I'm playing through three games at the moment.

Donkey Kong Country 2, Super Mario World, and Front Mission 4

I'm playing DKC2 and SMW because I never actually completed them before, and I figure it's about time.

I'm playing FM4 because I've been in a giant robot mood. Listening to Gundam OSTs will do that to you.

Persona 3 Portable

Currently 30 hours into it and im loving it, im currently deciding if im going to just start again for female main character run or do new game+, been slightly disappointed with the boss fights sooo far im yet to die :wacky: had more game overs in the tower :P currently in September on the game

Let's see what I have going on here...
Re-run of Final Fantasy VIII
Enjoying the shit out of Final Fantasy Theatrythm
Slowly playing Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance

Kingdum Harts 3Dizzle days over 2 dreams or something.

Pros: Battle system is fun, flowmotion, continued story stuff.

Cons: Sora still talks like a doofus, worlds are kind of short, drop system can get annoying.

Still pretty fun, though. Still playing Nocturne as well, in the Amala Temple because Isamu's lazy. Atlus you'd better give me my Soul Hackers and SMT IV I'm tired of hearing about this P4 filth.

P4U is pretty fun except I suck terribly at fighters and I haven't finished it yet

Tales of Graces F
PS3

I bought this game on Saturday and started to play it over the weekend and really like it so far, there are a few annoying things but mostly it's a lot of fun. Like most RPGs it's started quite slow though haha and i am really hoping I don't actually have to play as a little kid through the whole game and there is a 'grow up' scene or something. I think the art and stuff is really pretty, I'm very much liking how the menus in the game look, so slick and stuff :griin:

The battle system is fun but quite confusing for me atm, I'm not completely sure i understand what I am doing. It feels like a tales game which is good coz I love most of the tales games I've played.

So yeah :hmmm: enjoying it so far.

Also still playing through Saints Row 3...what a strange game... >_>

Re-playing Final Fantasy 13, just starting Alice: Madness Returns :) I'm struggling to get over chapter 7 in FF13, it's just so boring it makes me quickly after I start playing. But it becomes better at chapter 9 :D

Now i'm playing Mini Ninjas On ps3, after i platinumed God of war and POP: TFS in 3 days P:
This game sounds boring, they like have a kind of repetition in the levels, after I get the platinum, i think i'll pick up SKYRIM, i don't know how to explain how excited i'm for SKYRIM!
And if i get bored of mini ninjas, i play my fav RPG in the PS3 After WKCI, ' eternal sonata '
And that's is it P:

Radiant Historia

Well, admittedly, the reasons why I picked up this game was the very fact that Yoko Shimomura composed the soundtrack in this game. I liked what she composed in Birth By Sleep, so I came on to the game with high expectations. That, and also my want to play a JRPG after having no chance to play one in ages. Other than those, nothing in the game really appealed much. The graphics, I feel, were rather poor considering the capabilities of the Nintendo DS - as seen in other games like Dragon Quest IX or even Final Fantasy IV.

Nevertheless, perhaps due to the fact that I haven't played a JRPG in so long, I found the game to be really fun. Nostalgic too. It's been a while since I got to play a game with a turn-based battle system. Well, as unrealistic as that may be, it is something that I grew up on. Playing with that again just invokes a sense of nostalgia, really. Gameplay-wise, I would think this game seemed to be rather reminiscent of Chrono Trigger with it's time travelling feature. Met some problems in the future? Well, just jump back into the past!

That's pretty much the entire game in a nutshell. It's amusing, really, though it may get boring for others after a while. Personally, I'm not particular about having the game not rehash a process over and over.... Well, yeah. Music... Well. It was okay... Wasn't as captivating as Birth By Sleep that's for sure. It also seems to me there weren't a lot of pieces to actually listen to. For one, there doesn't seem to be a lot of character themes - which usually are one of the staples of traditional JRPGs.

That leads on to the next point... This game lacks some character development. Well, I haven't fully explored the game 100%, so I may have missed out some chances to discover more behind the character... Or maybe it is as I see it. In which case, that's the biggest letdown. If I'm not wrong, based on a straightforward run through the game, characters only hint at their possible backstories, but never actually delve into it and explore it further. Seems to me there was only one exception to this...

Maybe two. Well, three, if you include the main character in that list... I wouldn't.

