Well, Poppy is expecting her to jump for it, although I think Alyss touching her would probably just result in an "Ow! That was mean!" followed by some angry plants.
Yeah, if Lily takes Alyss with them as well, they'll all end up at her house, and god knows what would happen at that point. I was originally going to have Poppy pose as Lily's twin (she'd alter her appearance with light and pose as the Witch of Light, since nobody knows yet she has that element) and eventually introduce them to the group, but if Alyss goes with them, that plan is out the window...and she'd be in a little trouble, since Lily would attack her subconsciously as well. Could be interesting, though, if you wanted to roll with it. xD
Poppy won't be killing anyone...not at this stage, anyway, and not without the other player's consent if it isn't one of my characters. Even if she captured Alyss, forced her into submission and took her powers for her own, she still wouldn't kill her. She'd just want to keep her as a pet, until she got bored. xD
I might write something in about defeated witches still keeping their powers, until such time that they're actually killed...I have some other plans, and I don't want characters powerless. Make it an acquisition, rather than outright stealing...that way, I can play out the story I have in my mind for Poppy and Lily...
Appearance:
Aldra stands at 5'9" and weighs 200 lbs. He is very muscular for man, having been going to the gym on a regular basis. As such, he has a muscular build, a wide frame frame with broad shoulders and has completely pale skin.
Aldra has an Oval shaped head, with brown oval eyes, rounded ears and nose, and small lips. He has black hair cut in a crew-cut form, almost in a soldier's style. Aldra has some facial hair on his chin and under his nose, but you would have to look really close to actually see it. While Aldra wears his armor given to him by the order. He only wears it on formal gatherings. When investigating and in public, Aldra wears a black trench coat, a dark blue polyester dress pants and black sneakers. Aldra wears a golden ring on his ring finger on his left hand, hinting that he may have been married. His War-Hammer is attached to his belt and it's small size (3 feet) makes it fully concealable.
Personality:
A stern, tacturn individual, Aldra is known to be serious, yet has a personal sense of honor. He is one to never mix his personal life with his life as a Knight for the Gray Goddess.
As typical of an Earth Knight, he makes decisions based on what he thinks in his mind and what he feels in his heart. He is usually a diplomat, refraining to fight unless struck upon or unless he has no alternative.
He see's the world in shades of gray, believing that some of the very Knights that he fights for may be merciless killers, whereas some Witches that he is brought to cut down and/or take their powers may have their best interests at heart. As such, he views the world in a realist view, seeing the world as it is and how it could be.
Bio:
Aldra was born in Berlin, in what was then East Germany. The son of an industrial worker. Aldra wasn't able to spend a peaceful life after birth, his mother dying of childbirth and the father, suspected of being a West German spy, was killed by the Stasi, the East German Secret Police, when the boy turned two years old.
As a result, he would be adopted into the then East German branch of the Order of the Grey Goddess. Because he never knew his parents all that well, Aldra once, and at times, considers her as her mother. He trained as a Knight by his Master, a fellow Earth Knight, and for the next 14 years, was treated as a son to him. He learned reading, writing, arithmetic, politics, English and Russian in addition to fighting skill and diplomacy, tools of the trade for when dealing with the witches. When Aldra turned sixteen he officially became a Knight, choosing Earth as his element.
His experience in working with comrades allowed him to successfully fight against Witches across Germany. Now he takes his skills to England, where it is believed the next breed of the Horned King's Witches are hidden.
Balancing school with role plays at the moment. I'll definitely be taking some time to make a post... So maybe I'll just wait for Liseli's character before I continue.
Not to sound like a bitch, Kevin, but I've already reserved the Lightning Knight.
I'll also have my characters by early next week. Martel, you know the difficult situation I'm having at the moment, so you understand. Will try to get my Earth Witch and Lightning Knight up soon, though!
Heath will be joining you again shortly, if you don't mind - he's currently by himself, and he's got nothing else to do. xD
Poppy will be out of it for a little while...she's going to blow off some steam and turn the garden into a forest, before she fakes her own death...well, perhaps.
I might introduce another witch, as well...I had a few ideas for a Metal Witch getting involved. Although I've already got three characters, so that might be stretching myself thin...still thinking about it.
I am indeed allowing more than one Knight per element, since their powers are severely diluted when compared to a witch's...although I wasn't expecting everyone to pick Lightning, to be honest. xD
Man, Frau, maybe my character could come to yours somehow? I'm seriously in need for some kind of interaction right now, considering how the character's just keeping to home.
I don't see any limit to how many characters can interact at once. Maybe our characters that lack interaction could meet up for a little more immersion.
I was just at a little lost where to go now after the sewers. Cause I was trying to get them to the first building where Heath and everyone was. Also just to let everyone else know. Besides Monday and Tuesday there stands a high chance I may be unable to post due to being involved in my army drill. It's this weekend but then Wednesday I leave to go to D.C.
I'll have Heath appear again in my next post...perhaps he could spot Tristana on the way out? It'd be quite amusing if she was living in the same apartment complex as her sister and neither of them knew about it
For those of you who owe me profile: thanks for the updates, and I look forward to reviewing them. Just post in here again when they're done and I'll look over them~
I'm taking Poppy out of things for a while...at least, she's not going to be luring people with killing, unless they happen to be by Regent's Park, which she'll be turning into her own private garden. xD
Still thinking about a Metal Witch antagonist...more than one antagonist keeps things interesting. Still, I'd love to hear any ideas people have for where they want to take their characters, be it in here or via PM~
Element: Blood naturally and Light through his weapon.
Appearance: Slightly short at five foot seven, with dyed light blond hair and green eyes, Hale is relatively well muscled and toned from his years within the Order's sanctuary, having been given all the training of a Knight to leave him at a high level of physical health.
Preferring casual clothes in most circumstances, Hale can often be found wearing a simple arrangement of jeans, t-shirt and trainers when he isn't in training.
His hair is short and arranged into a typical tousled style, and his complexion is slightly pale, mostly because England's climate only rarely allows the sun to shine.
Personality: Social and friendly, Hale is one of those people you can usually count on to be there for you when you're at an all time low, able to handle serious situations just as well as the casual ones.
Disciplined by years of training, Hale is still somewhat naive, believing in good and evil as simple, definable traits in everyone. Knights are good. Witches are evil. That is all there is to it for Hale.
He is somewhat noble, and isn't comfortable seeing defenseless people harmed or harassed in front of him, and will speak his mind on it, regardless of the consequences it will have on him. He is somewhat irrational, and doesn't really think before he acts.
Bio: Hale never knew his parents, having been adopted by the Order at a relatively young age and inducted into their ways, choosing Light as the element he wielded through his chosen weapon, the rapier.
However, as he grew older, a second power manifested in him; control over Blood Magic, and he grew able to use it without a weapon. Although some were doubtful of its origins, seeing as he had already pledged his allegiance to the Order, nothing official was made of it, and his second power was seen as a blessing, rather than a curse.
He continues his training to this day, and looks forward to the day when he can finally put his years of training into practice- on the Witches he was raised to hate.
