I'm STILL playing BL2 :lew:

With the DLC, trying to complete the challenges so I can get the Challenge Accepted trophy (which seriously seems glitched to me. I had to look up and they worded it wrong or something, there's a couple of things I NEED to get to level 5 for two more challenges to unlock and then I can finally get it :damon:) and playing as each character to be able to get all of the trophies...there is a lot to do on this game.

I love everything about this game compared to the first. It's loads of fun to play with friends, there's incentive to keep playing after the main storyline has already been completed...twice, at that (farming for legendary weapons and etc...) ...and the characters are lots of fun and have a lot of personality, same with the npc's in the game. I've played as the Siren for awhile now. She's level 50 and I'm still having fun switching around her skill sets and everything :lew: ...my Mechromancer is pretty great too, yet I'm still working on getting her to level 50.

The only thing I don't like about it is the DLC has some bugs. They perma-locked a few of the raid bosses on the DLC...for whatever reason :wacky: I guess they are working on a fix for it at the moment...but putting a timing lock on them is really irritating. Honestly, we PAID for the dlc and the ability to play these bosses as much as we want.

Hours (days most likely in my case :lew:) and hours of gameplay and I still love this just as much as when I first played. <3

I'm playing:

Nintendo Land - incredibly fun, surprisingly. Some challenging games, some easy but fun games and some multiplayer games that are pretty addictive. Definite amazing free game. Nintendo did well here :)

Little Inferno - I fancied a Wii U downloadable game and this seemed like the game I'd like the most of the store. It's pretty fun...but not so much as a game. If anyone has played Noby Noby Boy or...I can't think of another at the moment, but it's more like an experiment where you just do what you like at your own pace, rather than going for points/time trials etc. T'is fun for what it is.

Limbo - I've played this before, but thought I'd go through again. Great art-style and atmosphere, but the gameplay is pretty generic. Jump here, pull lever there, die a million times here etc. A pretty good game.

Blops 2 - still ongoing. Another update was added yesterday so we'll see how it's changed. Maybe less lag or summat...hopefully. I do like my multiplayer CoD games anyways, even if they are a bit samey. I'd be just as happy buying a few more map packs than buying the newest CoD game :/ .

I started Star Ocean the Last Hope again :sad3: I love the battle system, characters and the story to a level, but it done wrong..... they could of done soo much with the story but they did not, and it kinda upset me sometimes :hmph:

also the english voice actors MY GOD.... Thank god the ps3 version has japanese voiceovers

Far Cry 3. It is great. 10 times better than Far Cry 2 which is also good, except now it has a good story and interesting characters. Vaas is hilarious and I really like him as a villain. I've been spacing out the story missions a bit and exploring the island. Still have a lot of island left to discover which is very good.

Assassin's Creed III. Annnd... going to replay Chrono Trigger again with my brother.
I REALLY NEED TO FINISH AC3 BUT OTHER THINGS DISTRACT ME.

Assassins Creed III

The controls are a whole helluva lot better- you don't get trapped in corners and whatnot anymore. The character just glides right on away. That was my main beef with the AC series, glad they finally did something about that.

Also playing FFVI on the side. Always gotta have a RPG up in there somewhere :)
Been gaming it up lately.

I'm about to finish FFXII, so I can start the FFXIII saga. So there.

I'm also currently playing WWE 13. It's easily the best wrestling video game ever. So much to do, such little time. It's crazy! I love this game!

Currently I'm Playing FFVII on my PSP, so far it's been a good experience tho' I can't forget Cloud cross-dressing. Looks like he's never gonna live that down...

I'm playing through Atelier Totori-Adventurer of Arland. It is full of sugary cute anime characters (including my video game twin, Melvia :lew:), long dialogues, and etc...but I actually really like it because its different from any other rpg I've played. You do a lot of item synthesis and turn-based monster battling. The graphics are nothing spectacular, but they are very pretty. I didn't think I'd like this as much as I do. It's a pleasant change from the usual.

Final Fantasy XIII-2. Well, sort of. My sister has a copy in the house and I decided out of boredom to give myself a challenge and to see how long I can last through the game before the plethora of stupid reaches levels so absurd that my poor brain cannot process it all efficiently enough before I have a blood clot in the brain. How far did I get? I dunno, somewhere outside of New Bodhum and near that meteorite. I realised that the Bresha Ruins from the demo would be next and I decided to stop there. I didn't have the stomach to go on.

The stupid things I have caught so far include Lightning conjuring up a Moogle that turns into an inanimate bow sword, Serah's clothes changing because...time paradox? Yeah, then I'm supposed to believe that Serah, who at first is acting so hopelessly dependent on Lightning that she falls over, screams her name and almost gets maimed by a bug monster, suddenly proficiently kicks so much arse when Noel shows up. I give up. I was never going to have much hope of liking this. I just felt like being a masochist.