Still, that's not a very huge letdown, I'll say. The story line is interesting. Content is huge, and can get a little confusing... After all, messing with the timelines... Well, you kinda get confused about what happened where and when... After all, what happened in one timeline may not have happened yet, or will never happen, in another timeline... Ah. Just stuff to confuse. Which, lol, happens to be my style. But oh well, I'm done just done with this game though... Time to find another.

Xenogears

Amazing game! 10/10 Story 10/10 Gameplay 8.5/10 Soundtrack. Im currently 35 hours in, must be half way through it. Its a little easy so far but the story is keeping me going.

Out of sheer boredom, I am replaying Tales of Graces f, trying to get the Platinum trophy. Strangely, I'm enjoying it more the second time around, because I've been skipping all the cutscenes, meaning I haven't had to endure the shit story or abysmal characterization. I took out the Fodra Queen last night for her 60 second trophy, which actually took me a few tries...partly because my setup wasn't quite right for me to be weak enough for her to deal enough damage for me to be able to retaliate and kill her in one, and partly because my timing with the Accel trigger sucks. Still, now I just need the difficulty trophies, one of the Coliseum trophies, the one for doing every inn request, and maxxing the Eleth Mixer...no way I'll get all that done by Friday; my Mixer isn't even at 4000 yet.

Looking forward to being able to drop this on Friday for Borderlands 2. So very much.

Borderlands 2
PS3

I've been excited for this game for so long and finally last night I got to play it! It's so much fun, I think it's way better than the first one by a mile! Even though I loved the first one a lot, I did find it would eventually start to bore me if i played too long, and the start of BL1 was very bland. BL2 however has been exciting right from the start, I've not been bored yet and I've been playing for hours!

I think if you played this game on your own though it would get boring, lots of the Bad Ass points are obtained by doing things with a Co-op partner, lucky I'm playing with someone pretty awesome :griin: Big Casino.

I'm playing as the Commander, so far I think he's really good, he uses a turret like the Soldier in the first one but his turret is much better and you can obviously upgrade it. All the other characters are really quirky and the bad guys are just so crazy, it's awesome :D

I'm very excited to keep playing this game!

I'm kinda playing Borderlands 2, although with my life being what it has been recently, I'm not very far into it, and I haven't really been able to get into it. I'm playing as Maya, because I played as Lilith in my first playthrough of the original - I like trends - and at the moment I'm only level 13 or 14, doing the sidequests for Lilith's insane cult...I think the dialogue is much better in this game, but thus far I'm not as impressed as I was with the original.

I started a new game of "Wet" not long ago. So far so good. There's no interesting story or characters though. It's more for the action and excitement of action. You'd have to be in the mood for it.

I've returned to Spyro: Ripto's Rage for nostalgic reasons. Elora is amazing.

Short game though. I've been playing it for 2 days and I'm already almost at 100% completion...heh. Love it though.

Still trying to get the better endings in Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors.

Bad enough that I got a Bad Ending on a first try... Thinking I'll do better with prior knowledge, I went on a second run... And still got a bad ending. Here I am now, on a third run... And another fucking bad ending. -_- Well, at least the game did a fine job at keeping me hooked, I suppose. I'm definitely going to stay on with the game till I get at least one good ending...... And chances are if that isn't the best, I'm going to go for the best. Hm. Sigh.

I had an overwhelming desire to start playing Tales of Symphonia again...I think it's been at least five years since I played it, which mean I haven't played a good Tales game in that amount of time, because Abyss, Graces f and Vesperia have all sucked balls. So, off we go again. I cannot remember ANYTHING of this game. Should be interesting.

Still playing Borderlands 2, as well. Almost level 25. Still got a few side missions to do before I can carry on with the story. I've done nearly two thirds of them now...and I think all I need to do for the gold trophy in challenges is find and kill someone, take out one more shielded enemy with one sniper shot, and hit five more enemies from long range with a Rocket Launcher. Not sure about that, though.

My boyfriend introduced Fable to me. It's hilarious, like gta, sims and final fantasy combined
. Havent finished it yet though

This and the two sequels are awesome games I would suggest them if you enjoyed the first one. Anyway I have been on and off playing Borderlands Game of the Year, but mostly been working on GTA IV. There is just soooo much to do in both of those games its hard to stick to one, if I get bored stealing cars and killing mobsters I can shoot over to Pandora and kill me some bandits. :andry:
