Yep, I'm getting that too. There's also a box for 'Tags' at the end of every page on every thread... not sure what that's for. xD

No prob getting onto other profiles, but only mine.

Tags are for searching threads, Mark. At least I think it is.

Is it Google Chrome's problem then? For my profile, I mean.

Please do, because as of now, I see nothing under anyone's user information, and a quick fix may help some people out until it's back to normal.

EDIT: Also, Sabriel's last post reminds me that the website will probably behave differently in different browsers. Just to let you all know, I'm using Firefox 3.6.13. When reporting errors, or fixes, make sure to post what browser you're using. It could help LG out in the long run.

I'm also finding it impossible to access the banlog, I think Jess said it's because it's being treat as a forum? I'm not sure what's going on there.

Is this an issue for everyone?

Also, DarkShadows, whenever you click "Final Fantasy Forums" on the top of a thread, for example, the link is automatically /index.html, and it isn't working.

You're not the only one, Mark. I currently 404 when trying to access the ban log.

EDIT: For Firefox 3.6.13, index.html works. Clicking the banner at the top also works. I'm guessing it may be a problem with other browsers. You guys use Google Chrome, right?

DOUBLE EDIT: scratch that, index.html doesn't work, but clicking the top of the banner does work.

Everyone, try using the default vbulletin skin for now, you get all the new features on user profiles and whatnot.

I think this may mean that, when the site gets fully configured, all usernotes + Friend lists will be wiped out. On the old skin (FFForums V1 [Fixed]) I have all my old usernotes and friends list, but on the default vbulletin skin, I do not.

Skins are also an issue. I'm still using Ryan's skin. So a few of the problems I'm having, and not having, are more than likely just the side effect of using this particular skin.

I'll be switching now.

EYE RAPE, HERE I COME.

EDIT: See, Joey, it was because I'm using Ryan's skin, which isn't compatible with a lot of that. :wacky:

I know, that's what I just said. :mokken:

Now I'll be looking for bugs and the what not on the eye sore of a default skin. -__-

About the tags... Since they are either a new thing, or a thing that hasn't been noticed before now (I think the former), to what extent are us normal members allowed to edit tags?

Because I can quickly see threads being tagged here and there with all sorts of interesting things, but many that may not have any relevance. In spam threads I can't see it being an issue, though.

As for issues... I can't report any more issues than has already been reported here so far. I can't seem to view the big statistics page which used to exist anymore though. If it still exists, I can't find it at the moment. I'm sure I'll be able to find the equivalent. I guess the today's posts page is the closest to it, and we'll just click things individually.

Can you actually edit/remove them? Or just add them?

We'll probably set up some guidelines in the near future. One more thing to moderate and all. /sigh.

I can only add tags and remove tags that I myself added.

I can't remove any tags that other people have added.

One thing I have just noticed:

I can view who all has visited someone else's profile, but can't see who has viewed my own. Is that a problem anyone else is having, or just me?

I can see my own. Try messing with the settings. I have mine set to where everyone can see that. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what could be causing it. :hmmm:

Yeah, I have all of those set to where everyone can see them. It says I have had 2 people check my profile, but I can't see who those people are.

They may both be invisible users. Also, I'm currently testing the user group thing. If this works out, we may be able to get rid of the club section, seeing as now that we have user groups. If it works, shit's going to be kind of awesome.

You'll have to forgive me if I was on your buddylist before this update. I checked this friendslist thing, and it has everyone that was once on my buddylist saved as 'contacts' with an extra box to tick for them to become friends. I ticked the box, so forgive me, as I didn't realise until I clicked to confirm that it might be sending all of you an e-mail letting you know this...

Some of the people I ticked aren't even active, so that'll appear as odd to them. :sad2:

Just thought I'd warn people, though there is probably a way to turn e-mails off if everyone re-adding each other gets irritating.

I can view who has viewed any profile with out any issues. I can't view it on my own, but that is because I've had no views. But since it tells me that, perhaps it works for me.

So far, I've created a usergroup. I've sent out some invites to those that are worthy. I just need someone to post in it to confirm if it works or not. So far, everything appears to be working.

And Joey, I was one of those views, and I'm invisible, so I do believe that it's because two invisible members were stal- checking your profile. :wacky:
