(SU/D) SFR: La Guerre de Cent Ans: Redux

tbhy, i didnt put much effort into skill developement. ill give you another heads up if i do touch up the skill or the bio again.

The RP has begun, various factions has victory objectives for each chapter. Who wins in a chapter determines how the war is fought...who is the ultimate victor, and how long the RP will last. Be sure to complete the objective for your faction, or if you're a merc, complete any of the objectives.

I just need to know which faction he will be working with, as well as a job class. Til then, I'm going to just put him on the Pending List.

Due to the fact that Oliver is essentially alone in his own faction, I will create a character for the faction, at least for the time being.

Name: Phillippe of Valois (later, King Phillippe II of Erusea)

Age: 21

Race: Elvean

Gender: Male

Faction: Erusea

Appearance: Philippe has long, straight, snow white hair extending to the back of his neck. His ears are pointed and it's length is roughly 4 inches long. Philippe has bright blue-green eyes as well. He stands a 6'6" and weighs 275 lbs.

In terms of attire, he wears a heavy plate armor that is royal blue in color. His armor is typical of that of most plate armors, with a solid chestplate and plate armor on his upper and lower arms as well as Metal Cesti on each arm. His Leg Armor is split for the upper and lower leg. On the Chestplate is the Insignia of the coat of arms of the County of Montmorillon, which he was made count since birth.

Personality: Philippe is a chivalrous person, and is the one to put his honor before his reason. His chivalrous nature allows him to do things for his country that most people would think is insane or impractical. He is a kind hearted individual, though sometimes can be considered a Chivalrous Pervert (likes to ogle the ladies, but treats them with respect), although he is already married (by royal marriage to Bonne, Princess of Edelburg)

Job Class: Warrior

Weapons: Philippe's weapon of choice are mainly swords, his being the Inferno Sword. The Inferno Sword was passed onto the Crown Princes of Erusea in times of war, the last time it was being used in such a way was the Crusades.

The Inferno Sword's blade is orange in color, with a golden hilt lined with three sapphire gems, one on the bottom of the hilt, and two on each side of the guard. A Fleur-de-Lys insignia lines the part between the hilt and blade.

Abilities: None

Story: Dauphin Philippe was born on 9 SC in Le Mans Palace in Farbanti, Erusea. He was the eldest child of at the time Count Philip of Valais and Joanne of Lambert. (His only other direct living relative was his brother Louis, now 4 years of age.) He became the crown prince at the age of 9 when his father became King of Erusea.

In order to secure his position among the Erusean Nobility, he was off to be married while conferring to him the title, "Duke of Seina." At age 13, Phillippe married the 17-year old Bonne of Edelburg, daughter of Valentin's friend, King Baldwin.

When the war started, his proximity to the Emmerian duchy of Vasconia, as well as the trade between the two duchies, made it difficult to keep the nobles within this Erusean duchy loyal. So Phillippe began taking part in military campaigns to keep his country from falling apart.

Kevin, i got exams as you know. If you need to, assume direct control of my character.

Thanks Kevin! :) I was getting confused about where I should start though and what I should do seeing as I'm a one man band :P I dunno I'll think of something!

Purrrfect. Just the opportunity I need. Okay, so now my character's knocked out, and here's the thing. I'm going off for an overseas trip from 2nd December to the 4th. So that days will definitely be out of the question. What about the days before?

Well, hi, I'm still here :D But I need to prepare for the trip... Not that packing takes that long, but the immense mountain of homework and revision that awaits completion is a nightmare. I have to at least annihilate a portion of it otherwise I'll be returning from the holidays to a Game Over screen. So there, these few days will see highly reduced activity... I might be able to get in a post or two, but yeah, don't count on it.

Which is why Chloe in this role play is knocked out :D I suppose its up to you two to communicate now... And when you're done, move along, I suppose... :\ I don't know who, but I suppose maybe... Tipsy or Kevin could control my character if there's really a need. So there. Laters.

Hey, guys. Just a heads up. Im heading overseas on the 8th straight through to the 2nd. I will be bringing my mini laptop, so ill be able to post a bit.

Kevin, ill try my best to post, but not hope too much.

Kev, same drill as Kingdom Hearts, except i cant post here.

Good thing is, take control of Mtiette, deal with this scenario and send her on her way. When i come back and there is sufficient progress in the war, i think i have a good scenario to rope her back into the flow of things

Alrighty then, you take care on your trip. Ill have your characters ready and waiting for you then.

Suppose we could do a bit of a time skip? My character's pretty knocked out, and it'll be weird to have her suddenly up and running.

Well, that's the overall plan once we get you to the room, my next post would probably result in a timeskip so we can get moving into the battle phase soon.

Hm. This role play probably needs more than just a nudge post... I think it needs a serious time skip forward, and right now for my character, there isn't much that I can say aside from her emotions while responding with a 'yes'. So... Yeah. You could just time skip forward to the audience with the King, where my character would only agree to whatever the King was saying, out of nervousness and respect combined.

That'll push things forward a lot more, since Oli on the other side has already agreed to work with that rival faction.
