A close relative of humans, sharing many similar attributes including most physical features. Their most prominant difference is that their eyes are of the most outasite and fantastic of colours, that their hair is permanently long to a certain length and that their ears are not humanoid, but rather, animalistic like. Their skin is usually pale and blemish free. Cheytans also possess a balanced physical body along with magical abilities. Their blood runs gold, rather than red, but via some divine miracle, does not interfere with blood transfusion with other races such as human. Cheytans are capable of entering a heightened state of consciousness, allowing increased magical abilities and senses and through this golden blood of theirs, when in this state, they emit a golden glow with white magical lines appearing on their body. However, few Cheytans per generation are capable of reaching to the top level. They also live a rather extended lifespan, capable of reaching over several hundred

Eyes:
Clyuue's eyes are angled,
sharp and serious with it being a fierce ruby red. Her serious eyes are topped off with narrow, thin, arching eyebrows. Accompanying her elegant eyes and eyebrows are long, feminine eyelashes.
Hair: All Cheytans have long hair that runs all the way to, at least, their knees. Clyuue's hair reaches down to her buttocks, but since it is wavy, if straightened out it does reach just to her knees. Their hair grows at an exponential rate, where people shaved bald can regrow their full length within a few days where it then slows down to normal speed. Clyuue's hair is wavy, shiny and a fantastic scarlet when in the sun and a darker purple when indoors (see Picture 2). Comparatively, her hair is considered abnormally short for Cheytans. Her hair is left to grow at the back whilst her front is less wavy. In fact, her fringe is dead straight minus the natural curve it has. It covers a large portion of her left face, coming down to her jawline at its peak. However, Clyuue does often brush most of it aside (like in #2). Over her left shoulder, she has a bunch of her hair hanging over on the front.
Skin: Most Cheytans are pale by nature, despite long hours under the sun and Meo is no different. Her skin is a pale peachy pink and blemish free by nature.
Build: Clyuue is a picture perfect Cheytan. Unlike her cousin, Meo, she is tall, built and graceful. Capable of extended combat, abuse and power, whilst not the nimblest fighter on the field, she is the most rounded, excelling in her area of expertise whilst capable of doing everything and anything else. Her general shape is tall, but slender without looking like a stick.
Height: Clyuue stands at an impressive 187 cm tall with the appropriate proportion to match her staggering height
Weight: Proportionate with her size, Clyuue weigh in at a solid 61 kg. As her job ensures, most of this is muscles.
Clothing:Meo wears armour. which are intricate and decorated whilst still being battle ready.
Accessories: At the end of her ears, she wears a pair of platinum chime earrings that has a blue diamond ball in the center. Rather than hooks, the earrings are spring hook type, meaning they are securely held onto her ears.
Others: One major difference between humans and Cheytans is that rather than fleshy ear cartilage that humans have, they possess animalisitc ears. Whilst the basis at the head is the same with an earhole, for the Soleire family, they possess eagle wing like ears. Clyuue's ears are pure white and are jointed like normal wings. This meant that she is able to move them in a large variety of positions. They usually move in accordance to the Cheytan's emotions and mood, though most people have good control over their ears and Clyuue is no exception for most cases. Her ears have a surprisingly large span and can clear her shoulders when stretched horizontally. When folded, her ears can reach past her shoulders. It is on the end of these ears which she wears her chime earrings
Attire:
Clyuue's normal non combat is a very traditional Cheytan outfit. Firstly, on her torso, Clyuue wears a white, sleeveless and backless keikogi that reaches past her waist. On her waist, she wears a red female fundoshi with a red hakama on top of the waist part of her keikogi. Her hakama has rather obvious side slits. The side of her fundoshi is visible against her waist through these slits. Her hakama also has extremely flaired pants hem with different gradient of red and patterns. It is to the point where it looks like a dress and spools over her feet. It is her foot wear that raises it off the floor. Where her hakama ties up at the front, the red belt that is part of the hakama is tied into a large shape where the end trails down the front of her hakama with two large golden bells attached to the end.

For her feet, she dons short ankled white tabi socks with 10cm high wooden geta. These are steel plated underneath and along the vertical supports of the geta, which allows her to use her feet in combat as well.

