing I or anyone else here needs is to be driven to killing each other when we have much greater matters to deal with!"

After his little tirade, Robert took a deep breath to calm himself down. Lilly closed her eyes and frowned a bit. She hated seeing her brother angry like this, and she knew stress for almost everyone was high. "Brother, please, the airship is waiting. And please, do say hello to Princess Eiko for me?" she asked with a smile.

Robert gave a nod to his sister and queen. He couldn't stay angry once he saw his sister's smile. "Alright. I'll be back someday. Take care of my brother in law. I know he can be a demanding little brat at times, but he's your husband and our king." he spoke in jest. Lilly laughed a bit and shook her head. "I think he's too busy to be throwing demands around like he did when Vivi was alive. But don't worry. I may be a queen, but I'm still a Crescent." she spoke with a coy smile. "Oh, and the ship will keep its original name, the Noblesse Oblige." she replied. "The only difference is that the hull has been reinforced, and the flags and masts are Burmecian."

Robert boarded the newly acquired airship and waited for the others. They'd be able to leave once everyone was on board.
 
Aaron Sohm​

Aaron Reaches the Noblesse Oblige,it was a grand airship well designed by the Burmecian's,he stood by the connecting bridge staring up in awe.Thinking to himself."Oh I wish I could have one of my own one of these day's.." some of the others rush past him boarding the Ship,Aaron shakes his head free of the daze only to see Lucia run into the ship.

"...She got here pretty quickly,wonder where she keeps all that feisty energy..."He say's jokingly before shrugging and walking into the ship.

The Ship's insides are as nice as the out,He see's everyone else in the lobby of the Ship,but he decides to go to the lower deck to find a place to sleep tonight.As he walk's down he run's into Lucia again.

"Oh..Are you looking to reserve a room too..?"He asks her calmly before walking towards her.

Gisale scowled at the boy when he said that. She said sternly and coldly, "I find that remark really insulting." She then showed the boy that it was a real tail when, while her arms were crossed across her chest, her tail unraveled itself from around her waist and stood up on it's back, swaying from side to side. "It just so happens for you to know that I am a Genome myself, born in Terra might I add."

"We'll talk on the ship!"

Seeing Ricard walk away was a huge blow for Anne, who had her head down, depressed.

"So you couldn't do it, eh? Well give it time"

"Wha?" Before Anne could respond, Lucia essentially wrapped her arm around her and led the soldier to the airship.

"You might want to lose the colour a bit though before you get Ricard alone again"

Giving Anne a pat on her rear, much to the further embarassment of her person, Lucia whispered "Do your best and knock him dead"Knowing what this would entail for her, she decided to just wait on the deck for Ricard and wait for the opprotunity.

The Twinsword

"Twin Sword... Why do you say i'm your man?"

"Why not?" Twinsword said, escorting the Pluto Knight up the ramp to the airship, the refurbished Noblesse Oblige. "I mean, who do you love more, me or that knight you probably never seen your mission?"

Before Ricard would probably get a chance to respond, she had to listen to Robert making a tirade about the disunity of the party at hand. "Can I blame him, it was in fact all Lucia's fault anyway, that skank." She thought in her head.

She let go of Ricard's arm to go and listen in on Remilla, the Queen of Burmecia and Robert's conversation.

"Oh, and the ship will keep its original name, the Noblesse Oblige. The only difference is that the hull has been reinforced, and the flags and masts are Burmecian."

"Oh, thank god." Twinsword said, "You know, Oeilvert's airships were designed with speed and manuverability in mind, it practically has the defenses of a Goblin with its pants down. I did not feel safe in those ships at all...save one."

"That depends as well as how you use the defense. Of course it won't stand a direct hit from anything stronger then a weak magic attack. But if you are talking about grazing shots, projectiles, and a direct hit from weak magic, then the defense should be more then a match for it." Remilia said pointing the idea out.

"I find that remark really insulting. It just so happens for you to know that I am a Genome myself, born in Terra might I add."

Lan smirked as he saw the tail unravel from Brandish.

"That's interesting. In any case, I have to go prepare for a dinner with the Royal Family. So, if you have nothing to tell me, I'll bid you farewell for now." Lan muttered as he turned around and started walking as his own tail rose up from the folds of his robe.

Running into the closest general and weapon shop, Lan bought material to make a magician's boot and a feather boot. With that being said, Lan told the shop owners to send the bill to the Royal Family before he rushed over to the Synthesis shop. Telling them the same thing about the bill as he did to the general store and the weapon shop, Lan soon has a Feather Boots. Putting them on, Lan then ran straight to the Cable car and soon enough, Lan reached the castle.

Lan smiled as he walked into the castle. He walked to the elevator and soon enough, Lan reached the hallway before the throne room.

"I guess I'll wait for a bit then." Lan muttered as he started looking around.
