Agnes - I Need You Now

Even though it got a disapppointing position in the charts when it was released, I still really like it. I hate how underrated people see it. I love the music in the background and Agnes' voice in general. Amazing song about how vulnerable people can be.

Michael Jackson - Thriller

Okay so I saw the DVD cover of the movie Suddenly 30 last night and ever since then I have had Thriller stuck in my head, playing over and over again.

I had to do a dance to this song when I was in primary school for a Christmas concert. It's a good song, but I'm not really a fan of Michael Jackson. =/

The Fray - Never Say Never

Definitely the best song I've heard from them so far. Still love it as much as I did when I first heard it when watching Vampire Diaries. The frontman knows how to convey the emotion right here. It picks up towards the end and pulls everything together. I see them as the American version of Coldplay.

You Won't Forget Me - Buckingham Nicks

I never realised how great this song was until it came up on shuffle today. It's really intense and angry, and the lyrics are really good. It grabs me in instantly. It's a great quality recording too, despite coming from like, 1973 xD Stevie and Lindsey both sound great live.

Justin Bieber ft. Ludacris | Baby

I'm not a huge fan of this little lad, but I think his song is quite catchy. He does sound like a small girl, or child in some parts of the song. It's quite a grown up song for him to be singing, he's far too young to sing about commitment and fidelity. I don't really understand the whole point of Ludacris bursting in. The lyrics are kind of random and not really necessary. But the song is not too bad and it's something I won't mind in the background.

Le Reine De Saba - Charles Grounod

Apparently, it was some theme that accompanied an opera. I'm not exactly clear about the details, but well, it would appear there is a piano piece with that as it's title. Another plus, would be the fact that my Chinese Orchestra is actually playing a rendition of this piece.

Personally, I'm really positive the piano piece itself alone thoroughly trashes our rendition, but never mind that! I'm in love with this piece now.

I'm not sure how I would describe this piece, but it just sounds very nice. Kinda strikes a note with me. :\

Can't help liking it after that. So there. Try listening? :D

The Saturdays - Issues

A lovely song that can be about anything, really. It's one of my top favourite songs that I've heard from them so far. The girls all have amazing voices and convey the emotion of the song very well.

iDOLM@STER - Tonari ni... (sung by Azusa Miura, Makoto Kikuchi, Chihaya Kisaragi)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jS0VIgzVvds&playnext_from=TL&videos=jM2naqZe4U0

This song right here was released as DLC for the game "The iDOLM@STER SP" and was originally only for the idol Azusa Miura, and later released for the other idols as DLC. Of all the versions I have heard of that song I must say this versions with the three most mature idols of the franchise have really cought me and put it near the top of my iM@S toplist.

The song (after reading on forums and english lyrics and so forth) is about a woman that misses her loved one after he passed away.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fq-nJ9ixqio&feature=related

This version of the song have a animated music video to the song which clears up the meaning of the song + it's a piano arrange and only Azusa is singing since it's her song in a literal sence.

Overall a very touching and sad song.

Here's Your Letter, by Blink 182

Great song! I'm loving this one along with the rest of their self titled album, mostly on top with Asthenia. :ryan: Gorgeous songs. Love the lyrics, and the beat! I'm in such a Blink mood lately. xD

♫ Cut the skin to the bone
Fall asleep all alone
Hear your voice in the dark
Lose myself in your eyes
Choke my voice Say goodnight
as the world falls apart
Fuck I can't let this kill me, let go
I need some more time to fix this

Here's a letter for you
But the words get confused
And the conversation dies
Apologize for the past
Talk some shit take it back
Are we cursed to this life

Fuck I can't let this kill me, let go
I need some more time to fix this problem
I need some more time to fix this problem
I need some more time to fix this

I'm talking to the ceiling
My life just lost all meaning
Do one thing for me tonight
I'm dying in this silence

The last star left in heaven
Is falling down to earth and
Do you still feel the same way
Do you still feel the same way

Fuck I can't let this kill me, let go
I need some more time to fix this problem
I need some more time to fix this problem
I need some more time to fix this ♪

Agnes - Release Me

Her songs have been a source of inspiration for me lately. This is no exception either. It was definitely one of the best dance tracks of last year alongside When Love Takes Over. It's lovely to see her finally debuting outside of Sweden. She's got such a lovely voice and looks so much like Leona Lewis. This is definitely bound to be a classic in a few years.

Ben Wah Balls, by Blink 182

:wacky: This song... xD It's just so weird... Tom's voice is extra whiny and it totally suits the lyrics. xD It's so retarded. The lyrics are insane, and I'm quite liking it. :8F: Good song, even though it's completely random to me. xD rofl.

i am currently listening to bullet for my valentine - tears dont fall, first heard it on the trailer for Travis Pastranas 199 lives movie, never really listened to them before, but they seem like a good band

Go - Jonsi

I'm enjoying this so far, it almost feels like Sigur Ros with a bit more of a pop sensibility and a more simple, direct sound. And Jonsi's voice is brilliant as always, soaring above the music.