Armour: (Replace dark gray with light silver)
As stated before, Clyuue's armour is highly detailed with intricate designs and symbols.

Her armour rating is that of a medium class in terms of weight, but heavy class in terms of protection. Full protection and plating everywhere. She can move around fine and smoothly with it despite how much it covers.

Under everything, she wears a crimson, high collared, V neck undershirt with white border patterns. Its sleeves reaches down to her hand and is help in place with a finger loop. While the sleeves are loose, the shirt itself is body fitting, following her waist curves and ends mid thigh. Across her waist, she wears a cloth belt. For her leggings, she wears white fitting leggings similar to stocking, reaching past up her shirt and over her feet.

All over her armour, there is intricate gold carvings and etchings on every plate. The torso armour made personally for Clyuue to her shape. Along the lower stomach area, it has multiple plates of plates that run horizontally. They wrap all around her waist bar her spine, which has its own column of plating. The torso armour does not cover her shoulders, so it is bare there, but it does continue upwards into a collar armour that reaches all the way to the top of her neck at the back and near the bottom of her ears around the side. The front side is open besides the throat guard that is on an internal hinge. This allows Clyuue to put her neck into the guard. Her chest piece forms to her chest and is the most etched piece of plate that she has. It does not cover the underarm and her shoulders, but it does cover the front chest area and is overlapped by the throat armour.

Strapped to her shoulders are two large shoulder pauldrons. They, in effect cover a large portion of her shoulder and most of her upper arm with three subsequent plates that hang underneath the main piece. The gauntlets have more angled plating on top of the arm whilst the hand has extra plating on top of her hand. Each fingers is gold and the plates extend over the joints if she opens up her hand flat.

On her waist, there are internal clips and ties that hold up her waist armour onto her torso piece. Her side waist armour are rather large and bulbous, which covers over the top of her pelvis bone and most of her thigh on both sides and the front. The front armour skirt is in between the two side pieces and is a trio of thick overlapping plates that reach down to her knees. The rear waist armour is hidden behind the red skirt cloth, but is basically a larger and wider version of the front armour, connected as one piece at the buttocks, but split into two past her bottom all the way to the back of her knees. Rather than having the skirt encompass her entire legs, the main thigh armour is her thigh high boots and the rest of her upper thigh is protected by her waist pauldrons. As said, her boots are thigh highs and heeled. Similar to her gauntlets, they are heavily overlap plated at the shin, with a high knee guard that rises up. Above that is her thigh guards which is similarly plated heavily, but more along the style of her torso armour. This reaches just below that of her waist pauldron from the front and under it on the sides. The armour is made to fit like a jig saw puzzle, where each piece can fit as close to each other as possible.

Around her waist, Clyuue has three pieces of waist skirts. One under each waist pauldron and one large one over her rear waist skirt. Each are crimson in colour and has a high amount of gold emblazoned stitching and reaches her ankle.

On her head, Clyuue has a helmet made in a Greco Roman style with Nordic influences. The light silver plating covers the entire top part (so the black part is also covered with white plate and etching). The winged mask piece is on a hinge, in which she can raise and lower to reveal her entire face. However, Clyuue has it up for pretty much most of the time. The main on top of her head is crimson rather than white, and reaches all the way down to the small of her back.

To top it off, she has a long cape on her back. It is, of course, crimson in colour, highly decorated and has her clan symbol emblazoned in the middle. It is extremely sturdy and is clipped onto her armour via links. The area near the corners where it is clipped on is reinforced with a small metal border in which the links connect. This prevents it from damaging the cloth. At its base, it has a large amount of golden tassels that border it.

Personality:
Confident, proud, charismatic and slightly haughty. Clyuue is the snarky bastard that can be a bit unpleasant, but everyone just seems to love. Modesty is not her strong suit. She is a very capable person and she knows it and does not hesitate to remind people of it. While some may not particularly like her haughtiness, they all know that she has every right to be, considering her capabilities. A brilliant commander, tactician and a master of etiquette and words.