Anyway, a GOOD game I am playing, or rather, "playing", is The Walking Dead game. Sure, there isn't much actual gameplay to it, but I don't care. I dismissed it at first, but after really sinking my teeth into it (2nd episode at the moment), I'm absolutely loving this. It's well-written, has light humour at right moments, gets the tense, dramatic and emotional moments spot on and doesn't insult my intelligence. The characters are all endearing, except for the arsehole characters, but the writers have done their jobs there with them, evidently. I have all the reasons to want to care for Clementine, to check up on her, to help her and importantly, to accept help from her, so she isn't one of those limp, stupid, totally-dependent and brainless NPC tag characters that are usually a liability only.

Grandia III for the PS2 (I think) Just started it, so I have no idea where this is going. Hope it's not as 'everywhere' story-wise as Chrono Cross (there's all so much eye-candy) :(

Animal Crossing: Wild World
Nintendo DS

I love this game so much, it's so simple, it's like the simplest game ever but it's so addictive. I've just managed to pay off my first mortgage and then that old bastard tom nook slapped me with an even bigger one, so I'm spending my days shaking trees and digging up furniture for money. I dream of the days when Tom's shop expands so I can get my character a freaking haircut because she looks like a special needs with the one she's currently got :wacky:

Got lucky and found Indigo Prophecy and Heavy Rain at McKays. Really want more mature rpgs. Waiting for Beyond Two Souls later this year.

working on tales of graces f (finally), been nice to sit down and play it, it a very good game, hoping to finish it by friday :)

Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch
PS3

Yeah so I started playing this last night and I can safely say that this is going to be an awesome game. I am only about 4 hours in and am completely loving it. It starts off a bit slow but that's not too bad. It's littered with lovely little cut scenes done in the Studio Ghibli style which is awesome. The game is split into two worlds, the human world and then one that they're calling 'another world' which is like a fantasy world. The battle system is hard to get used to but I am finding it easier as I go along. It reminds me a lot of pokemon!

The voice acting is mainly good except for the main character which is a shame because well... he's the main character. The one thing that bothers me about it is the childishness... i wish it was toned down a bit but it's not so bad that it takes away the enjoyment of the game.

I reckon people should pick this up as soon as they're able.

i'm playing some xenosaga and i kinda stopped a bit after the first speaking cutscene with albedo (albedo talks, not people just talking to him) because...well...

i don't know what a peche is

seriously, i'm just sitting here with the game paused trying to figure out what a peche is

I'm on my third Dishonored playthrough now; going for Clean Hands this time, after murdering everything that moved in my second playthrough...even Samuel at the end of the game. Just branded the Overseer with the heretic's mark...after wading through enemies. I need to be more stealthy; it's annoying trying to ditch them when you can't kill them. Not too far off the platinum trophy, so I might shoot for that...although I'll still have an annoying incomplete percent rate, because I'm not buying the DLC (or any DLC, in fact) until I have a reliable source of income. It's not that important, but it'll still bother me.

Also playing Pokemon HeartGold, since mother has commandeered my copy of Black 2 and it was shit anyway. Currently grinding everyone ("everyone" being Feraligatr, Scizor, Alakazam, Gengar, Ampharos and Ho-Oh) to level 50, reading for the Elite 4. Probably unnecessary, but Lance has THREE fucking Dragonites. Not taking any chances. It's kinda fun, and the X/Y announcement has made me want to play a Pokemon game. Since HG/SS are the best ones to come out in the last few years, this will have to do.

I bought Gravity Rush the other day, and I'm kinda playing that too. I say "kinda" because the controls are fiddly as hell, the semi-French sounding audio annoys the hell out of me, and I'm spending more time on the other games. But it's fun enough; flying around is fun, and it's creative, if nothing else. Although I'm going to need to be a hell of a lot better at it before I can do any of the time trials.

I have files on Mass Effect 3, Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny, Skyrim and Star Ocean 4, but they're not really going anywhere at the moment, because I don't feel like playing them. ME3 feels restricting after ME2 - and the cinematics are shit; I mean, who gives a shit about some random kid getting blown up? - and I'm not really in the mood for the other three. I'm not sure what I'm in the mood for right now, to be honest...which is why I have so much on the go at once. I'll settle on something eventually.

Ahahahah Albedo is such a crazy bastard but you have to love him for being such a good villain. Peche is just his cute pedophile name for Momo. Such a creep.

Anyhow, I am currently playing Xenogears and I am really happy to be playing it once again. I loved Xenogears and it was only about 9 bucks on psn and I decided to buy it. I am currently 12 hours in and everything is basically a memory for me. Gotta love Elly and her other face. Elly was my favourite character when I played this ages ago and now that I think of it she does seem like Nephilim from Xenosaga was modelled after her. Xenogears is supposed to be episode V but it is too bad nobody considers that since Xenosaga II bombed in Europe and the episodes were cut from 6 to 3. Oh well. Xeno is my favourite series and I am looking forward to "X" which I hope is xenoblade 2.

Ah, Elly is totally the best character. Although
she looks kind of stupid as Miang. I mean, all they did was change her hair color, clothing, and lipstick.
Also, I'm replaying Xenogears and finishing up FF9. They're just so nostalgic and...lovable!

I'm taking a trip through time playing all the psX classics on psn. Currently playing Wild Arms 1 and I plan to go on to 2 afterwards. I have to be honest and say that these old school RPGs are great! I'm not really a fan of them but this game is making me a believer. :jess:
