The "Buy and Never Beat" Syndrome

Been doing this alot lately, well since I got a PS3 actually.

Bought but never beaten:
Heavenly Sword (got to the final fight, bought something else, game got shelved and eventually sold)
Red Alert 3
Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion
Far Cry 2
Sonic Unleashed
Borderlands
Uncharted 2 (only had it a couple of weeks, at a time where I bought FFXIII aswell, and made the mistake of getting into the UC2 online play, forgetting SP)

I'm sure there are more.

Oh Geez.
Boarderlands - I stopped when I couldn't defeat the roadster fight by my lonesome.
Halo 3 ODST - I have no idea why I never continued that game.
Resident Evil 5 - Not fun to play alone. :P
Gears of War 2 - I have a good excuse for this one! I could not find it! >.<
Need for Speed: Most Wanted - I'll probably actually beat this one. Not beaten currently because there is so much to do IMO.
Silent Hill 5: Homecomming - I bought Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
Lord of the Rings: Conquest - Disc is damaged. (also a legit reason! :P )
Phantasy Star Universe - I got this and directly went to Online play. Never touched story mode. :P
Tekken 6 - RAGE! D:<
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 - ... I don't know! D':
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories - I bought Final Fantasy 7 from the Playstation Network

I used to have this problem were whenever i got stuck on a game I decided to just take a break from it for a while but then I would get into a another game and never go back to it. Latley though i've overcome this problem and im finishing every game I get :busta:.

I was horrible about this in my younger day, i would just stop playing game for whatever reason. Of course, like so many other videogame addicts, my ADD was often the reason for this. Now that I am older I have realized that I have a lot more patience in gaming, something I probably learned from the 5 years of my life playing WoW. Now I just take it slow and play them through. Unlike most working adults my job does afford me a lot of time to game, and that is something I am thankful for.