Despite her slightly lofty personality, Clyuue is a sociable creature. She is friendly and quite normal enough for most of the time. If you are a companion or friend, she would do her utmost to look after and help you. Being very able, this also made her pretty responsible and mature, having deep insight and a level head

Weapons:
Gremory:(Blue handguard is red)
A sword of great worth and Clyuue's personal weapon. Only a weapon as elegant and beautiful as herself is suitable for Clyuue. The red jewel below the hand guard alone could feed a family for quite a while. 120 cm in total length, this straight sword is used single handed by Clyuue despite the second hilt section. However, when battling competent opponents, Clyuue will utilise both hilt if it proves to be beneficial. The sword is thin and light enough to be used like fencing and quick swordplay, but hardy enough to be used on horseback to hack and slash at her enemies. Clyuue always keep Gremory with her, sheathed on her left waist. The sword is enchanted and is capable of channeling Clyuue's maigc. With it, she can superheat the blade to cause searing and burning damage as well as turn the entire blade into a flaming sword. At its peak, the entire blade turns white hot and can be a bit bright to look at.

Her mounted weapon. 200 cm in total length, the blade is sharp for easy cleaving and heavy enough to batter soldiers around. It can cut with its sheer weight while mounted. Despite its size, Clyuue does often walk around with it, though she is also likely to leave it with a steward of her household or with her mount.

Kidu:
A last ditch weapon before her bare fists, Kidu is a short knife that is hidden behind her waist on top of her leggings. It is that deep because there should be no reason for her to draw the knife. One thing special about Kidu which amps up its combat effectiveness is its magical ability. Imbued with the power of the wind, this small blade triples the swing power of the strike. Allowing small flicks to inflict large wounds, even cleave through armour.

Weiss Und Schwarz:
Weiss Und Schwarz is a unique and intriguing weapon for most people and invaluable and sought after by those that understand it. It is a Variable Mana Output Rifle. In essence, it can shoot out various size mana projectiles depending on the amount of mana it gathers. This can range from small arms fire size to bunker busters. This mechanism and magical enchantment is incredibly rare, which is one of the reason for its value. Its barrel is slick black, whilst the fore stock is gold underneath with red ray kin binding in tsuka ito fashion with gold rivets. The cylinder is gold in colour with red for decorations while the heavy braid under the fore stock is also gold. Finally, the stock is black underneath with red ray skin bindings again and golden rivets. The projectiles it fires out resembles fire magic, but travels at bullet speed.

The problem is that Clyuue has a naturally high output of high quality and magnificent mana. Even when she does nothing but live normally, the amount of mana she produce around her is a lot. While she can control her mana, she is unable to do so subconsciously. She can ramp up the amount she release easily and reduce it as well with ease. However both needs to be done consciously. Keeping her mana up is much easier than keeping it down for her and should she forget about it, it would rise back up. While this isnt really an issue, this leads to Clyuue shooting shells with the equivalent power of cannon fire. Weiss Und Schwarz would gather the large amount of mana in the air and jam pack it into the cylinder, letting Clyuue get off four shots before it needs to regather. She can ramp up the amount fed into barrel to increase firepower and damage or she can lower it to fire smaller rounds. Either way, the amount she can shoot is proportional to the damage.

Abilities:
Clyuue's race and family has an affinity to magic as well as being blessed physically. They are quite capable in both mind and body. Clyuue takes full advantage of this and poured everything into advancing her combat prowess. Along with that, Clyuue is a master swords woman as well as being a master with her polearm. Marksmanship is also at a high level and an accomplished tactician.

Fire Magic: As the name implies, this is fire magic, Clyuue's strongest area. She is able to cast all, but the most complex fire spells, making her highly dangerous with astounding combat capabilities whilst on the field. However, the downside is that her family often chastise her about her usefulness around the household. This led to development into other sectors of magic. Although nowhere near as good as her fire abilities, she is of journeymen level with her other magic.

White Magic: This sector mostly covers her support magic, which gives her boost in physical and magical traits. Things like enhancing her strength, speed and even changing the surface composition of her skin for a short duration falls under this category. Most of the spells used in this area is used in conjunction with her physical combat, although the spell durations often meant that she can not keep it constantly active. Among these skills, she also carries a few curative abilities for treating wounds and ailments.

Aero Magic: Dealing with the air and wind, this area is more supplementary than anything. At a journeyman level, she can conjure up wind and such manipulate it, but is yet at a level to allow flight or anything complex. She can use it to lighten the weight of something or help air out and clean a room and the like. Mostly, Clyuue uses it in conjunction with her fire attacks to raise up and agitate her flames, multiplying the damage, intensity and severity of the spells.

Brief History:
Clyuue was born great. Her physical physique was outstanding and her mana output was one of the highest ever seen. Everything about her screamed that the child would achieve greatness, even down to the day and time of her birth, which was the most auspicious time of the century. With such miraculous coincidence, the Great Shaman gave Clyuue her mighty name, in hopes that the child would live up and beyond its meaning. Her family, which held a high position within the Cheytan people, furthered the belief that she was destined, just like her ancestors.

Indeed, Clyuue did not disappoint. She held herself in a manner and attitude that was befit of those that lead. Confident and intelligent, Clyuue was well aware of her prowess and her ability to become great. Rather than let things come naturally, she instead decided to speed up the process via personal effort. As expected, she rocketed through society, both Cheytan and within Fantasia. The Cheytans, who were on good alliance terms with the Fantasians. During a period of warring in which the Cheytans fought a neighbouring country with Fantasian assistance, Clyuue showed off her strength to their leaders. Impressed, the officials asked, after the war, if she was interested in assisting with training the Fantasian troops. With nothing to lose, she agreed. However, Clyuue was greatly disappointed with the control the crime syndicate, Final, had over the city and in turn felt disgusted. Her sense of justice made her unable to continue whilst crime festered unknown in the bowels of the city. Temporarily retiring from her position, Clyuue managed to come into contact with a group named Genesis that seemed more agreeable with her, that moral integrity must be kept at all cost. Joining their ranks, Clyuue swiftly bulldozed herself to Rank Three before ceasing her rise. The Great Shaman told her that her youth (for Cheytans can live for centuries) and her rapid rise would mean she will be missing a great deal of knowledge that could be gained from those more seasoned, if less talented than her. Although she has great natural abilities, her young age meant she has less experience. Understanding the logic of the Shaman, Clyuue settled with Rank Three, willing to wait and gather more experience before trying to go up the Ranks again.

i gotta ask, how far is the extent for the guns. I dont want to add one and then find out the limit is a heavy machine gun, while im holding a flintlock

No limits to the gun, really. I'd prefer the guns to be largely a work of magic plus some skillful craftsmanship rather than a standalone technology though. So, for example:

Heavy machine gun = Metallic shaping of the gun + Bullets + Magic enchantment

Of course, this means you can have a rocket launcher too. Just make sure it's not going to be ridiculously powerful (duh).

Asgard Elf
The Asgard Elves are a branch of elves that regard themselves as "Rulers" or in more fanatic-sounding terms, the "Chosen Ones". They tend to be particularly arrogant and are usually condescending when dealing with other races.

In addition to that, they are extremely proficient in magic. What they lack in constitution, they make up for with a capacity for magic so vast it defies logic. There is no major difference between an Asgard Elf and a normal Elf save for the significant difference in the ability to use magic. Asgard Elves are mainly characterized by the prodigious learning of magic as well as an exponential growth in magical powers. It is said that the weakest of Asgard Elves was able to take down any race's army without much of a problem.

Naturally, this as well as their general attitude made the Asgard Elves too dangerous a race to ally with. At a certain point in history, the world's races banded together to wipe out as many of the Asgard Elves as possible. As the plan was carried out with extremely well coordinated secrecy, the operation was successful (known as the "Great Genocide" in history). The few surviving Asgard Elves have went into hiding and kept a low profile since then.

Abilities
Void Elemental
Lisette chose to specialize in the element of Void, and have achieved a significant level of mastery. The Void is an element that focuses on three principles: distort, banish and reform.

Banish

This principle is the strongest of the three that Lisette had mastered. With this ability, she is capable of creating a pocket dimension which can keep anything or anyone within for any period of time (depending on her mana capacity). This dimension appears as a black rectangular opening that generates a strong suction force enough to suck anyone who can't escape fast enough.

This is the main reason for her nickname "The Window". She is particularly well known for banishing most of her opponents and tossing them in another location (usually a cliff). Following the phrase "to toss something out of the window", she came to be known as "The Window" for the behavior.

Within the pocket dimension that she creates, there is no progression of time. Living beings retain consciousness and mobility, but will not age nor suffer any injury if attacked inside the dimension. However, no method known allows for attempted attacks Lisette within the pocket dimension.

Distort

This principle is the main weapon that Void users have against their enemies. It attempts to distort the dimensions, thus creating an instability that can create an advantage for themselves. For instance, it is possible for a Void user to distort the dimensions such that gravitational pull is intensified for the opponent.

In more common cases, Void users would usually create balls of gravitational energy to toss at opponents. Due to Lisette's mastery of the element, she is able to mold the energies into various shapes and forms at will.

In extreme cases, by overwhelming the enemy with the Void user's own mana, it is possible to distort the enemy himself. This invariably consumes a large amount of mana and is rarely ever used.

Reform

Reform is the opposite of Distort. The effects of Distort is reversed through this principle. The main idea is to restore whatever had been distorted into it's original form. However, when Reform is applied to something that hadn't been distorted, it reverts to what it last was (how long ago depends, again, on the caster).

In other words, it is possible to cure injuries through this principle. However, compared to any other Supportive Magic, Reform consumes ten times more mana. Therefore, it is always used sparingly.

Weapons
The Arrows of Warmth and Compassion

Lisette uses these as an ornamental headpiece. These arrows enhances magical ability and also fortifies the wearer's magical resistance. Used as a weapon, these arrows do no harm, and will in fact heal the person.

Personality
It is said that Lisette never turns down any requests for help and would in fact help the person without expecting reward. However, she can be firm and refuse to give assistance should she believe that the situation goes against her moral values.

That is the general opinion of Lisette's personality.

There are also rumors that suggest that Lisette is sly and cunning -and that all the deeds that she had done were for a profit of some kind. Whether or not these are really rumors is another matter altogether.

Brief History

Not much is known about Lisette's past. While it is likely that she wasn't a survivor of the Great Genocide, there are rumors that suggest the contrary. The rumors point out that she could have simply kept herself in the pocket dimension until it was safe to come out.

Whether or not that is true is not of concern in this role play. Lisette set up the mercenary group Genesis about 7 years prior. Since then, due to her active participation in mercenary missions, the group had gained the reputation of being the best group in the region. She came to Fantasia some months before the role play.

There she passes off as a guest invited to the King's birthday party and offers help to the King. Upon agreement, she began to assign key members of her mercenary group to Fantasia.

The preparations are far from complete, but Final is starting to grow suspicious.

Enigma is regarded with great respect within the Syndicate due in part to his firmness in making decisions and seeing it through. This suggests a sort of determination in Enigma.

The rest is unknown. Enigma never converses with his subordinates. All he does is to instruct them and, or, inform them. He approaches, but is never approached. He speaks, but is never spoken to.

Appearance
Lisette suggests an indefinite shape. Others suggests a humanoid form. Some random guy on the street suggests a shadow dragon. No one really knows.

Brief History

Information about Enigma is almost nonexistent, at best. At some unknown point about 2 decades ago, a band of criminals came together and worked as a syndicate. Their boss then was already Enigma, and he was never actually seen. For about a decade, this band of criminals was unknown to the world. Then suddenly, they committed regicide.

Fantasia suddenly fell to their grasp. There, they took on the name "Final". Despite being a crime syndicate, they greatly prioritized the city's infrastructure and the welfare of the people. This went on for about a decade up to the point of the role play.

Recently, Final had announced some plans to develop a new institute of education for aspiring warriors.
 
Sorry, I won't be able to join. Time constraints are kicking my ass and for about ten days early next month I won't be on at all. I would rather not hold anything up for ten days. So go on without me, guys.

Meanwhile, that makes one open slot for any interested members. Otherwise, the current numbers are fine as well.
 
Can I post it tomorrow? Something unexpected came up recently and I've have my hands tied with work >.< I already know the character I want to tweak for this RP. ^^

Yeah it was accepted some time back. I didn't specifically mention names then. I just said all bios up to that post were accepted. So yeah. You're in with that character.
